JERUSALEM
At 24:00, Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Mohammad Ma'touq, Ahmad Ma'touq and Khalil Midhat Dibat in Shu'fat neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
On August 16th 2019, Israel authorities in Jerusalem city issued orders banning 2 residents: Ahmad Judat Al-Shawish and Muneer Al-Batasi from entering Al-Aqsa mosque compound in Jerusalem city for a period of 6 months as a condition for his release after being detained at an earlier time.
At 11:50, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Eisawiya village.
On August 17th 2019, Israeli forces prevented a lecture held in Al-Luqluq tower Society Reception hall located in the old city of Jerusalem discussing the demolition of homes in Jerusalem city and forcibly removed those attending from inside the venue. The lecture was sponsored by the Association for Attorneys and Al-Luqluq tower Society.
On the evening of August 17th 2019, Israeli forces stormed Bab Al-Rahma prayer area in Al-Aqsa mosque compound and Its contents were removed from the wooden partitions (separating women from men) and the shoe cabinet, and they wandered their shoes on the carpets of the chapel.
RAMALLAH & AL BIREH
On August 17th 2019,Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city is open to residents exiting from the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh from 10:00 until 23:00 daily, and is open for the entry of residents into the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh from 06:00 Until 22:00 daily and on Friday the checkpoint will be open from 07:00 until 23:00 and on Saturday will be open from both directions from 10:00 until 23:00.
At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Deir Abu Mash'al village, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 02:25.
At 01:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters toward several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Deir Abu Mash'al village.
JENIN
At 21:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Silat Al-Thahir town {located long the main road connecting Jenin and Nablus} then searched residents and vehicles.
TULKAREM
At 19:40,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint beneath Jabarat bridge in south Tulkarem city then searched residents and vehicles until 23:10.
QALQILIYA
1. At 19:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles until 20:00.
2. At 19:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles until 00:20.
3. At 19:40,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles until 23:45.
At 23:15, Israeli settlers positioned near Jit village junction stoned several vehicles travelling along the main road in the area and as a result damaged a vehicle owned by Mohammad Ziyad Eid {a resident of Jinsafut village}.
NABLUS
1. At 09:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Al-Muraba' area located near Tel village then searched residents and vehicles until 14:00.
2. At 20:10,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Nablus city and Assira Al-Shamaliya town then searched residents and vehicles until 21:30.
At dawn on August 18th 2019, Israeli forces raided Nablus city and detained a University student.
Israeli forces detained Hassan Al-Masri {a University Student} in Nablus city.
SALFIT
At 16:10, Israeli forces raided Yasuf village.
JERICHO
At 10:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles until 12:00.
At dawn on August 18th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Jiftlik village and detained a resident.
Israeli forces detained Eyad Mahmoud Kayed Imran in Al-Jitlik village.
BETHLEHEM
1. At 15:25,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles until 16:00.
2. At 21:30,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles.until 22:30.
1. At dawn on August 18th 2019, Israeli forces raided Marah Rabah village and detained a resident.
2. At dawn on August 18th 2019, Israeli forces raided Beit Jalla city and Harmala village.
Israeli forces detained Ibrahim Yusef Al-Shiekh in Marah Rabah village.
HEBRON
At dawn on August 18th 2019, Israeli forces raided Hebron city then stormed and searched a home.
At dawn on August 18th 2019, Israeli forces detained Khalil Abu Turki in Abu Sinieneh neighborhood in Hebron city.
ALL DISTRICTS
• At 19:00 on August 26th 2019,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahiya in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles
•Israeli forces broke the cease fire agreement by launching tank artillery shells and opening fire from their positions behind the Green line towards North Gaza district.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza and Rafah districts.
• Israeli Military Jets broke the ceasefire agreement by launching missiles towards North Gaza districts and as a result killed 3 Palestinian Gunmen and critically injured another.
• Palestinian Gunmen broke the ceasefire agreement by launching 3 projectiles towards the Green Line.
NORTHERN GAZA
* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is closed.
1. At 10:20 on August 17th 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 21:50 on August 17th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line launched tank artillery shells towards Palestinian gunmen locations near the border fence in north west Beit Lahiya town.
At 21:50 on August 17th 2019, Israeli aircraft launched missiles towards Palestinian Gunmen sites near the border fence in north west Beit Lahiya town and as a result killed 3 Palestinian Gunmen and critically injured another.
Israeli airstrikes killed 3 Palestinian Gunmen: Hamoud Adel al-Walaydeh {24 years old}, Mohammed Farid Abu Namous, {27 years old}, and Mohammed Samir al-Tramsi {26 years old} {all residents of Jabalya town} near the border fence in north west Beit Lahiya town .
Israeli airstrikes towards the border fence in north west Beit Lahiya town injured a unidentified Palestinian Gunman.
At 21:00 on August 17th 2019,Palestinian Gunmen launched 3 projectiles towards the Green Line.
GAZA
* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
RAFAH
* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is closed.
