DAILY SITUATION REPORT

1. On the morning of 06/16/ 2022, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in the Old City of Jerusalem detained 2 children: Muhammad Alaa Al-Husseini and Youssef Saad Al-Husseini.
2. At 19:30, the Israeli occupation forces detained 2 citizens: Moataz Al-Rajabi and Yazan Al-Rajabi in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem.
On 06/16/ 2022, the Israeli occupation authorities in the city of Jerusalem issued a decision imposing house arrest on the citizen: Majed Abu al-Hummus - residents of the village of al-Isawiya, until 06/21/ 2022, as a condition for his release after arresting him earlier.
On 06/16/2022, the Israeli occupation authorities in the city of Jerusalem issued a decision to deport the citizen: Muawiyah Alqam - residents of Shuafat camp in Jerusalem, from the city of Jerusalem for another week, after summoning him for investigation.

At 08:00, groups of extremist Israeli settlers, under the protection of the Israeli occupation police, stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and made provocative tours of its courtyards and facilities.
On the evening of 06/16/ 2022, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Beituniya, and detained a citizen.
The detainee in the town of Beituniya is: Adam Mahmoud Hamdan.
1. At 23:00, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Al-Yamoun and stormed a house.
2. At 02:45, the Israeli occupation forces raided the city of Jenin, clashed with the citizens as they stormed a number of houses and as a result killed 3 civilians and injured 10 other civilians.
At 02:45, the Israeli occupation forces fired live ammunition, rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens, for alleged stoning and shooting during their raid into Jenin and as a result killed 3 civilians and injured 10 other civilians.
The 3 civilians: Yousef Nasser Salah, 23 years old - a resident of Jenin, Bara' Kamal Lahlouh, 24 years old - a resident of Hanin refugee camp, and Laith Salah Abu Surour, 24 years old - a resident of Jenin were killed during confrontations with the Israeli occupation forces in the city of Jenin.
10 unidentified civilians were injured during confrontations with the Israeli occupation forces in the city of Jenin.
At 07:45 on 06/16/ 2022, the Israeli occupation forces closed the Beit Furik checkpoint, in front of traffic, and reopened it at a later time.
1. At dawn on 06/17/ 2022, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Burin, and stormed a number of houses.

The two civilians: Hatem Ahmed Hosni Daghlas and Qais Imad Seif (both are residents of Burqa village) were injured with contusions after they were attacked and assaulted by settlers in the vicinity of the Masoudia area near the village of Burqa.
At 13:45, the Israeli occupation forces in Hawara town forced the owners of the shops located on both sides of the main street passing through the center of the town, to close their shops.
At 13:45, the citizen: Muhammad Ahmad al-Shawaheen, southeast of Yatta, was arrested in the al-Jawiya gathering area, southeast of Yatta.

* Beit Hanoun crossing - “Erez”: On 06/16/ 2022, it is partially open (for the passage of humanitarian cases, foreign journalists, workers of international humanitarian organizations, merchants, businessmen and travelers through the Al-Karama Crossing “Allenby” - previously coordinated for them).
At 08:15 on 06/16/2022, Israeli gunboats fired at fishermen's boats in the open sea off the coast of Al-Sudaniah area, west of Beit Lahia town, injuring 3 fishermen.
3 unidentified civilians were injured as a result of the Israeli gunboats firing towards the fishermen's boats in the open sea off the Sudanese coast.
* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently and by a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010, by unilateral Israeli decision.
At 13:00 on 06/16/ 2022, the Israeli occupation forces detained a unidentified citizen in east of Al-Bureij refugee camp, while he was trying to infiltrate through the border fence into Israel.
* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sofa crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom crossing - “Kerem Shalom”: on 06/16/ 2022 is partially open (for the entry of foodstuffs and goods, limited quantities of fuel and cooking gas, and building materials for the private sector and for internationally funded projects).
* Al-Awda- Rafah crossing: on 06/16/ 2022 is open in both directions (for citizens to leave and enter).
