DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00, 22nd January 2022 -08:00, 23rd January 2022
1. At 00:14, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Al-Eizariya and confiscated camera recordings from some gas stations and shops.
2. At 00:21, the Israeli occupation forces raided the Airport Street area in the town of Kafr Aqab and fired live ammunition, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens.
At 21:00, the Israeli occupation forces fired live ammunition, stun and tear gas canisters towards ccitizens during confrontations that took place in the Airport Street area in the town of Kafr Aqab. No injuries were reported.
1. At 13:35, the Israeli occupation forces raided the entrance to the town of Turmusaya and detained a female citizen for a period of time.
2. At 16:50, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Al-Mughayer and conducted a patrol.
1. At 09:50,the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint on the roundabout of Deir Nidham town to search cars and check the identities of the citizens.
2. At 16:40, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Nabi Saleh to search cars and check the identities of the citizens
3. At 19:50, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint in the Wadi El-Delb area near the town of Kafr Nima and Deir Bzei’ to search cars and check the identities of the citizens.
At 19:30, the Israeli occupation forces closed the Shufa checkpoint in front of the citizens in both directions until 20:25
At 03:15,the Israeli occupation forces raided the city of Tulkarm and its camp, and the Dhanaba suburb, and a detained 4 citizens then withdrew at 04:30.
The 4 detainees in Tulkarm are: Jamal Abdullah Ishtiwi Hadideh, 55 years old - a resident of Izbat Al-Tayah, Anas Muhammad Ahmad Khader "Al-Husari" 39 years old - a resident of Thinabeh, Osama Burhan Hussein Abd Rabbo, 37 years old - a resident of Tulkarm camp, Yusef Jihad Mahmoud Khreish 30 years old - a resident of Tulkarm.
At 02:45,the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Azzoun and detained 2 civilians.
The two detainees in the town of Azzun are: Ahmed Nour El-Din Abdel Rahman Rayan - 20 years old, and Ahmed Yousef Salama Salim - 33 years old, an ex-detainee.
At 16:15, the Israeli occupation forces fired live ammunition, stun and tear gas canisters towards civilians during confrontations that took place in the vicinity of Kafr Qaddoum town and as a result injured a Palestinian Security Force officer.
At 20:00, the Israeli occupation forces closed the Za'tara military checkpoint in front of the citizens.
At 16:45 and 18:55, the Israeli occupation forces fired live ammunition, stun and tear gas canisters towards civilians during confrontations that took place in the village of Barqa . No injuries were reported.
At 21:40, the Israeli occupation forces closed the iron gate located at the western entrance to the town of Kafr ad-Dik until 01:30
At 18:20, the Israeli occupation forces set up a surprise checkpoint at the eastern entrance to Marda town, to search vehicles and check citizens' identities.
At 20:50, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Bruqin.
1. At 09:20, a group settlers gathered, under the protection of the occupation forces, from a plot of land belonging to the people of Kafr Ad-Dik after they had taken over it, and belonging to the citizen: Ahmed Shawkat Younis.
2. At 16:50, two settlers in the Al-Tal area near the settlement of "Al-Ras" intercepted a car belonging to a citizen of the Salfit Intelligence Services. They searched the vehicle, detained the driver, and warned him not to come to the area.
3. At 06:55, a group of settlers stormed Qira village, north of Salfit and slashed the tires of several vehicles and wrote hostile slogans on the walls.
At 19:55, the Israeli occupation forces set up a flying checkpoint in Betar town, to search vehicles and check citizens' identities.
At 16:35, the Israeli occupation forces set up a flying checkpoint in the Al-Fahs area, south of Hebron to search vehicles and check citizens' identities.
At 01:30, the Israeli occupation forces detained 2 civilians: Hani Nafez Al-Rajbi, an ex-detainee, and Musab Rajeh Al-Rajabi, both of whom are residents of Hebron.
At 17:30, the Israeli occupation forces fired live ammunition, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens during clashes that took place at the entrance to Al-Aroub camp.
At 16:00, a group of Israeli settlers in the Safa area of Beit Ummar attacked a vehicle belonging to Muhammad Fakhri Abu Ayyash from the town.
• At 02:00 on 05/21/ 2021, the comprehensive ceasefire entered into force at the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• On the morning of 07/30/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the marine fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 12 nautical miles.
• The Israeli occupation forces violated the ceasefire agreement by firing from their positions on the Green Line towards Khan Yunis governorate.
* Beit Hanoun crossing - “Erez”: On 01/22/ 2022 is closed.
* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently and by a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010, by unilateral Israeli decision.
1. At 09:30 on 01/ 22/2022, the Israeli occupation forces positioned at the border fence fired live ammunition and tear gas canisters towards east of Qarara area but no injuries were reported.
2. At 11:30 on 01/ 22/2022, the Israeli occupation forces positioned at the border fence fired live ammunition and tear gas canisters towards east of Qarara area, but no injuries were reported.
* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sofa crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom crossing - “Kerem Shalom”: on 01/22/ 2022 is closed.
* Al-Awda- Rafah crossing: on 01/22/ 2022 is closed.
