Detention
At 16:20, Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Nidal Jamal Mohammed Rabaya, and his brothers Mohammed, Nadir, and Nael {All are residents of Al-Ubidiya town in Bethlehem district} in Sur Baher village.
Attack
1.At 17:00, Israeli forces positioned in Ras Kabsa area in Abu Dis town fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured 7 residents and left 16 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 17:30, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Eisawiya village fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
Injuries
Isreali forces injured 7 unidentified residents during clashes in in Ras Kabsa area in Abu Dis town.
Closure of main Roads

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH
Flying Checkpoints
At 19:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Eiyoun Al-Haramiya area junction {along the main road connecting Ramallah and Nablus} and detained a resident.

1. At 10:35, Israeli forces detained the child: Ahmed Saleh Salah {A resident of the Jalazoun camp}
2. At 17:15, Israeli forces detained Mohammad Al-Bissi Abu Aliya {A resident of Al-Mughier village}.
3. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint near Eiyoun Al-Haramiya area junction {along the main road connecting Ramallah and Nablus} detained Salim Salim Hamid {A resident of Silwad town}.

At 12:20, Israeli forces positioned near "Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint near "Bet El" settlement located in North Al-Bireh city fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured 3 residents{ including a child}.
2. At 12:35, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya village fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured 6 residents {including a child}.
3. At 14:20, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured a resident.
Injuries
1. Israeli forces injured 3 residents: Mohammed Bakr Zaid Hassan {16 years old}{A resident of Qadoura camp in Ramallah city} and Yazen Mohammed Salem Abu Salem {A residents of Deir Ammar village}.
2. Israeli forces injured 6 residents: Bilal al-'Abd, 'Odeh Abu Qara`, Ahmad' Abd al-Ladadwa, Radhi Muhammad Shreitah, Muhammad Yusuf Kayed, and Ahmad Haitham Shreitheh {16 years old} during clashes in Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya village.

At 20:05, Israeli forces raided Zubaba village, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 00:10.

At 20:05, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Zabuba village.

At 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.

At 13:20, Israeli forces positioned near the closed east entrance of Kafr Qaddum village fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during demonstrations protesting agianst the continued closure of the village entrance and as a result injured 3 residents and left 8 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 16:30, Israeli forces positioned near the North Border crossing in Qalqiliya city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured a child.
3. At 16:50, Israeli forces positioned near Jayyous town fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

1. Israeli forces injured 3 unidentified residents during clashes near the closed east entrance of Kafr Qaddum village.

At 07:20 on February 16th 2018, Israeli forces raided Jericho city as they escorted a group of Israeli settlers who stormed a Synagogue then withdrew at 09:30.

Israeli forces positioned near checkpoint at a the south entrance of Jericho city detained Ali Zaid Abdullah {17 years old} {A resident of Aqabat Jabr camp}.

1. At 16:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Khader town cemetery then searched residents and vehicles until 17:15.
2. At 23:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Nihalin and Husan villages then searched residents and vehicles until 00:35.
Raid
1. At 16:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town until 16:25.
2. At 18:20, Israeli forces raided Um Salmuna village and served a military order to halt construction on 3 homes and a water well owned by Majid Hussein Tataqqa, Sherif Othman Tataqqa and Ahmed Youssef Tataqqa for allegdly being built with out a licence because of its location in Area C which is under Israeli Military and Administrative control then withdrew at 19:20.
HEBRON
Flying Checkpoints
At 08:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Arrub camp then searched residents and vehicles until 10:30.
Raid
1. At 13:15 and again at 21:40, Israeli forces raided Hebron city.
2. At 23:30, Israeli forces raided Bani Na'im, Beit Awwa and Al-Thahriya towns and Deir Sammit village then summoned Ziyad Ali Atta Khdeirat {A resident of Al-Thahriya town} to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning.
Detention
At 18:10, Israeli forces detained Salem Amin Al-Rjoub {A resident of Dura town}.
Attack
On the afternoon of February 16th 2018, Israeli forces positioned near Bab Al-Zawiya area located in Hebron city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and temporarily detained a child then released him at a later time.
Physical Assault
On the evening of February 16th 2018, Israeli forces positioned in the old city of Hebron assaulted 5 residents including 2 children: Bara 'Aref Jaber {17 years old}, and his brothers Mohammed, {14 year old},' Emad, 'Alaa Mansour Jaber, and Baha Abu Rumailah Al-Tamimi as they were standing near their home and as a result left them hospitalized with contusions.
Temporary Detention
On the after noon of February 16th 2018, Israeli forces positioned near Bab Al-Zawiya area located in Hebron city temporarily detained the child Ma'moun Al-Natsha {16 years old}.
GAZA STRIP
ALL DISTRICTS
• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza stripe and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Gaza, Central Gaza and Khan Yunis district and as a result injured 23 residents.
NORTHERN GAZA
Closure of Crossing Points
* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

1. At 15:00 on February 16th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green line fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators near Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing.
2. At 15:00 on February 16th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green line fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Jabaliya town and as a result injured 13 residents.
