WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 14:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance of Al-Za'im village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town.

Detention

At 02:00, Israeli forces detained Imad Al-Din Khalil Al-Abbass after storming his home in Ein Al-Louza area of Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.

Temporary Detention

At 02:00, Israeli forces positioned at Ein Al-Louza area of Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city temporarily detained Mohammad Yusef Abu Taya after storming a home then released him at a later time.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 19:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 19:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Um Safa village then searched residents and vehicles until 19:35.

Raid

1. At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Beitunia town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and summoned Mu'taz Al-Nadi to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning then withdrew at 04:30.
2. At dawn on August 28th 2017, Israeli forces raided Al-Jalazoun camp and detained a resident.
3. At dawn on August 28th 2017, Israeli forces raided Silwad town and detained a resident.
4. At dawn on August 28th 2017, Israeli forces raided Deir Abu Mash'al village and detained a resident.
5. At dawn on August 28th 2017, Israeli forces raided Ranitis village and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Ali Kamil Ahmad Makhlouf in Al-Jalazoun camp.
2. Israeli forces detained Nimer Ali Hamad in Silwad town.
3. Israeli forces detained Abdallah Mohammad Zahran in Deir Abu Mash'al village.
4. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Majed Khalaf in Rantis village.

Attack

At 01:30, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Beitunia town.

JENIN

Raid

1. At 12:00, Israeli forces raided Ya'bad town.
2. At dawn on August 28th 2017, Israeli forces raided Araba town, stormed and searched 2 homes, detained a residents and confiscated a computer.
3. At dawn on August 28th 2017, Israeli forces raided Bir Al-Basha village and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Abdel-Jabar Jihad Abu Salah in Araba town.
2. Israeli forces detained Wissam Waleed Ghawadrah in Bir Al-Basha village.

Temporary Detention

At 19:00, Israeli forces positioned at Barta'a military checkpoint temporarily detained Hillal Mahmoud Al-Shiekh Ali {A Preventive Security Force Officer} then released him at 20:00.

Confiscation of Property

At dawn on August 28th 2017, Israeli forces confiscated a computer after storming the home of Jihad Abu Salah and Imad Abu Salah during their raid into Arraba town.

TUBAS

Confiscation of Property

On August 27th 2017, Israeli forces confiscated a Vegetable shipping truck owned by Ahmad Thiyab Abu Khazaran near Sahil Al-Baqi'a area located in the North Jordan valley then destroyed its cargo of vegetables.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 11:45 and again at 21:45, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 22:20.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 12:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Baqa Al-Shariqya town junction, temporarily detained a resident and released him at a later time then withdrew at 14:00.
2. At 15:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Jabarat village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Temporary Detention

At 12:20, Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint near Baqa Al-Shariqiya town junction temporarily detained obada Ayman Daoud Radad {A resident of Sayda village} then released him at a later time.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 09:15, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Huwwara Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

1. At 09:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beita town then searched residents and vehicles until 11:15.
2. At 21:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Deir Sharaf village junction {located along the main road connecting Nablus and Tulkarem} then searched residents and vehicles until 22:30.

At 16:00, Israeli forces raided Beit Ibba town and Beit Wazan village.

Detention

At 22:30, Israeli forces positioned at Huwwara Military checkpoint detained Ghalib Aref Daraghma {A resident of Tubas city}.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Rafat village then searched residents and vehicles until 12:00.
2. At 21:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Kafil Harris town and Harris village then searched residents until 22:30.

BETHLEHEM

Raid

1. At 11:35, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town until 13:40.
2. At 14:00, Israeli forces raided Betar village, stormed the village boys school and confiscated surveillance camera footage.
3. At 20:25, Israeli forces raided Nihalin village until 22:15.
4. At 03:15, Israeli forces raided Ayda camp in Bethlehem city, detained 2 residents {including a child} then withdrew at 04:15.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents {including a child}: Adam Mohammad Abdel-Rahman Darwish {15 years old} and Farouq Ma'moun Abdel-Qadder Badeer in Ayada camp in Bethlehem city.

At 14:00, Israeli forces stormed a boys school during their raid into Betar village then confiscated surveillance camera footage.

At 12:30, Israeli forces raided Ithna town then stormed and searched a home.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 3rd 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Gaza district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

At 13:00 on August 27th 2017, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Gaza city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is opened from both directions for the exit of 481 pilgrims travelling to Saudi Arabia for the annual "Hajj" pilgrimage and 569 other residents leaving for emergency medical cases as well as students and businessmen and the entry of 245 residents returning from Egypt.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
