WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Closure (per District)

1. On June 14th 2016, the Israeli Military intensified their restrictions and prevented residents and workers including those carrying entry permits from entering Jerusalem city and Israel with the exception of Diplomatic missions, International Organization members, Humanitarian cases and those carrying special permits for prayer into Al-Aqsa mosque compound.
2. The Israeli army continues to close the ‘demarcation area’ along the Wall in the area surrounding occupied East Jerusalem and restricts access to local residents as well as to civilians holding special permits.
3. The Israeli army continues to impose a blockade and deny civilian access to a hill between Biddu and Beit Iksa villages.

Closure of Roads

1. The Israeli army continues to close with cement blocks and dirt mounds the entrance to Jaba’ village.
2. The Israeli army continues to close with an iron gate the eastern entrance to Beit Iksa village and forces civilians to access Jerusalem city through Qalandiya checkpoint.

Military Checkpoints

1. Israeli authorities continue to consider Qalandiya checkpoint a “border crossing point” and designate a special crossing lane for holders of Jerusalem IDs and another for those possessing permits to access Jerusalem city.
2. On September 19th 2012, Israeli forces closed Ras Khamis checkpoint near Shu ‘fat camp and impeded the free flow of traffic in order to construct the wall.

Raid

1.At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Biddu town located north west of Jerusalem city and took photograph's of surveillance cameras installed on several merchant shops then with drew at 04:40.
2. At 03:30, Israeli forces raided Anata town then stormed and searched the home of Mahmoud Hassan Hilweh.

Detention

1.At 12:00, Israeli forces detained Mu'taz Bader (A resident of Al-I'zariya town) after he was summoned for questioning by Israeli Intelligence officers in Ma'alee Adumim settlement in Jerusalem.
2. At 13:00, Israeli forces detained Mohammed Jamal Al-Jid (A resident of Abu Dis town) after he was summoned for questioning by Israeli Intelligence officers in Ma'alee Adumim settlement in Jerusalem.
3. At 13:45, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Barakat Taha Salah (35 years old) and Ibrahim Aref Mohammad Salah (30 years old) {both residents of Al-Khadr town} in Jerusalem city.
4.At 00:10, Israeli forces detained Ahmad Adnan Shamasnah (A resident of Qatana town located in North West Jerusalem city).
5. At 03:30, Israeli forces detained the child Majd Ramzi Al-Wazani (15 years old){A resident of Al-Izraiya town}.

Closure of Wall Gates

1. The Israeli army continues to close with cement blocks the Wall gate in Abu Dis town.
2. The Israeli army continues to deny civilian access through the Wall gate on Al-Shayyah road in the area between Al-Sawahira Al-Sharqiya and Al-Slewahira Al-Gharbiya villages, only allowing civilians holding Jerusalem IDs to cross, after subjecting them to thorough searches using electronic devices.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Closure of Roads

The Israeli army continues to close the entrances to Sinjil village well as the junction to Kafr Malik and ‘Ein Samiya villages.

Flying Checkpoints

At 21:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Ein Sinya village roundabout then searched residents until 22:20.

Raid

1.At 02:35, Israeli forces raided Deir Abu Mash'al village, stormed and searched several homes then withdrew at 03:05.
2. At 02:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Jalazoun camp, fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades as they clashed with several residents and detained an unidentified resident then withdrew at 03:05.
3. At 03:20, Israeli forces raided Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya village.

JENIN

Closure (per District)

On December 24th 2015, Israeli forces closed off the area {900m wide and 100m long} along the main road connecting Jenin and Tulkarem leading to south Ya’bad and installed a barbed wire fence around the area and declared the area a closed military zone.

Closure of Roads

The Israeli army continues to close with dirt mounds the road leading to the town of ‘Arraba east of the illegal settlement Dotan.

Flying Checkpoints

At 20:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area located between Zubaba and Rumana villages then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 03:25, Israeli forces raided Fahma village, then stormed and searched a home owned by Ahmad Abdel-Latif Nawasra then summoned him to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.

Closure of Wall Gates

Israeli forces continue to close the wall gate and only allow those holding special permits to enter through it.

TUBAS

Closure of Roads

Since 12:30 on March 15th 2016, Israeli forces closed the east entrance of Al-Aqaba village with cement blocks.

Raid

At 18:00, Israeli forces raided Ein Al-Hilweh, Um Al-Jamal and Hamamat Al-Malah are's then served military orders to halt rehabilitation work on a water well built 4 years ago.

At 22:30, Israeli forces confiscated a Agricultural tractor and water tank owned by Mohammed Abdel-Qadder Abu Ra'ed in Samra area located in east Tubas city.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 07:50,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at “Eniv” checkpoint located along the main road connecting Tulkarem and Nablus and impeded the free flow of traffic until 08:05

QALQILIYA

Closure of Roads

1. Israeli forces continue to close with cement blocks agricultural roads east of Azzun town.
2. In addition to closing the gate installed since the outbreak the second Intifada, the Israeli army continues to close with dirt mounds the eastern entrance to Kafr Qaddum village.
3. Since 10:40 on September 1st 2015, Israeli forces closed an agricultural road leading to Far’ata village which is located near “Gillad” settlement with a steel Gate.

Raid

At 02:45, Israeli forces raided Qalqilya city, fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades as they clashed with several residents and as a result left several residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation and detained 3 residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Ibrahim Ab del-Raheem Daoud (50 years old), Munthir Shareef Nofal and Alaa Abdel-Raaheem Hilal (20 years old) in Qalqilya city.

Closure of Wall Gates

1. 1. The Israeli army continues to restrict access at ‘Azzun ‘Atma Wall gate and impeded the free flow of traffic. The Israeli army continues to close with an iron gate the entrance to the village of Wadi Al- Rasha and to deny civilian access.
2. The Israeli army allows residents to access the village through Gate #109. Having removed the gate at the entrance to the village of Ras Atiya; the Israeli army only allows students to cross to their schools outside the village through the Habla gate.

NABLUS

Closure (per District)

Since December 17th 2013, Israeli forces ordered the closure 500 dunumes of land in Qusra village as a closed military area.

Closure of main Roads

1. 1. The Israeli army continues to close the northern entrance to Qabalan town; the southern entrances to the town of Jamma’in and the villages of Duma and Qaryut.
2. Since 06:30 on November 22nd 2015, Israeli forces closed the main road connecting Aqraba and Yanoun village with dirt mounds.
3. Since 13:00 on December 1st 2015, Israeli forces closed the main road connecting Tel village and the bypass road near “Yitsahar” settlement and installed a steel gate in the area.
4. At 18:45 on June 6th 2016, Israeli forces closed the main road connecting Awarta and Odala villages with dirt mounds.

Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Huwara checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

At 09:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Qabalan and Yatma village junctions then searched residents and vehicles until 11:10.

Raid

At 03:30, Israeli forces raided Nablus city and Askar camp, then stormed and searched Raed Nas'ats home and detained a resident during which a Israeli Military vehicle ran over Saleh Ali Abu Al-A'and (21 years old){A resident of Balata camp in Nablus city} as he was located near Al-Ghawi junction and as a result left him hospitalised with critically injured.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Muntasir Yusef Jameel Subieh (A resident of Askar camp) and Yunis Sabri Abdel-Ghani (A resident of Kafr Qalil village.

Injuries

A Israeli Military vehicle ran over Saleh Ali Abu Al-A'and (21 years old){A resident of Balata camp in Nablus city} as he was located near Al-Ghawi junction and as a result left him hospitalised with critically injured.

SALFIT

Closure of Roads

1. The Israeli army continues to close with dirt mounds the entrance to two detour roads connecting Marda village to its farmland.
2. Since 11:00 on July 30th 2012, Israeli forces have closed two roads leading to Abu Nasar and Qatan Al-Jama’ located in western area of Deir Istiya with cement blocks

JERICHO

Military Checkpoints

Israeli forces intensified its restrictions at Al-Hamra checkpoint set up along the road connecting Jericho and Nablus District and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:40 and again at 12:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Karmilo junction then searched residents and vehicles until 21:15.

BETHLEHEM

Closure (per District)

1. 1. The Israeli army continues to close roads to An Nu’man village, with the exception of the road leading to the Wall gate in the south-eastern area of the village.
2. Since 15 September 2007, the Israel army has prevented civilians from accessing or staying on 22 dunumes of confiscated land in Al Mazmuriya area in Beit Sahur and Bethlehem cities

Closure of Roads

1. 1. The Israeli army continues to close the Beit Jala-Wadi Ahmed road; a road between Um Tuba and Al-Jass ; a road between Um Tuba and Khilat Nu’man: a road between Um Tuba and the wall; a road between Al-Khas village and the wall; the 2 by pass roads located south of Al-Walaja; a road between Talita Qumi and Nazlat Al-Sider in Beit Jala; the eastern road of Al-Khader; the road between Al-Khader and Beit Jala ; Wadi Rahal road near “Ifrat” settlement ,the road between Al-Khader and road #60 which lead to the eastern neighbourhoods of Bethlehem; a road leading to Wadi Rahal, and a road east of Beit Fajjar town with dirt mounds.
2. Since 10:45 on September 8th 2015, Israeli forces closed the agricultural road located in Arab Al-Rashaydeh village located near “Malee Amous” settlement with dirt mounds.
3. Since May 8th 2013, Israeli forces closed the road connecting Al-Carmisan area in Beit Jalla and Al-Walaja with a steel gate and barbed wires

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 15:15 and again at 17:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the western entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles until 18:30 during which the stopped a vehicle at the checkpoint and detained its driver.

Raid

1.At 00:05, Israeli forces raided Harmala village and fired stun grenades towards several homes then withdrew at 00:50.
2.At 03:05, Israeli forces raided Beit Fajjar town, stormed and searched the home of Ahmad Musa Ali Dariya, detained a resident then withdrew at 03:35.

Detention

1. At 14:05, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Jub'a checkpoint detained Fawaz Ali Mohammad Awad (42 years old){A resident of Bethlehem} as he was visiting his son at an Israeli prison.
2.Israeli forces positioned at the entrance of Teqou' town detained Musa Ahmad Sa'ed (A resident of Jenin camp).
3.Israeli forces detained Ahmad Ali Taqatqa (19 years old) in Beit Fajjar town.

HEBRON

Closure (per District)

1. The Israeli army continues to close Khuzq Al-Far areas, as well as the old gold market in Hebron’s Old City. In addition to closing the entrance to Al-Qeisi neighbourhood, the Israeli army continues to close the entrances to the area of Al-Hisba (the fruits and vegetables market) with an electronic gate; Al-Laban Market also remains closed.
2. Since 05 January 2009, the Israeli army has closed the area located along the Green Line south of the town of Yatta. Having seized land for Wall construction, the Israeli army evicted the Palestinian residents and denied them access to the area.
3. At 09:00 on June 9th 2016, Israeli forces imposed a full closure on Yatta town { After the alleged shooting attack by 2 residents in Tel Aviv on June 8th 2016},installed several checkpoint inside the town and prevented residents from entering or exiting the town except for emergency medical cases and high school students taking exams.

At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Yatta town, stormed the homes of Khalid Abu Qubtiya {A National Security Force Officers }, Nabeel Abu Qubtiya {A Intellegnce force officer} and Wael Hussien Abu Qubtiya {A Intellegnce force officer} and again at 04:10, fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades as they clashed with several residents and as a result injured a child then proceeded to storm and search several residents homes and surrounded the home of Mohammad Musa Makhamra then served him a military order to demolish the home.

Detention

1.At 11:20, Israeli forces positioned at the entrance of Al-Ibrahimi mosque in the old city of Hebron detained Mustafa Hassan Rabi'i (22 years old){A resident of Teqou' town}.
2.At 01:00, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mohammad Jaber and Ameer Jaber {Both residents of Jaber neighborhood in the old city of Hebron}.
3.At 01:30, Israeli forces detained Abdel-Rahman Mahmoud Makhamra in Yatta town.
4.At 02:50, Israeli forces detained Abdel-Azziz Adel Rajab Al-Yamani {A resident of the old city of Hebron}.

Assaults on Property

Israeli forces served a military order for the demolition of a home owned by Al-Makhamra family in Yatta town.

Injuries

A child was injured after a stun grenade fired by Israeli forces exploded near him in Yatta town.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

The Israeli Military Jets broke the ceasefire agreement by launching Missiles towards Jahr Al-Dik area located in east Al-Buriej camp in Central Gaza.
The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Al-Maghazi campin Central Gaza.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

• Beit Hanun (Erez) is open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Detention

On the morning of June 15th 2016, Israeli Naval vessels chased Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Wadi Gaza area and detained 4 fishermen: Mohammad Baker, Fahed Baker, Ziyad Tarboush and Abed Tarboush.

CENTRAL GAZA

Air Strike

At 21:40, Israeli fighter jets launched missiles towards east Jaher Ad-Dik area located in east Al-Buriej camp.

Attack

At 00:20 and again at 03:20 on June 15th 2016. Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards Al-Maghazi camp.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

1. Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
2. Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the entry of students, medical patients and the entry of construction material.
