• On December 28th 2017,Mass rallies were launched in all cities and towns in all districts, rejecting the decision of the American president to declare Jerusalem as the "capital of the occupying state" and the transfer of the American Embassy from Tel Aviv to occupied Jerusalem. The participants in the marches stressed that the decision will not change the situation Which is protected by international resolutions and laws as an occupied Palestinian city, and that Jerusalem is the capital of the Palestinian people and its independent state.

3. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Abdel-Hadi Abdallah Azzam in Al-Fanduqumiya village .
4. Israeli forces detained Uday Nasser Al-Khatib in Faqu'a village.
TUBAS
On December 19th 2017, the Israeli Military issued a military order number T/06/77 which confiscates 1.860 Dunums of land in Al-Adila area near the village of Hamsa al-Fawqa, located east of the village of Aatuf in the northern Jordan Valley, in order to create a settlement road approximately 78 M long which leads to an Eritrean water well established by the Israeli occupation forces on the land of private citizens in the area.
TULKAREM
At 07:40 on December 28th 2017, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city until 11:10.
At 11:00, Israeli forces positioned near "Ghisouri" factories located in west Tulkarem city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
QALQILIYA
1. At 13:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 13:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 13:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint beneath Azzun town bridge {located along the main road connecting Qalqiliya and Tulkarem} then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 08:00, Israeli forces raided Rujieb and Kafr Qalil villages, clashed with several school children in Rujieb village and as a result injured 2 children then withdrew at 10:30.
2. At 13:30, Israeli forces raided Burqa and Zuwata villages , clashed with several resiednts then withdrew at 16:40.
3. At 21:45, Israeli forces raided Qussin village, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 22:00.
4. At 02:20, Israeli forces raided Burin village, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 04:05.

At 11:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles until 12:30.
At 07:30, Israeli forces raided Jericho city as they escorted a group of Israeli settlers who stormed a synagog in the area.
At 12;30, Israeli forces positioned near the North entrance of Jericho city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
BETHLEHEM
1. At 16:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} and detained a University student.

At 01:20, Israeli forces raided Marah Rabah village, stormed a home and summoned Qutayba Talib Qassim Al-Shiekh to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning.
1. At 13:40, Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Fadi Mohammed Nasraallah, Firas Mohamed Nasrallah, Laith Nabhan Mohammed Nasrallah and Ahmad Eid Mohammed Abu Akkar as they were reporting to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.

ALL DISTRICTS
• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza stripe and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah.
•Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza district.
NORTHERN GAZA
* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.
At 07:30 on December 28th 2017,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Waha area located in West Beit Lahiya town, detained 2 residents and confiscated their fishing boat.
Israeli forces detained 2 fishermen: Sameh Haydar Al-Qaqa and Shouki Saqr Bakr off the shores of of Al-Waha area located in West Beit Lahiya town.
At 07:30 on December 28th 2017, Israeli Naval forces confiscated a fishing boat after detained 2 fishermen off the shores of Al-Waha area located in West Beit Lahiya town.
