On March 23rd 2019, Israeli forces positioned in the old city of Jerusalem temporarily detained Saed Al-Salamiya {A Security Guard at Al-Aqsa mosque compound} as he was exiting the mosque then released him under a condition to go to the Israeli Police station in the old city on the morning of March 24th 2019.
At 23:50, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed a home during their raid into Abu Dis town.
On March 23rd 2019, the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for all civilians for 24 hours daily except for Saturdays during which the checkpoint will be open from 22:00 until 10:00 on Sunday.
1. At 09:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at "Halamish" settlement roundabout then searched residents and vehicles until 12:30.
2. At 10:50 and again at 22:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ein Sinya village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 13:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint beneath Ein Yabroud village bridge then searched residents and vehicles until 14:15.
4. At 16:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Beit Liqya town and Khirbithat Al-Misbah village then searched residents and vehicles.
5. At 00:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Atara town bridge and detained a resident.
At 01:10, Israeli forces raided Al-Bireh city and clashed with several residents.

1. On March 23rd 2019, Israeli forces detained Hani Mohammad Abu Ghannam {A resident of Bruqin town} as he was reporting to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning based on a prior summon.
2. At 15:00, Israeli forces positioned in east Jalboun village detained the child :Mohammad Radwan Abdel-Rahman Abu Al-Rub {16 years old} after he allegedly cut the steel fencing of the wall gate located near the village.
1. At 20:30, Israeli forces temporarily detained Ammar Bassam Maqaldat {A resident of Zubaba village} as he was reporting to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning based on a prior summon then released him at 23:40.
2. On the evening of March 23rd 2019, Israeli forces positioned at a military checkpoint located near the entrance of Silat Al-Thaher town temporarily detained Baha Mohammad Abu Bakr {A resident of Ya'bad town} then released him at a later time.
At 13:00, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Tayassir military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.
At 09:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Jit village junction then searched residents and vehicles until 12:00.
At 17:00, Israeli forces positioned at the wall gate located in Al-Naqqar neighborhood in Qalqiliya city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
At 15:50, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Huwara military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.
At 18:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance of Madma village then searched residents and vehicles.
1. At 03:45, Israeli forces raided Nablus city, detained a resident then with drew at 05:35.
2. At 06:40, Israeli forces raided Madma village and detained 2 residents.
3. At dawn on March 24th 2019, Israeli forces raided Beit Furiq town and detained a resident.
1. Israeli forces detained Bader Husam Al-Razat in Nablus city.
2. Israeli forces detained Assad-Allah Wajih Al-Qut and Mohammad Wajih Al-Qut in Madma village.

At 15:50, Israeli forces positioned at Huwara military checkpoint temporarily detained Hufaytha Anwar Abdel-Hafith Shihada then released him at a later time.
At 23:30, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near "Yitzhar" settlement junction located in North Huwara town stoned residents and vehicles travelling along the main road then withdrew at 00:55.
1. At 11:15 and again at 19:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Kafil Harris town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 19:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Kafr Al-Dik town then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 22:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Bruqin town then searched residents and vehicles.
At 17:15, Israeli forces positioned at "Arail" settlement junction detained Khalid Mohammad Hamouda Shqier {A resident of Al-Zawiya town}.
At 23:25, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Deir Istiya town fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
1. On March 23rd 2019, Israeli forces closed the west entrance of Deir Istiya town and impeded the free flow of traffic.
2. At 21:50, Israeli forces closed the west entrance of Kafr Al-Dik town and impeded the free flow of traffic.
At 14:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Oja village junction {located along Al-Muarajat road which connects Ramallah and Jericho districts} then searched residents and vehicles until 16:30.
At 09:00, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Al-Container military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.
1. At 01:35, Israeli forces raided Beit Jalla city, stormed a home, detained a resident then withdrew at 02:20.
2. At 03:10, Israeli forces raided Beit Fajjar town, detained 3 residents and confiscated a vehicle.

At 01:20, Israeli forces confiscated 1900 NIS after storming and searching the home of Hani Hamdi Hamed Al-Rajabi in Jabal Juhar area located in the old city of Hebron.
At 18:00, a group of Israeli settlers positioned in Tel Al-Rumayda neighborhood located in the old city of Hebron assaulted Itidal Mohammad Sa'ed Qaqur and as a result left her hospitalized with contusions.
• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Central Gaza, Khan Yunis and Rafah districts and as as result killed a resident and injured 10 residents{ including 1 journalist}.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza and Khan Yunis districts.
• Israeli Air force broke the ceasefire agreement by launching 4 missiles {in 4 consecutive airstrikes} towards Central Gaza and Rafah districts.
