Daily Report August 05 2021

1. At 20:00, the Israeli occupation forces positioned at Shuafat Checkpoint in Jerusalem detained the citizen: Saleh Ashour - residents of Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem.
2. On the evening of 08/04/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in the city of Jerusalem detained 3 citizens: Amir Firas Abu al-Hawa, Uday Barani, and Yassin Ayoub.
3. At dawn on 08/05/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in the city of Jerusalem detained the citizen: Abdullah Salama.

On 08/04/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces demolished 16 commercial establishments owned by citizens of the Al-Khatib family in the town of Hizma, under the pretext of widening the bypass road that runs adjacent to the town and leads to the Hizma military checkpoint.

At 21:30, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at the "Mahkamah" checkpoint, which is located near the settlement of "Beit El", north of the city of Al-Bireh, and obstructed traffic.

At 11:25, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Turmusaya, to search cars and check the identities of the citizens.

At 18:00,the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Deir Abu Mishaal, and confrontations took place with the citizens as they stormed and searched a house, which led to the burning of agricultural lands and the burning of 20 olive trees after tear gas canisters explored then detained a citizen.

The detainee in the village of Deir Abu Mishaal is: Hassan Bakr.

At 18:00,the Israeli occupation forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens, under the pretext that they had been subjected to stones, which led to the burning of agricultural lands and the burning of 20 olive trees after tear gas canisters exploded during their raid into Deir Abu Mishaal village.

At 02:20, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Al-Yamoun, detained 2 civilians, and withdrew at 05:20.

At 21:45, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at the Tayseer checkpoint, and obstructed traffic.

At 02:30, the Israeli occupation forces raieded the village of al-Fara’a and al-Fara’a camp during which clashes took place with the citizens as they stormed a number of houses, which led to the injury of 2 citizens in the camp then detained 3 citizens (a citizen and 2 of his children) in the village, and withdrew at 05: 30.

The 3 detainees in the village of Al-Fara'a are: Najeh Abdullah Zaid Al-Kilani, and his two sons Mahdi and Mujahid.

At 02:30, the Israeli occupation forces during their raid into Al-Far’a camp, fired live ammunition, rubber-coated meta bullets , stun , and tear gas canisters towards citizens, under the pretext that they had been pelted with stones as they stormed a number of houses and as a result injuring 2 civilians.

At 19:40, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Beita, to search cars and check the identities of the citizens.

On 08/04/2021, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Sebastia, and demolished an agricultural room near the archaeological area in the village.

At 11:45, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in the Khirbet Dra’ Awwad area near the village of Frush Beit Dajan, demolished 3 residential concrete rooms owned by citizens: Adnan Abdul-Mahdi Al-Salameen, Abdul-Karim Adnan Al-Salameen, and Abdul-Mahdi Adnan Al-Salameen, under the pretext of not having a license.

At 08:40, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the eastern entrance to Marda village, to search cars and check citizens' identities until 10:30.

1. At 10:25 and again at 22:30 , the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint in the Aqabat Hasana area (on the main road leading to the western villages in the Bethlehem governorate).to search cars and check citizens' identities until 22:50.
2. At 11:45, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the junction of the Nashash area (the southern entrance to the city of Bethlehem), to search cars and check the identities of citizens until 12:30.
3. At 16:05, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to the town of Tekoa, to search cars and check citizens' identities until 17:30.
4. At 20:20, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the western entrance to the town of Beit Fajjar, to search cars and check citizens' identities until 22:40.
5. At 05:40, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the bridge of Dar Salah village (the eastern entrance to the city of Beit Sahour), to search cars and check the identities of citizens until 06:10.

At 08:30, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Beit Fajjar, and detained 2 civilians (including a child).

The two detainees in the town of Beit Fajjar are: Youssef Hamza Ahmed Thawabta {17 years old}, and Ahmed Nidal Shukri Taqatqa.

At dawn on 08/05/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Beit Ummar, and detained 2 children.
