DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00, 4th February 2020 – 08:00, 5th February 2020
On February 4th 2020, demonstrations took place for the second consecutive day in all districts in the West Bank and Gaza strip rejecting The United States of America's presidents announcement of the "Deal of the Century" which aims to settle the Palestinian issue, and the participants in the marches and events confirmed their support of President Mahmoud Abbas and Palestinian leaderships demand for the implementation of the International resolutions to safeguarding the rights of the Palestinian people on their land and establishing an independent and fully sovereign Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital within the borders of June 4, 1967.
1. At 05:00 on 04/02/2020, Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Abu Dis, and detained a citizen and again at 22:00 raided the town and detained a citizen (bringing the number of detainees in the town to 2).
2. At 05:30 on April 02 02 2020, Israeli occupation forces raided Al-Issawiya village and detained 2 civilians.
3. At 08:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Eizariya town, stormed and searched a house, and summoned the citizen: Jamil Hashem Abu Ziyad.
4. At 08:30, Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Qatana, and arrested a citizen.
1. At 20:30, Israeli occupation forces arrested 3 children in the Silwan neighborhood of Jerusalem are: Abdullah Assaliya, 16, Hamza Al-Taweel, 15, and Shadi Abu Sunaina, 16.
2. The two detainees in the town of Abu Dis are: Omar al-Nawafleh, Usama Nabil Sidr.
3. The two detainees in the village of Al-Issawiya are: Muhammad Imran Obaid, and Moaz Nahid Obaid.
4. The detainee in the village of Qatana is: Moataz Taha.
On 04. 02. 2020, the occupation authorities in Jerusalem issued a decision to deport 5 citizens (including 3 women) - residents of the city of Jerusalem, for varying periods ranging between 3 months and 5 months from the Al-Aqsa Mosque, as a condition for their release after they had previously arrested them: Nafisa Khwais - for a period of 4 and a half months, Aya Abu Nab - for a period of 4 and a half months, Ma'ali Eid - for a period of 3 months, Ahmed al-Roken - for a period of 5 months, and Muhammad al-Dakkak - for a period of two and a half months.
At 18:00, the occupation forces in the vicinity of Qalandia military checkpoint fired rubber-coated metal bullets and sound and tear gas canisters towards the protesting citizens, under the pretext that they were throwing stones.
At 08:00, the Israeli occupation forces demolished a 120-square-meter house, owned by Jihad Al-Shawamreh, in the Ashqaria neighborhood of Beit Hanina.

1. On the evening of 04/02/2020, the Israeli occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets and tear gas canisters towards the citizens, near the town of Jaba, on the pretext that they were throwing stones.

1. At 10:00, the occupation forces set up a roadblock at the entrance to the town of Azzun. The checkpoint was repeatedly built at 17:15 hours to search cars and verify citizens ’identities.

At 14:00, the Israeli occupation forces, in the vicinity of the Jaljulia checkpoint, southeast of Qalqilya, fired rubber-coated metal bullets and sound and tear gas canisters towards the demonstrators, on the pretext that they were throwing stones, which resulted in the injury of a child.

On the evening of April 04. 2020, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at the Za'tara junction barrier and impeded traffic.
At 01:15, an Israeli army force raided the town of Qarawat Bani Hassan, arrested a citizen, and withdrew at 06:20.
1. On 04/02/2020, the Israeli occupation forces arrested at the Za'tara junction checkpoint, the citizen: Ayman Mohammed Jamil Zidan - residents of the town of Jaba, in the Jenin Governorate.
2. At 16:40, the Israeli occupation forces arrested near the town of Kifl Haris, the child: Mohammed Abdel-Salam Mahmoud Al-Asaad, 16 years old - residents of the town of Kifl Haris, on the pretext of throwing stones at settlers ’vehicles passing on the bypass road,“ Trans-Samaria. ”

1. At 11:35, the Israeli occupation forces erected a checkpoint at the western entrance of Nahalin town, to search cars and verify the identities of citizens. They also confiscated a bulldozer (Bajer) while working on a plot of land next to the checkpoint, and withdrew at 12:40.
2. At 15:10, the Israeli occupation forces set up a roadblock at the western entrance of the town of Beit Fajjar to search cars and verify the identities of citizens until 16:00.
3. At 17:10, the Israeli occupation forces set up a roadblock at the western entrance of Tuqu 'town to search cars and verify citizens ’identities until 17:40..

At 16:30, the Israeli occupation forces, near the western entrance of Tuqu 'town, fired rubber-coated metal bullets and sound and tear gas canisters towards the protesting citizens, under the pretext that they were throwing stones.
At 11:35, the Israeli occupation forces confiscated a bulldozer (Bajer) owned by Ahmed Abdel-Hafez Shakarnah, near the western entrance to Nahalin town, while she was working on a plot of land.
At 08:15, the occupation forces tried near the northern entrance of Tuqu 'town to storm the male school in the town, on the pretext that they were throwing rocks, as the teaching staff managed to prevent them from storming it, and threatened to storm the school in the event of repeated stone throwing, and withdrew at 09:30.

2. The 4 detainees in the town of Beit Ummar are: Issa Ali Awad, Ahmad Yusef Alqam, 16, Abdullah Issa Abu Hashem, and Mahdi Ibrahim Abu Maria, 16 years old
1. At 09:40, the Israeli occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets and sound and tear gas canisters near the demonstrators, near the entrance to Al-Fawwar camp, on the pretext that they were throwing stones.

At 09:50, the Israeli occupation forces closed the gate at the southern entrance to Dura, in front of traffic, and reopened it later.
• At 19:00 on August 26th 2019,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.
1. At 07:45 on 02 February 2020, the Israeli occupation forces opened fire from their positions on the Green Line, towards agricultural land, east of Jabalia.
2. At 09:15 on 02/02/2020, Israeli gunboats opened fire towards fishermen boats while they were chasing them at sea off the coast of Al-Sudaniya area, west of Beit Lahia.
3. At 12:15 on April 02, 2020, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land north of Beit Hanoun.
* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
At 00:15 on 05/02/2020, members of the Palestinian armed groups fired 3 shells (of unknown type) towards the Green Line.
At 11:20 on 04 February 2020, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in the east of Deir Al-Balah.
At 07:45 on April 02, 2020, several vehicles and bulldozers from the occupation army and with a cover of reconnaissance planes stormed our areas 150 meters east of Khan Yunis, and carried out excavation and bulldozing work, and withdrew at 13:00.
At 11:20 on 04 February 2020, the Israeli occupation forces opened fire on their green lines towards agricultural land, east of Al-Qarara village, northeast of Khan Yunis.
At 01:25 on 05/02/2020, Israeli warplanes bombed 4 rockets, targeting a site belonging to a Palestinian armed group, west of Khan Yunis.
* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
At 10:30 on 04 February 2020, Israeli gunboats opened fire towards fishermen boats while chasing them at sea off the coast of Rafah, wounding a fisherman.
The wounded fisherman as a result of the Israeli gunboats shooting towards the boats of the fishermen at sea off the coast of Rafah (whose name is not known).
