Military Checkpoints
On August 10th 2019,Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city is open to residents exiting from the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh from 10:00 until 23:00 daily, and is open for the entry of residents into the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh from 06:00 Until 22:00 daily and on Friday the checkpoint will be open from 07:00 until 23:00 and on Saturday will be open from both directions from 10:00 until 23:00.
Flying Checkpoints
1. At 08:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along "Halamish" settlement roundabout then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 16:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ein Sinya village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles.
Detention
At 03:20, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city detained Raed Nasr Abu Hmied {a resident of Al-Amary camp in Al-Bireh city}.

At 15:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along the bypass road near Al-Alamaniya area located in North Jenin city, assaulted a resident leaving him hospitalized with contusions.
Physical Assault
At 15:10, Israeli forces positioned at assaulted a checkpoint along the bypass road near Al-Alamaniya area located in North Jenin city Rabi' Mohammad Maher Rabi' and as a result left him hospitalized with contusions.

At 12:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Jit village junction and detained a resident.

At 12:25, Israeli forces raided Sinariya village and clashed with several residents.

Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located at Jit village junction detained Qusay Eyad Qarariyat.

At 12:25, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Sinariya village.

At 04:30 on August 10th 2019, Israeli forces detained Tarik Al-Qawasmi during their raid into Hebron city {as mentioned in the previous report}.
Settlers Attacks
On the evening of August 10th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers from "Givat Gal" settlement outpost assaulted Shaker Al-Zaro Al-Tamimi {70 years old} ,his family and those who were with them while they were in front of his house in Jabal Jalis area, east of Hebron, where they fought with their hands without causing injuries.
GAZA STRIP

• At 19:00 on August 26th 2019,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles .
•Israeli forces broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire and launching 6 tank artillery shells from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza district and as a result killed a Palestinian gunmen near the border fence.

3. At 05:45 on August 11th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened launched 3 tank artillery shells towards Palestinian Gunmen sites in east Beit Hanoun town.
Killings
Israeli forces killed Marwan Khalid Abdel-Ghani Nasr {26 years old}{a resident of Beit Hanoun town} as they clashed with Palestinian gunmen near the border fence in east Beit Hanoun town.
