DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00,14th December 2019 – 08:00, 15th December 2019
At dawn on December 14th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Jadiryat village and detained 2 children.
1. At dawn on December 15th 2019, Israeli forces detained 3 resident: Shadi Al-Matour, Arrin Al-Za'anin and Majdi Abu Ghazala {all are residents of Jerusalem city}.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 children: Abdallah Riyad Abdallah Mohammad Qassim {14 years old} and Billal Mohammad Qassim {13 years old} in Al-Jadiryat village.
On December 14th 2019, Israeli authorities forced Nasser Za'tarat to demolish his home in Jabal Al-Mukabir neighborhood in Jerusalem city {after receiving a a military order to demolish it} in order to avoid a fine in the event that the Israeli military demolished it for allegedly being built with out a license.
1. At 08:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Halamish" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 16:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Atara trown bridge then searched residents and vehicles.
At 20:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Sinjil town then searched residents and vehicles.
On December 14th 2019, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Jalmat Military checkpoint in North Jenin detained Salama Mahmoud Salama Qassim.
At 20:00,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Enav military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 21:45.
At 15:00,Israeli forces positioned at "Ayal" crossing point located in North Qalqiliya city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
At 17:00, Israeli forces positioned near "Yitzhar" settlement detained Foad Abdel-Azziz Ishataya {a resident of Tel village} then released him at 18:30.
At 16:50,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Za'tara junction military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.
At 18:10, Israeli forces raided Fasayil village, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 21:00.
At 18:10, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Fasayil village.
1. At 11:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Jinata town then searched residents and vehicles until 12:45
2. At 17:15,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 18:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Beit Fajjar town then searched residents and vehicles.
At 16:45, Israeli forces positioned at Container Military checkpoint detained Mohammad Ghalib Al-Falahi {a resident of Bani Na'im town in Hebron district}.
At 18:05, a group of Israeli settlers from "Beit Ayn" settlement positioned along the main road connecting Surif town and Al-Jub'a village then stoned vehicles travelling along the road.
1. At 17:45,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Halhul town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:00 Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Yatta town then searched residents and vehicles., until 20:30.
1. At 04:20, Israeli forces raided Bani Na'im town, detained a resident then withdrew at 07:55.
2. At 05:10, Israeli forces raided Al-Arrub camp, detained 4 residents then withdrew at 07:55.
1. Israeli forces detained Ehab Ghalib Zidat in Bani Na'im town.
2. Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Imad Khalid Salam Al-Jundi, Ammar Mahmoud Jabourat, Hani Jabourat and Khalid Jabourat in Al-Arrub camp.
• At 19:00 on August 26th 2019,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles.
•Israeli forces broke the cease fire agreement by firing live ammunition, stun and tear gas canisters from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza and Central Gaza districts.
* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is closed.
At 10:00 on December 14th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents near the border fence in east Beit Hanun town.
* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
At 10:00 on December 14th 2019,Israeli forces opened fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards agricultural land in east Al-Maghazi camp.
* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is closed.
