DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00, 28th August 2020 -08:00, 29th August 2020
On the evening of 08/28/2020, the occupation forces arrested 2 citizens: Khaled Al-Sukhun and Abdullah Al-Julani. in the Old City of Jerusalem
On the morning of 08/28/2020, a group of settlers, with the protection of the occupation forces, entered the citizens' agricultural lands in Rashnia area of Deir Abu Mishal village, and wandered in the area, and prevented citizens from accessing their lands.
At 15:20, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the intersection of Arana village, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
At 01:15, Israeli forces aided the village of Zobaba, raided and searched a house, and delivered the citizen: Talib Muhammad Abu Talib, a notice to review the Israeli intelligence, and withdrew at 03:30.
On 28 August 2020,Israeli forces arrested at Barta'a checkpoint, citizen: Saif Al-Saadi - resident of Jenin camp.
At 16:30, the occupation forces tightened their procedures at "Ainaf" checkpoint, and obstructed traffic.
At 13:50, the occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades and tear gas, near the eastern (closed) entrance in the village of Kafr Qaddum, towards the protesters in protest against the closure of the village entrance, under the pretext that it had been pelted with stones, wounding a citizen, and wounding a number of Citizens - suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
The wounded man during clashes with the occupation forces in the village of Kafr Qaddum (his name was not known).
At 17:45, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the village of Sarra junction (on the main road, Nablus - Qalqilya), to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
1. At 15:50, Israeli forces raided the village of Asira al-Qibliya, and patrolled until 16:30.
2. At 17:50, Israeli forces raided the village of Osrin, and patrolled until 17:45.
At 15:05, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Qarawat Bani Hassan, to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 15:20.
At 13:00, the occupation forces closed the iron gate established at the entrance to Haris village, in front of traffic.
1. At 13:40, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint in the Aqabat Hasanah area (on the main road leading to the western villages in the Bethlehem governorate), to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 14:45.
2. At 15:15, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to the town of Tuqu ', to search cars and check citizens' identities until 16:15.
3. At 17:45, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the "Tekoa" settlement junction and arrested 2 citizens.
4. At 20:20, the occupation forces set up 3 checkpoints near the intersection of the Nashash area (the southern entrance to Bethlehem), at the entrance to the city of Beit Jala and on the roundabout of the village of Miniyeh, south of the town of Tuqu ', to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 21:05.
At 19:35, Israeli forces raided Husan village, and patrolled until 20:20.
The two detainees at a flying checkpoint near "Tekoa" settlement junction are: Zaid Talib behind al-Badan, and Khalil Suleiman Salem al-Zeer.
1. At 14:35, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the western entrance to Hebron, to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 15:45.
2. At 22:35, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the Beit Einoun village junction, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
At 13:25, the occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades and tear gas in the Bab Al-Zawiya area in Hebron, under the pretext that they had been thrown with stones, wounding a citizen.
The wounded man during clashes with the occupation forces in the Bab Al-Zawiya area of Hebron city is: Muhammad Mujahid.
• At 19:00 on 26/08/2014, the permanent and comprehensive ceasefire came into effect with the initiative and patronage of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, the introduction of humanitarian and relief aid and reconstruction requirements, and expanding the fishing area to a distance of 6 miles with the increase in distance Up to 12 miles by the end of this year, reducing the "security buffer" zone from 300 meters to 100 meters, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. * Beit Hanoun Crossing - "Erez": On 08/28/2020, it is closed (except for the passage of emergency humanitarian cases).
At 15:15 on 28 .08.2020, the occupation forces fired from their positions on the Green Line, towards agricultural lands northeast of the town of Beit Hanoun.
* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently and by a unilateral Israeli decision.
* The Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010 by an Israeli unilateral decision.
At 19:20 on 28 .08. 2020, the occupation forces fired from their positions on the Green Line, towards a number of citizens while they were flying balloons and kites in the sky of the border fence east of Al-Bureij camp.
At 12:20 on 28.08.2020, the occupying forces fired fire and tear gas canisters from their positions on the Green Line, towards a number of citizens near the border fence east of the town of Khuza'a, east of Khan Yunis.
* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sofa Crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom Crossing - “Kerem Shalom”: 28.08.2020 It is closed (due to a Friday holiday).
* Al-Awda crossing - Rafah: on 28.08.2020 closed.
