JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 10:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Beit Hanina town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At dawn on July 31st 2017, Israeli forces raided Qalandiya camp and detained 2 residents.
2. At dawn on July 31st 2017,Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town and detained a resident.
3.At dawn on July 31st 2017, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village and detained 2 residents.

Detention

1. At 08:00, Israeli forces detained Raed Al-Zaghir {A resident of Jerusalem city} in Al-Aqsa mosque compound.
2. At 09:00, Israeli forces detained Sultan Shatat {A resident of Al-Bireh city} near Mukhmas village.
3. On the evening of July 30th 2017, Israeli forces detained Mohammad Al-Shayoukhi in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
4. At dawn on July 31st 2017, Israeli forces detained 28 residents :Ahmed Abu Jumaa, Mohammed Khaled al-Maghrabi, Mohammed Eid al-Mughrabi, Fares Abu Ghannam, Majd al-Sayyad, Firas Ibrahim Khois, Muhammad Arafat Abu Sbitan, Ali Abu Jumaa, Muhannad Abu Jumaa, Amir Qarawi, Saberan, Amir Maher Abu Jumaa, Ahmad Marwan Rashid Abu Jumaa, Hamza Zaki Khuwais, Ibrahim Arafat Abu Sbitan, Asaad Jameel Abu Al Hawa, Abdullah Bassem Idris, Ahmed Jawdat Al Razzam, Mohammad Azzam Anous, Fadlallah Mohammed Al Abbasi, Raed Saeed Najm, Ramez Wahib al-Ajlouni, Mohammed al-Shaloudi, Mohammed al-Ajlouni, Ayham al-Za'anin and Mahmoud Zeid al-Qaq in Al-Tur, Al-Thuri, Ras Al-Amoud and Wadi Al-Juz neighborhoods in the old city of Jerusalem.
5. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Abdallah Ziyad and Mohammad Jamil Mutier in Qalandiya camp.
6. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Khalil in Abu Dis town.
7. Israeli forces detained 2 resident: Nur Al-Din Maher Muhiesin and Ismail Tawfiq Muhisen in Al-Eisawiya village.

Attack

1. At 16:30, Israeli forces positioned near Bab Al-Majlis gate {A main gate entrance leading to Al-Aqsa mosque compound} in the old city of Jerusalem fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 19:00, Israeli forces positioned in Al-Eizariya town fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
3. At 21:00, Israeli forces positioned in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Deportation

On July 30th 2017, Israeli authorities issued an Order to deport the child Anas Al-Matour {13 years old} from Jerusalem city for a period of 2 months [part of his terms of release} after he was detained by Israeli forces near Al-Absat gate in the old city of Jerusalem.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 11:00 on July 30th 2017, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 13:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Silwad town then searched residents and vehicles until 15:00.
2. At 22:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles until 23:40.

Raid

1. At 01:40, Israeli forces raided Budrus village until 03:00.
2. At 02:35, Israeli forces raided Beit Sira village, stormed and searched a home and assaulted Mohammad Hamad Hamdan.

Physical Assault

At 02:35, Israeli forces assaulted Mohammad Hamad Hamdan after storming and searching his home during their raid into Beit Sira village..

Closure of main Roads

At 22:00, Israeli forces closed the main road leading to Al-Jalazun camp located near "Bet El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city with cement blocks.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

At 00:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Jalmah village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 02:35, Israeli forces raided Ya'bad town and detained a National Security forces officer.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Nihad Ahmad Riyhan in Ya'bad town.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 08:15 and again at 18:40, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 21:30.

Raid

At 00:10, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city until 02:10.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 20:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqilya city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 04:20, Israeli forces raided Qalqilya city until 06:45.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Deir Sharaf village junction {located along the main road connecting {Tulkarem and Nablus} then searched residents and vehicles until 09:10.
2. At 21:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Al-Muraba'a area located near Tel village then searched residents and vehicles until 23:00.

Raid

1. At dawn on July 30th 2017, Israeli forces raided Assira Al-Shimaliya town and detained a resident.
2. At 03:25, Israeli forces raided Nablus city until 04:50.

Detention

1. On July 29th 2017, Israeli forces positioned in the area between Yassid village and Jaba' town detained Rayan Zuhier Sharif {A resident of Yassid village}.
2. Israeli forces detained Murad Yusef Masaud Jaraj'a in Assira Al-Shamaliya town.

SALFIT

Military Checkpoints

At 01:45, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Za'tara junction checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 03:00.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:30 and again at 20:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Iskaka village bridge then searched residents and vehicles until 21:15.
2. At 20:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Salfit city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 21:15, Israeli forces raided Kafil Harris town, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 01:30.

Attack

At 21:15, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Kafil Harris town.

Settlers Attacks

At 17:45, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near "Kafar Tupah" settlement let lose attack dogs on Jallal Abdel-Latif Yusef Azzam {A resident of Yasuf village} and as a result left him hospitalized with contusions and dog bites.

Injuries

Jallal Abdel-Latif Yusef Azzam {A resident of Yasuf village} was hospitalized after Israeli settlers let lose attack dogs on him near "Kafar Tupah" settlement.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 20:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Beit Fajjar town then searched residents and vehicles until 01:00.
2. At 20:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents until 23:50.
3. At 01:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Marah Rabah village then searched residents and vehicles until 03:00.

Raid

1. At 02:50, Israeli forces raided Beit Fajjar town then stormed and searched several homes.
2. At 04:25, Israeli forces raided Al-Duhisheh camp in Bethlehem city, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes then detained 2 residents.
3. At 04:25, Israeli forces raided Al-Doha town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Yahya Mohammad Ahmad Al-Khamour Anas Khalid Ali Daud Al-Safi in Al-Duhisheh camp in Bethlehem city.
2. Israeli forces detained Islam Mahmoud Mohammad Qanis in Al-Doha town.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Fawwar camp then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1.At dawn on July 30th 2017 and again at dawn on July 31 2017, Israeli forces raided Hebron city and detained 2 residents.
2. At 23:50, Israeli forces raided Zif village and detained a resident.
3. At dawn on July 31st 2017, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town, clashed with several residents, stormed and searched several homes, detained a resident and summoned Fareed Shawqi Abu Ayash to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.
4. At dawn on July 31st 2017, Israeli forces raided Al-Karmil village and detained a resident.

Detention

1. At 14:00, Israeli forces detained Hamam Jaffar Abu Arqoub near Khursa village junction.
2. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Nathmi Al-Jamal and Adel Mohammad Ali Al-Ja'bari in Hebron city.
3. Israeli forces detained Ibrahim Abdel-Hameed Abu Subieh in Zif village.
4. Israeli forces detained Bashar Jamil Yusef Masharqa in Beit Ummar town.
5. Israeli forces detained Ali Mohammad Ali Abu Aram in Al-Karmil village.

1. At 12:00, Israeli forces positioned near Khursa village junction fired rubber coated steel bullets,stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At dawn on July 31st 2017, Israeli forces fired ,stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Beit Ummar town.

New Military Post

At 12:00, Israeli forces levelled a plot of agricultural land near Khursa village junction and installed a Military watchtower in the area.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 3rd 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip.

•Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza District.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

On the morning of July 30th 2017, Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
