JERUSALEM
At 09:30, Israeli forces raided Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city.
At 23:55, Israeli forces positioned in Jerusalem city detained Munthir Akram Mahmoud Hajajrat {a resident of Al-Duhishat camp in Bethlehem city}.
On the evening of April 4th 2019,Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued a order banning Khader Al-Ajlouni from entering Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem for a period of 2 weeks as a condition for his release after he was detained earlier for opening Bab Al-Rahma prayers area in Al-Aqsa mosque.
At 20:00, Israeli forces positioned near the North entrance of Al-Ram town fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
At 11:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.
RAMALLAH & AL BIREH
On April 4th 2019, the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for all civilians for 24 hours daily except for Saturdays during which the checkpoint will be open from 22:00 until 10:00 on Sunday.
1. At 17:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Abu Mash'al village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 19:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 22:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Jalazoun camp then searched residents and vehicles.
At 23:10, Israeli forces raided Al-Bireh city until 23:40.
At 14:40, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Al-Jalazoun camp fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured a child.
Israeli forces injured the child Ahmad Ali Ahmad Saud {16 years old} during clashes near the entrance of Al-Jalazoun camp.
On the morning of April 4th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near "Halmish" settlement stoned residents and vehicles travelling along the main raid and attempted to stop a vehicle and assaulted its occupants before they were able to escape the settler attack.
JENIN
At 00:20, Israeli forces raided Kafr Ra'i town, Ajja and Al-Ramat villages until 03:50.
On April 4th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers stormed agricultural land in Ya'bad town and paved a road which resulted in the uprooting of several Olive trees on several acres of land which was occupied by a settler about two months ago and placed a mobile home and a live stock barn .
TULKAREM
1. At 09:45, Israeli forces raided Jabarat village until 13:45.
2. At 00:15, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city, Allar town, Nazlat Abu Al-Nar and Far'oun villages.
QALQILIYA
1. At 10:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 17:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village and detained a resident.
3. At 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Halbat tunnel {located at the south entrance of Qalqiliya city} then searched residents and vehicles.
Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village detained Yusef Ahmad Saleem.
On April 4th 2019, Israeli forces closed the main entrance of Azzun town with cement blocks and impeded the the free flow of traffic.
NABLUS
1. At 14:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Shavie Shamron" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 16:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Beita town junction then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 21:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Al-Muraba' area located near the entrance of Tel village then searched residents and vehicles.
On the morning of April 4th 2019, Israeli forces raided Sabastiya village and clashed with several residents .
1. At 10:30, Israeli forces positioned at a military checkpoint detained Hisham Bishkar {a resident of Nablus city}.
2. At 10:55, Israeli forces positioned at a military checkpoint detained Jihad Qusay Aweis {a resident of Al-Libban Al-Sharqiya village}.
On the morning of April 4th 2019, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Sabastiya village.
On April 4th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers from "Yitzhar" settlement leveled a plot of land in Karm Saleem area located in Burin town near the settlement.
SALFIT
1. At 08:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Yassuf village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 12:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Ballout town then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 14:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Salfit city then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 17:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Bruqin town then searched residents and vehicles.

At 16:10, Israeli forces positioned near "Arail" settlement roundabout detained Rostom Jamal Abu Hija {a National Security Force officer}{a resident of Marda village}.
JERICHO
At 09:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Oja village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
At 10:20, Israeli forces raided Aqbat Jaber camp in Jericho city until 12:30.
BETHLEHEM
1. At 11:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint located near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city}then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 22:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Husan village then searched residents and vehicles until 23:40.
1. At 10:55, Israeli forces raided Marah Rabah village.
2. At 00:55, Israeli forces raided Beit Fajjar town.
HEBRON
1. At dawn on April 4th 2019, Israeli forces raided Surif town and detained a resident after storming and searching his home.
2. At 09:55, Israeli forces raided Harris town.
3. At 22:00, Israeli forces raided Yatta town until 17:15.
4. At 01:05, Israeli forces raided Dura and Beit Awwa towns.
Israeli forces detained Mohammad Ibrahim Soliman Barda'iya in Surif town.
On the evening of April 4th 2019, Israeli forces positioned in Al-Duwarat area in Sa'ir town fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
ALL DISTRICTS
• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip and on April 1st 2019 allowed the increase of fishing area from Al-Waha area which is located northwest o Beit Lahiya town in the northern Gaza Strip and up to the port of Gaza to 6 nautical miles , increase from the port of Gaza and to Wadi Gaza to 12 nautical miles, Gaza and up to Khan Yunis beach to 15 nautical miles, and from Khan Yunis beach and south of Rafah beach to 12 nautical miles.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by raiding Khan Yunis district.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza districts.
NORTHERN GAZA
* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.
1. At 07:30 on April 4th 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA
* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
KHAN YUNIS
At 07:00 on April 4th 2019, Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed 70 m into the vicinity of east Abbassan Al-Jadida town located in east Khan Yunis city and leveled a plot of land then withdrew at 14:00.
RAFAH
* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
