On April 28th 2018, Israeli authorities issued an order forcing Eyad Ramadan to demolish a parking Garage section of his home in Wadi Hilawa area located in Silwan neighborhood of Jerusalem city for allegedly being built with out a licence and forced him to pay a hefty fine.
Effective 1 July 2023, the Violations Report will only be available in Arabic on the NAD website, the English version will be discontinued. 1. At 10:35 and again at 19:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 11:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ein Sinya village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 14:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Silwad town {near Ofra settlement} then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 14:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ein Yabroud village bridge then searched residents and vehicles.
5. At 15:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Silwad town and detained 2 residents.

JENIN
1. At 15:15, Israeli forces raided Annin and Turat Al-Gharbiya villages.
2. At 17:40, Israeli forces raided Al-Arqa and Al-Taram villages.
TUBAS
At 06:40, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Tayassir military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.
TULKAREM
At 12:00, Israeli forces raided Quffin town, Baqa Al-Sharqiya, Zeita and Issa villages until 13:10
QALQILIYA
1. At 14:45 and again at 20:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.
At 15:30, Israeli forces positioned at the east entrance of Kafr Qaddum {which is closed} fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators for alleged stoning during protests against the closure of the east entrance and as a result injured a resident.

At 20:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Al-Muraba'a area near the entrance of Tel village then searched residents and vehicles.
At 19:10, Israeli forces raided Orif village until 20:55.
SALFIT
1. At 09:45,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Arail" settlement round about then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 21:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Ballout town then searched residents and vehicles.
At dawn on April 29th 2018, Israeli forces raided Qarwat Bani Hassan town and detained 3 residents.
1. At 23:15, Israeli forces positioned at Za'tara junction checkpoint detained Mohammad Jamal A'meer {A resident of Tulkarem city}.
2. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Hamza Amin Mar'i, Imran Aziz Mar'i and Ammar Aziz Mar'i in Qarwat Bani Hassan town.
BETHLEHEM
On the morning of April 28th 2018, Israeli forces closed Al-Container checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until reopening it at a later time.
1. At 16:00 and again at 00:50, Israeli forces raided Beit Jallah city.
2. At 00:50, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town, stormed and searched several homes and detained a resident.
3. At 00:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Ubidiya town and detained a resident.
4. At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem and Beit Sahur cities, Al-Khader town, Ayda and Al-Dahisheh camps in Bethlehem city and detained a resident in Bethlehem city.
5. At dawn on April 29th 2018, Israeli forces raided Harmala village, detained 4 residents and summoned several residents to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.
1. At 04:00 on April 28th 2018, Israeli forces detained Mohammad Mansour Mahmoud Thawabta during their raid into Beit Fajjar town {in addition to those mentioned in the previous report}.
2. At 23:35, Israeli forces positioned at Container checkpoint detained Khalil Aliyan Yusef Raba'iya {A resident of Al-Ubidiya town}.
3. Israeli forces detained Issa Mohammad Issa Taqatqa in Beit Fajjar town.
4. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Daud Raba'iya in Al-Ubidiya town.
5. Israeli forces detained Malik Atallah Abu Sineneh in Bethlehem city.
6. Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Salah Musa Mohammad Al-Sabah , Mohammad Sa'ed Awadallah Al-Sabah, Mounir al-Zair, and Hamza Awadallah Mohammad Attallah in Harmala village.
On April 28th 2018, Israeli forces stormed Khirbat Aliya area located in Al-Khader town and served a military order to halt construction on a home owned by Samih Ahmad Mahmoud Salah for allegedly being built with out a licence.
HEBRON
At 18:20, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Al-Shlat area in the old city of Hebron and attacked 2 homes owned by Jaber and Qufshiya families during which Israeli forces temporarily detained 3 residents as they attempted to prevent the settler attack then released them at a later time.
At 18:20, Israeli forces temporarily detained 3 residents: Saleh Jihad Jaber, Musab Jaber and Shawki Muswadah as they attempted to prevent Israeli settlers from attacking 2 homes owned by Jaber and Qufshiya families in Al-Shlat area in the old city of Hebron then released them at 23:15.
ALL DISTRICTS
• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza stripe and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on April 11th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 9 nautical miles for a period of 3 months.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opened fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Gaza, Central Gaza , Khan Yunis and Rafah districts and as a result injured a resident.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza, Gaza and Khan Yunis districts.
NORTHERN GAZA
* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is closed.
1. At 04:15 and again at 06:00 on April 27th 2018, Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Waha area located in North West Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 11:30 on April 28th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards demonstrators {commemorating the 42nd anniversary of Land Day}located in east Al-Jabaliya town and as a result injured a resident.
Israeli forces injured 1 unidentified resident during clashes in east Al-Jabaliya town.
GAZA
* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
At 16:30 on April 28th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards demonstrators {commemorating the 42nd anniversary of Land Day} located in east Gaza city.
CENTRAL GAZA
At 16:00 on April 28th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards demonstrators {commemorating the 42nd anniversary of Land Day} located in east Al-Buriej camp.
KHAN YUNIS
1. At 15:30 on April 28th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canister towards demonstrators {commemorating the 42nd anniversary of Land Day} in east Khuz'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.
2. At 22:30 on April 28th 2018, Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Khan Yunis city.
3. At 04:00 on April 29th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Qarara town located in North east Khan Yunis city.
At 21:00 on April 28th 2018, Israeli forces detained 3 unidentified residents in east Al-Qarara town located in North east Khan Yunis city as they attempted to climb the border fence into Israel.
RAFAH
* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit of 655 residents and entry of 19 residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
