DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00, 7th August 2020 -08:00, 8th August 2020
On 07.08.2020, Israeli Authorities forced Sabih Shiqirat to demolish his own home { 2 floors approximately 160 m2} located in Jabal Al-Mukabir neighborhood in Jerusalem city for allegedly being built without a license after receiving a notice in order to avoid paying hefty fine in the event that the Israeli military demolished the home.
At 12:45, Israeli forces positioned in Turmusaya town fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators protesting agianst the Israeli military confiscation of land for the purpose of settlement expansion and as a result injured 6 residents {including a Paramedic} and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
Israeli forces injured 6 residents{including}: Hamza Maali {a Paramedic}, Baraa Hussam Jabara, and Walid Jihad Al-Naasan during clashes in Turmusaya town.
On 07.08.2020, Israeli forces raided Faqu'a village and detained a resident.
Israeli forces detained Ameer Munthir Massad in Faqu'a village.
On the evening of 07.08.2020, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Jalmat military checkpoint located in east Jenin city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators protesting agianst the killing of Dalia Al-Masaudi {who was killed after being shot in the chest by Israeli forces} and as a result left several demonstrators suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
On 07.08.2020, Dalia Ahmad Soliman Al-Masuadi {23 years old}{a resident of Jenin city} died of critical injuries sustained after she was shot in the chest by Israeli forces {as mentioned in the previous report}.
At 15:30,Israeli forces tightened their procedures at the “Enav” checkpoint, and impeded the movement of traffic.
At 15:30, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Taybeh crossing detained Layth Issam Mohammad Assfour {a resident of Nur Al-Shams camp in Tulkarem city}.
On 06.08.2020, Israeli forces detained Anwar Faris Nimr {a resident of Izbit Al-Ashqar village}.
At 14:15,Israeli forces positioned near the eastern entrance (closed) in the village of Kafr Qaddum fired rubber-coated metal bullets and sound and tear gas canisters towards the protesting citizens, protesting the closure of the village entrance, on the pretext that they were throwing stones and as a result injured a resident and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
Israeli forces injured Khalid Muhanad Ishtawi during clashes in Kafr Qaddum village.
At 19:40,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Qusra town junction to search cars and check the identities of citizens.
On 07.08.2020, a group of Israeli settlers closed the main road in Huwara town and impeded the free flow of traffic.
At 20:45,Israeli forces tightened their procedures at the Za'tara Junction checkpoint and impeded traffic.
At 19:00, Israeli forces detained Yusef Ahmad Othman Radwan {a resident of Azzun town in Qalqiliya district} in Wadi Qana area.
1. At 12:55 and again 21:15,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the Al-Nashash Junction (the southern entrance to the city of Bethlehem) to search cars and check the identities of citizens until 21:40.
2. At 14:45 and again at 20:30,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Teqou' town to search cars and check the identities of citizens until 21:35.
3. At 18:10,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched vehicles and checked the identities of citizens until 19:15.
On 07.08.2020, Israeli forces served a notice to halt construction on 2 homes owned by Assaf Adel Al-Faroukh and his brother Issa located in Al-Minat village located in south Teqou town for allegedly being built without a license.
At 12:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Kahil town to search cars and check the identities of citizens.

* Al-Mantar-Karni crossing: closed since 02. 03. 2011 once and for all by unilateral Israeli decision.
* Shujaiya Crossing - "Nahal Oz" fuel crossing: closed since 04. 01. 2010 by unilateral Israeli decision.
*Yasser Arafat International Airport is Closed.
*Sofa Crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom Crossing - Kerem Shalom on 07.08.2020 is closed (due to Friday holidays).
* Al-Awda port - Rafah: is closed on 07.08.2020 .
