DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00,4th February 2021 -08:00, 5th February 2021
At dawn on 04/02/2021, Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Al-Eizariya, and detained 3 citizens.
The 3 detainees in the town of Al-Eizariya are: Alaa Bassam Adwan, Ashraf Muhammad Mustafa Al-Yassini, and Faris Ramzi and Rani.
1. At 09:00, a group of extremist settlers, under the protection of the occupation police, stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and conducted provocative tours in its courtyards and facilities.
2. On the evening of 04/ 02/2021, an extremist settler attacked the Roman Orthodox Church in the Al-Misrara neighborhood of Jerusalem after breaking the lock of one of its doors and a security camera installed in the place.
1. At 15:15, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint between the villages of Ras Karkar and Deir Bzeih, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 18:55, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Aboud, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
At 08:25, Israeli occupation forces raided Jenin city, and detained 2 citizens (brothers).
The two detainees in Jenin are: Omar Khaled Ibrahim Hammad and his brother Ibrahim.
1. At 12:15, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Azzun, to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 15:30.
2. At 14:50, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to Kafr Laqif village, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
3. At 14:50 and again at 22:20, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the eastern entrance to the city of Qalqilya to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
At 18:25, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint in Al-Murabba 'area near the entrance to the village of Tal, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
1. At 11:55, Israeli occupation forces raided Qabalan town, stormed a house, and delivered a notice to Abd al-Latif Abed to report to the Israeli intelligence.
2. At 23:30, Israeli occupation forces raided the northern town of Asira, detained a citizen, and withdrew at 01:15
The detainee in the northern town of Asira is Esmat Jamil Shuli.
1. At 08:00 and again at 19:15, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to the city of Salfit to search cars and check citizens' identities until 20:45.
2. At 11:00,the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint between the town of Kafeel Haris and the village of Haris, to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 12:00.
1. At 09:10, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to Jericho, to search cars and check citizens' identities until 13:15.
2. At 09:50, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the eastern entrance to Jericho, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
At 21:00, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the Halhoul town bridge, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
At 09:25, the Israeli occupation forces demolished a house measuring 180 square meters owned by: Noah Dhib Al-Harb, in the area of Khallet Taha, west of the town of Dura under the pretext of not having a permit.
At 09:25, the Israeli occupation forces destroyed the electricity network in the area of Khallet Taha, west of the town of Dura, and broke the columns of the grid that supply 10 homes in the area.
• At 19:00 on 26/08/2014, the permanent and comprehensive ceasefire came into effect with the initiative and patronage of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, the introduction of humanitarian and relief aid and reconstruction requirements, and expanding the fishing area to a distance of 6 miles with the increase in distance Up to 12 miles by the end of this year, reducing the "security buffer" zone from 300 meters to 100 meters, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. Other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within a month of the ceasefire.
• On the morning of June 28, 2019, the occupation forces allowed the expansion of the fishing distance from opposite the Al-Waha area northwest of the town of Beit Lahiya in the northern Gaza governorate and up to the Gaza port by a distance of 6 nautical miles, and from opposite the Gaza port to the south of the coast of Rafah to 15 nautical miles.
• On 01/09/2020, the occupation forces re-expanded the fishing distance from the front of the Al-Waha area northwest of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza governorate and up to the Gaza port by a distance of 6 nautical miles, and from opposite the Gaza port to the south of the coast of Rafah to 15 nautical miles. After it imposed on 08/16/2020 a complete closure on the maritime domain in front of the fishermen's boats in front of the Gaza Strip.
• The Israeli occupation forces violated the ceasefire by opening fire from their positions on the Green Line towards northern Gaza and Khan Yunis governorates.
* Beit Hanoun Crossing - "Erez": On 04/02/2021 is closed (except for the passage of emergency humanitarian cases).
1. At 10:30 on 04/02/2021, the Israeli occupation forces opened fire from their positions on the Green Line, towards agricultural lands east of Beit Hanoun town.
2. At 11:45 on 04/02/2021, the Israeli occupation forces opened fire and launched stun and tear gas canisters from their positions on the Green Line, towards a number of citizens near the border fence, northeast of Beit Hanoun.
* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently and by a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010, by unilateral Israeli decision.
At 08:00 on 04/02/2021, the Israeli occupation forces fired from their positions on the Green Line, towards agricultural lands east of Abasan town, east of Khan Yunis city.
* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sufa Crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom Crossing - "Kerem Shalom": 02/04/2021 is partially open (for the entry of foodstuffs, goods, building materials, and limited quantities of fuel).
* Al-Awda- Rafah crossing: on 02/04/2021 is open in both directions (for the departure and entry of citizens).
