• At 24:00 on April 18th 2019, The Israeli Military imposed a total closure on the West Bank governorates on the occasion of the "Passover holiday" of the Jews, and prevented citizens and workers, including permit holders, from entering Jerusalem and Israel, except for humanitarian cases after prior coordination with diplomatic and international staff until 24:00 on April 27th 2019.

ALL DISTRICTS
JERUSALEM
At 17:30, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town , stormed and searched a glass factory {under construction} owned by Eyad Mohammad Al-Qawasmi.
At 14:30, Israeli forces positioned near Rafat village fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they were protesting in solidarity with Palestinian detainees.
At 12:30, Israeli forces closed a soccer field in Beit Safafa village during an annual youth soccer tournament hosted by the Palestinian authority in commemoration of Prisoners solidarity day.
RAMALLAH & AL BIREH
On April 19th 2019, , the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for all civilians for 24 hours daily except for Saturdays during which the checkpoint will be open from 22:00 until 10:00 on Sunday.
At 14:30, Israeli forces raided Beituniya town.

At 13:35,Israeli forces positioned in Jabal Al-Risan area located near Ras Kar Kar village fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents {participating in demonstrations against Israeli confiscation of Palestinian land and settler violence} for alleged stoning.
2. At 13:40, Israeli forces positioned in Bil'in village fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents {participating in demonstrations against the construction of the wall} for alleged stoning.
3. At 13:40, Israeli forces positioned at the North entrance of Al-Bireh city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators for alleged stoning and as a result left several residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
4.At 13:45, Israeli forces positioned in Nil'in village fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents {participating in demonstrations against the construction of the wall} for alleged stoning.
JENIN
At 17:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Arraba town junction then searched residents and vehicles.
QALQILIYA
At 16:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.
At 14:00, Israeli forces positioned at the east entrance of Kafr Qaddum village {which is closed by the Israeli Military} fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents {protesting against the continued closure} for alleged stoning and as a result injured 6 residents {including 2 journalists} and left several residents. suffocated from tear gas inhalation then temporarily detained a International peace activist {a french citizen} then released him at a later time.
Israeli forces injured 6 residents {including}: Journalist - Nidal Ashteh, journalist- Ayman Al-Nubani, Sari Jamal Barham and Sami Muhannad Shteiwi during clashes near the east entrance of Kafr Qaddum village {which is closed by the Israeli Military}.
SALFIT
At 15:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Istiya town then searched residents and vehicles.
BETHLEHEM
1. At 14:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Jinata town then searched residents and vehicles until 15:55.
2. At 16:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles until 17:50.
HEBRON
1. At 10:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Dura town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 12:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Bani Na'im town then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 15:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Khursa village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
ALL DISTRICTS
• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip and on April 1st 2019 allowed the increase of fishing area from Al-Waha area which is located northwest o Beit Lahiya town in the northern Gaza Strip and up to the port of Gaza to 6 nautical miles , increase from the port of Gaza and to Wadi Gaza to 12 nautical miles, Gaza and up to Khan Yunis beach to 15 nautical miles, and from Khan Yunis beach and south of Rafah beach to 12 nautical miles.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by launching tank artillery shells and opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Gaza, Central Gaza, Khan Yunis and Rafah districts and as a result injured 37 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza, Gaza and Khan Yunis districts.
• Israeli Air force broke the ceasefire agreement by launching 1 missiles towards Palestinian gunmen sites in Central Gaza district.
•Palestinian gunmen broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire towards the border fence in North east Rafah city.
NORTHERN GAZA
* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.
1. At 07:50 on April 19th 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 16:00 on April 19th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Jabaliya town during the march of return and as a result injured 2 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

KHAN YUNIS
