JERUSALEM
Detention
1. At 10:00, Israeli forces detained Daoud Ahmad Al-Abbassi in the old city of Jerusalem.
2. Israeli forces detained Ahmad Abdallah Halabiyat in Abu Dis town.
Obstruction of Places of Worship
At 11:00,a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.
RAMALLAH & AL BIREH
Military Checkpoints
On July 18th 2019,Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city is open to residents exiting from the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh from 10:00 until 23:00 daily, and is open for the entry of residents into the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh from 06:00 Until 22:00 daily and on Friday the checkpoint will be open from 07:00 until 23:00 and on Saturday will be open from both directions from 10:00 until 23:00.

At 21:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles.

At 01:30,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Huwara" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

1. At 14:25,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Wadi Al-Bithan road {located at the east entrance of Nablus city} and detained a Palestinian Intelligence force officer.
2. At 19:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Iraq Burin village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 01:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Al-Muraba' area located near Tel village then searched residents and vehicles.

At 21:10, Israeli forces raided Kafil Harris town as they escorted a group of Israeli settlers as they stormed holy sites in the area and clashed with several residents.

GAZA STRIP
ALL DISTRICTS
• At 19:00 on August 26th 2019,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles .
•Israeli forces broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Khan Yunis districts.

At 16:00 on July 18th 2019, Israeli forces detained a unidentified resident in North Beit Lahiya town as he was attempting to climb the border fence into Israel.

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

At 09:30 on July 18th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards Palestinian Gunmen locations in east Khuz'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.
