DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00,4th January 2021 -08:00, 5th January 2021
1. At 09:30 and again at 15:15,, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Al-Issawiya, and conducted a patrol. where clashes took place with citizens as they stormed a number of houses, and detained 4 citizens.
2. At 11:00, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Anata, demolishing 4 commercial buildings and retaining walls, and withdrew at 14:50.
2. At 13:55,the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Jaba, handed notices for the demolition of a number of homes, under the pretext of lack of a permit, and withdrew at 14:55.
1. At dawn 04/01/2021, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in the Silwan neighborhood of Jerusalem detained 2 citizens: Wajdi Abu Sobeih and Harbi Abu Sobeih.
2. The 4 detainees in the village of Al-Issawiya are: Fadi Abu Ghanem, Iyas Ubaid, Mahmoud Ubaid, and Hamza Abu Ghanem.
1. At 15:15, the Israeli occupation forces fired sound and tear gas canisters towards several citizens under the pretext that they had been throwing stones during their raid into the village of Al-Issawiya.
2. At 19:00, the Israeli occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades and tear towards several citizens as in the Al-Tour neighborhood of Jerusalem, under the pretext that they had been thrown with stones.
At 11:00, the Israeli occupation forces demolished 4 commercial buildings and retaining walls owned by Muhammad Subhi Bayaa in the town of Anata, under the pretext of not being licensed.
At 09:00, a group of extremist settlers, under the protection of the occupation police, stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and conducted provocative tours in its courtyards and facilities.
On the evening of 04/01/2021, a group of settlers were present on Al-Misrara Street in the city of Jerusalem, and set fire to the tires of spent vehicles to close the street, and stones were thrown at Palestinian vehicles passing by.
1. At 14:30, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the village of Nabi Saleh, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 20:45, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the Shuqba village junction, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
1. At 21:15, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Deir Nizam, and conducted a patrol.
2. At 03:10, the Israeli occupation forces raided the city of Al-Bireh, and confrontations took place with the citizens as they stormed and searched of a number of houses and as a result wounded a citizen.
1. At 20:45, the Israeli occupation forces fired sound and tear gas canisters at the citizens, near the entrance to the village of Nabi Saleh, under the pretext that they had been throwing stones.
2. At 03:10,the occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades and tear gas canisters towards citizens as they stormed and searched of a number of houses and as a result wounded a citizen during their raid into the city of Al-Bireh.
The wounded man during clashes with the occupation forces in the city of Al-Bireh is: Raed Adnan Sarsour.
On 04/01/2021, the Israeli occupation forces swept away an area of land around the entrance near of the village of Deir Nizam owned by the citizen: Raafat Hassan Muhammad Hassan.
At 21:05, a group of settlers positioned at the junction of the settlement outpost "Givat Asaf", east of the city of Al-Bireh threw stones at the Palestinian vehicles travelling in the area.
At 15:40, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Zabuba, stormed and searched a number of homes, and withdrew at 16:00.
At 19:50, the Israeli occupation forces positioned near the separation wall located west of the town of Ya'bad opened fire towards 3 civilians and as a result left them hospitalized with wounds at the government hospital in Jenin.
The 3 civilians wounded after Israeli forces opened fire towards them near the apartheid wall, west of the town of Ya'bad, are: Abdullah Farouq Abu Bakr, Jamal Mahmoud Gharbia, and Muhammad Jamal Gharbia.
At 02:40, the Israeli occupation forces raided the city of Tubas, where clashes took place with the citizens as they stormed and searched of 2 houses, and withdrew at 05:00.
At 14:00, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in the Khirbet al-Deir area, east of the village of Ain al-Bayda located in the northern Jordan Valley detained Ali Moayad Subaih (agricultural worker) - a residents of Tayasir village.
At 02:40, the Israeli occupation forces fired sound and tear gas canisters towards citizens on the pretext that they had been stoned as they stormed and searched 2 houses during their raid into the city of Tubas.
At 09:55, a group of settlers levelled a plot of land, in the Al-Farisiyah area in the northern Jordan Valley in preparation for seizing it, with the aim of establishing agricultural projects.
At 17:20,the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at the "Ainaf" checkpoint, and blocked traffic until 18:05.
1. At 01:40, the Israeli occupation forces raided Tulkarm, detained a citizen, and withdrew at 04:40.
2. At 06:45,the Israeli occupation forces raided Tulkarm camp in Tulkarm, and detained 3 citizens.
1. The 3 detainees in Tulkarm are: Muhammad Ismail Abu Leifa, Adnan Tayseer Samara, and Fuad al-Shalabi.
2. The detainee in Tulkarm Camp in Tulkarm is: Raed Muhammad Hussein Qouzah.
1. At 08:45 and again at 20:15, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the village of Ezbet al-Tabib to search cars and check citizens' identities until 22:00.
2. At 10:20 and again at 20:00 , the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the eastern entrance to the city of Qalqilya to search cars and check citizens' identities until 22:00.
At 10:20, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Habla, and patrolled until 11:00.
At 21:35, the Israeli occupation forces closed the Huwwara checkpoint, in front of the citizens leaving Nablus, and reopened it at a later time.
1. At 18:10, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the "Shafi Shimron" settlement junction (on the main road Nablus - Jenin), to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 19:05, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the Aqraba town junction, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
1. At 10:25, the Israeli occupation forces raided accompanied by a vehicle of the Antiquities Authority, stormed the village of Ain Shibli, and conducted a patrol.
2. At 10:30, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Sebastia, escorting a group of settlers during their visit to the archaeological area in the village, and withdrew at 15:30 at the time.
3. At 16:05, the Israeli occupation police raided Tal village, and conducted a patrol.
4. At 01:40, the Israeli occupation forces raided Nablus, arrested a citizen, and withdrew at 04:00.
The detainee in Nablus is: Yasser Muhammad Al-Mahmouj.
At 10:10,the Israeli occupation forces closed the village bypass road, with cement blocks.
At 20:45, a group of settlers were present in the vicinity of the roundabout of the settlement of Yitzhar, north of the town of Huwara, and threw stones at the vehicles of passing citizens, and withdrew at 21:50.
At 13:25, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at the Zaatarah Junction checkpoint, and obstructed traffic.
1. At 15:50, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Qarawat Bani Hassan, to search cars and check citizens' identities until 16:35.
2. At 20:15, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the western entrance to the town of Kafr al-Dik, to search cars and check citizens' identities until 21:30.
3. At 20:50, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Kafeel Haris, to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 22:00.
4. At 21:35, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to Rafat village, to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 18:30.
1. At 10:30, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Deir Ballut, and conducted a patrol.
2. At 16:30, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Sirta, and conducted a patrol.
At 21:15, the Israeli occupation forces positioned at the Kafr Qasim crossing detained Abd al-Rahman Yusef Khaled Hamza - a resident of Tal village in Nablus governorate.
1. At 08:20 and again at 17:15 , the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the southern entrance to Jericho to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 18:40, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to Jericho, to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 19:50.
3. At 19:10, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the village of Ein Al-Dyouk, north of Jericho, to search cars and check citizens' identities until 19:45.
1. At 08:00, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the western entrance to the town of Tuqu ', to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 10:00.
2. At 09:10 and again at 18:40, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the western entrance to the town of Beit Fajjar. to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
3. At 22:45, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the Al-Nashash area junction (the southern entrance to Bethlehem), to search cars and check citizens' identities until 00:15.
At 02:50, the Israeli occupation forces raided Bethlehem city and the village of Beit Ta'amer, where clashes took place with the citizens as they stormed and searched 2 homes in Bethlehem city, and withdrew at 07:15.
On 04/01/2021, the Israeli occupation forces temporarily detained the citizen: Jamila Issa Muhammad Shuaibat during their raid into Beit Sahour city (as mentioned in the previous report) and released her at 15:20.
At 02:50, the Israeli occupation forces fired sound and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched 2 homes during their raid into Bethlehem city.
At 12:00, the Israeli occupation forces demolished an agricultural room on land owned by Salah al-Din Ahmed Mustafa Salah, in the Al-Bireh area of the town of Al-Khader, for being located near the settlement of "Efrat", which is under the Israeli military control
1. On 04/01/2021, a group of settlers from the settlement of "Beitar Illit" pumped wastewater (sewage) from inside the colony to the citizens' lands planted with olive groves and grape vines in the Qaddis area of Husan village, located near the settlement, which led to its flooding with a high level of wastewater, and the destruction of agricultural crops.
2. At 18:30, a group of settlers closed the junction of the "Kfar Etzion" settlement, in front of traffic, and withdrew at 23:15.
3. At 20:55, a group of settlers were present in the vicinity of the al-Fardis village roundabout and the entrance to the town of Janata, and withdrew at 23:15.
1. At 18:40,the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to Al-Fawwar camp, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 19:25,the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the Halhoul town bridge, to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 21:50.
3. At 21:15, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Beit Kahil, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
4. At 01:20, the Israeli occupation forces set up 4 checkpoints at the entrances to Hebron, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
1. At 14:20,the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Khallet al-Mayya, east of Yatta, then stormed a house, and confiscated the home's surveillance camera recordings.
2. At 22:00, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Beit Ummar, detained 2 civilians (a citizen and his son), and released them at a later time.
3. At 02:20, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Beit Awa, and conducted a patrol.
4. At 06:10, the Israeli occupation forces raided Hebron, stormed and searched 2 homes.
1. At 17:25, the Israeli occupation forces positioned near the entrance to the settlement of "Hagai", located south of Hebron detained the child: Yazan Raed Sidr, 13 years old - a resident of Hebron, while he was riding a motorcycle, and released him after they confiscated his motorcycle and a cell phone for the hour 17:50.
2. At 22:00 the Israeli occupation forces temporarily detained 2 citizens (a citizen and his son): Abd al-Fattah Jamil Jaber Jawabra and his son Taqi al-Din during their raid into the town of Beit Ummar, and released them at a later time.
1. At 11:00, the Israeli occupation forces fired sound and tear gas canisters in the area of Al-Jagma, north of the town of Halhoul, towards citizens participating in an event to plant olive trees in lands threatened with confiscation.
2. At 19:05, the Israeli occupation forces fired stun grenades and tear gas canisters in the area of Al-Dawwara in Sa'ir town, at the citizens, under the pretext that they had been throwing stones.
3. At 19:05, the Israeli occupation forces fired sound and tear gas canisters at the citizens, near the entrance to the town of Beit Ummar, under the pretext that they had been throwing stones.
4. At 20:40, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in front of Al-Arroub camp, fired stun grenades and tear gas canisters at the homes of citizens at the entrance to the camp, under the pretext that they had been throwing stones.
At 17:25, the Israeli occupation forces confiscated a motorcycle and a (cellular) phone from the child: Raed Sidr, 13 years old, resident of Hebron, near the entrance to the settlement of "Hagai", south of Hebron, during his detention.
At 13:10, a group of settlers was present at the entrance to the Nabi Yunus area (on the main road to Hebron - Bethlehem), and withdrew at 16:20.
• At 19:00 on 26/08/2014, the permanent and comprehensive ceasefire came into effect with the initiative and patronage of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, the introduction of humanitarian and relief aid and reconstruction requirements, and expanding the fishing area to a distance of 6 miles with the increase in distance Up to 12 miles by the end of this year, reducing the "security buffer" zone from 300 meters to 100 meters, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. Other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within a month of the ceasefire.
• On the morning of June 28, 2019, the occupation forces allowed the expansion of the fishing distance from opposite the Al-Waha area northwest of the town of Beit Lahiya in the northern Gaza governorate and up to the Gaza port by a distance of 6 nautical miles, and from opposite the Gaza port to the south of the coast of Rafah to 15 nautical miles.
• On 01/09/2020, the occupation forces re-expanded the fishing distance from the front of the Al-Waha area northwest of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza governorate and up to the Gaza port by a distance of 6 nautical miles, and from opposite the Gaza port to the south of the coast of Rafah to 15 nautical miles. After it imposed on 08/16/2020 a complete closure on the maritime domain in front of the fishermen's boats in front of the Gaza Strip.
• The Israeli occupation forces violated the ceasefire, by firing from their positions on the Green Line in the governorates of North Gaza, Gaza, Central Gaza, and Khan Yunis, and by firing at the fishermen's boats during their pursuit at sea in the North Gaza Governorate.
* Beit Hanoun Crossing - "Erez": On 01/04/2021 is closed (except for the passage of emergency humanitarian cases).
1. At 08:00 on 04/01/2021, Israeli gunboats fired at the fishermen's boats while chasing them at sea off the Al-Sudania beach, west of Beit Lahia.

3. At 23:45 on 04/01/2021, the Israeli occupation forces opened fire from their positions on the Green Line, towards agricultural lands east of Beit Hanoun town.

At 09:45 on 04/01 2021,the Israeli occupation forces fired fire and tear gas canisters from their positions on the Green Line, towards a number of citizens near the border fence east of Gaza City.
1. At 08:00 on 04/01/2021,the Israeli occupation forces opened fire from their positions on the Green Line, towards agricultural lands east of Al-Bureij camp.
2. At 08:00 on 04/01/2021, the Israeli occupation forces fired from their positions on the Green Line, towards agricultural lands east of Al-Maghazi camp.
