DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00,17th December 2020 -08:00, 18th December 2020
1. At 20:00, the occupation forces raided Al-Issawiya village, where clashes took place with the citizens while they were on patrol.
2. At 21:00, the occupation forces raided the town of Hizma, where clashes took place with the citizens while they were on patrol.
At 19:00, the occupation forces positioned in the Old City of Jerusalem detained Naji Al-Zughayer, from inside his shop.
At dawn on 12/17/2020, the occupation forces positioned in the Silwan neighborhood of Jerusalem temporarily detained Asma Muhammad Awais, after storming her home, and released her at a later time.
1. On 12/17/2020, the occupation authorities in the city of Jerusalem imposed a deportation order for Raeda Saeed al-Khalili - a residents of the city of Jerusalem, for a week from Al-Aqsa Mosque, as a condition for her release after she was arrested earlier.
2. On 12/17/2020, the occupation authorities in Jerusalem imposed deportation order for Moaz Abu Arafa - a resident of Jerusalem, for a period of 6 months from Al-Aqsa Mosque.
1. At 20:00, the occupying forces fired stun grenades and tear gas at the citizens for alleged stoning during their raid into the village of Al-Issawiya,

At 09:30, a group of extremist settlers, under the protection of the occupation police, stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and conducted provocative tours in its courtyards and facilities.
On 12/17/2020, the occupation authorities in Jerusalem prepared the necessary infrastructure to build a settlement neighborhood above the Rababa Valley area in the Silwan neighborhood of Jerusalem, within the territories occupied in 1967.
At 23:00, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the Atara bridge, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
At dawn on 12/17/2020, Israeli forces raided the town of Beit Luqia and detained a citizen.
1. At 19:40, the occupation forces positioned at the "Al-Mahkama" checkpoint located near the settlement of "Beit El" north of Al-Bireh Sultan Muhammad Suleiman Hamdan - a resident of Dura Al-Qara village.
2. The person detained in the town of Beit Luqia is Muhammad Ahmad Mahmoud Assi.

On the morning of 12/17/2020, in the village of Anin, the occupation forces positioned in the village of Anin fired tear gas canisters inside the yard of the Anin Secondary School, during school hours, which disrupted the progress of the educational process and injured dozens of students and teachers - suffocation due to tear gas inhalation.
2. At dawn on 12/18/2020, the occupation forces positioned in the town of Jaba fired stun grenades and tear gas canisters at the citizens, under the pretext that they had been thrown with stones while on patrol.
On the morning of 12/17/2020, the occupation forces disrupted the progress of the educational process and injured a number of students and teachers in the village of Anin, suffocated due to the occupation forces' firing tear gas canisters inside the yard of the Anin Secondary School.
At 11:30 and again at 20:00, the occupying forces tightened their procedures at the "Ainaf" checkpoint and blocking traffic until 21:30.
1. At 09:30, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Azzun, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 16:30 and again at 22:15, the occupying forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the village of Ezbet al-Tabib to search cars and check citizens' identities.
At 15:45, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint in the Al-Murabaa area near the entrance to the village of Tal, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
1. At 13:55, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Kafeel Haris, to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 15:00.
2. At 18:05, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the western entrance to the town of Deir Istiya, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
At 19:00, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to Jericho, to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 21:45.
At 12:35, Israeli forces positioned near the Aqbat Jaber camp in the city of Jericho fired stun grenades and tear gas canisters , on the pretext that they had been thrown with stones.
1. At 11:30, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint in the Aqabat Hasanah area (on the main road leading to the western villages in the Bethlehem governorate), to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 15:00.
2. At 16:20, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the Al-Nashash area junction (the southern entrance to Bethlehem), to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 17:10.
3. At 21:05, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to Tuqu 'town, to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 21:30.
At 23:40, the occupation forces detained Khaled Imad Faraj - a resident of Dheisheh camp in Bethlehem, while he was being visited by Israeli intelligence, based on prior notification.
On 12/17/2020, a group of settlers from the settlement outpost "Ebi Hanahl", which is built on the lands of the village of Kisan, entered the citizens' agricultural lands west of the village of Kisan, and uprooted about 250 olive plants that were planted about two weeks ago, owned by a citizen: Ayoub Yousef Abayat on her.
1. At 18:15, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the Halhoul town bridge, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 20:25, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the Nabi Yunus area (on the main road, Hebron - Bethlehem), to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
• At 19:00 on 26/08/2014, the permanent and comprehensive ceasefire came into effect with the initiative and patronage of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, the introduction of humanitarian and relief aid and reconstruction requirements, and expanding the fishing area to a distance of 6 miles with the increase in distance Up to 12 miles by the end of this year, reducing the "security buffer" zone from 300 meters to 100 meters, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. • On 01/09/2020, the occupation forces re-expanded the fishing distance from the front of the Al-Waha area northwest of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza governorate and up to the Gaza port by a distance of 6 nautical miles, and from opposite the Gaza port to the south of the coast of Rafah to 15 nautical miles. After it imposed on 08/16/2020 a complete closure on the maritime domain in front of the fishermen's boats in front of the Gaza Strip.
• The occupation forces violated the ceasefire, by firing from their positions on the Green Line in Khan Yunis and Rafah governorates.
* Beit Hanoun Crossing - "Erez": on 12/17/2020 is closed (except for the passage of emergency humanitarian cases).
* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently, and by unilateral Israeli decision.
* The Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010 by an Israeli unilateral decision.
At 10:15 on 12/17/2020, the occupation forces fired from their positions on the Green Line, towards agricultural lands east of Khan Yunis.
* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sofa Crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom Crossing - “Kerem Shalom”: On 12/17/2020, it is partially open (for the entry of food, goods and building materials, and limited quantities of fuel).
* Al-Awda- Rafah crossing: on 12/17/2020, closed.
At 10:00 on 12/17/2020, the occupation forces fired from their positions on the Green Line, towards agricultural lands in the vicinity of Sufa crossing, northeast of Rafah.
