JERUSALEM
On April 14th 2019, Israeli forces detained Ahmad Diyath Ghayth in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
On the evening of April 14th 2019, Israeli authorities on Jerusalem city issued orders banning 2 residents: Jihad Qus and Mohammad Al-Hashlamoun from travelling for a period of 6 months.
At 13:15, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Abu Dis town.
At 08:30, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.
RAMALLAH & AL BIREH
On April 14th 2019, , the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for all civilians for 24 hours daily except for Saturdays during which the checkpoint will be open from 22:00 until 10:00 on Sunday.
1. At 19:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Wadi Al-Dalb road located between Ras Kar Kar and Deir Ibzi' villages then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles.
1. At 09:35, Israeli forces raided Silwad town, confiscated surveillance camera footage from a flour mill owned by Hamad Al-Hinawi.
2. At 18:50, Israeli forces raided Turmus'aya town, clashed with several residents and as a result injured a resident.

JENIN
1. At 15:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Zababda and Maythaloun towns and Al-Kafir, Saris and Masaliya villages.
2. At 02:40, Israeli forces raided Ya'bad town and detained a resident.
3. At 03:40, Israeli forces raided Jenin city, Jenin camp, Bruqin town and Kafr Qud village then clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes in the camp and detained 2 residents {including a child}.
1. Israeli forces detained Mahdi Nur Amarna in Ya'bbad town.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Samer Abdel-Karim Aweis {16 years old} and Rami Waleed Qatnat in Jenin camp.
At 03:40, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Jenin camp.
TUBAS
At 08:30, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Tayassir military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.
TULKAREM
1. At dawn on April 14th 2019, Israeli forces raided Shawkiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city and detained a resident.
2. At dawn on April 14th 2019, Israeli forces raided Izbit Shufa village and assaulted a Presidential Security officer.
3. At 14:40, Israeli forces raided Zieta and Allar towns.
4. At 00:40, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city, Tulkarem and Nur Al-Shams camps then detained a resident in Nur Al-Shams camp.
1. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Thiyab Soliman in Shawkiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city.

1. At 19:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint located along the main road connecting Azzun town and Kafr Laqif village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 19:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.
At 01:20, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city, clashed with several residents as they stormed several homes and detained 2 residents.
Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Shadi Bassem Abu Sharab and Taher Nofal in Qalqiliya city.
At 01:20, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Qalqiliya city.
On April 14th 2019, Israeli forces closed the main road leading to Azzun town with cement blocks and impeded the free flow of traffic.
NABLUS
At 20:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Yatma village then searched residents and vehicles.
1. At 08:00, Israeli forces raided Orif village.
2. At 14:30, Israeli forces raided Deir Sharaf and Al-Naqura villages.
3. At 14:30 and again at 18:55, Israeli forces raided Sabastiya village, clashed with several residents and detained 2 residents.
4. At 15:25, Israeli forces raided Beit Furiq town.
5. At 06:10, Israeli forces raided Aqraba and Qabalan towns and Osarin, Yatma and Duma villages.
1. On April 14th 2019, Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Mohammed Badr Jabr Saleh, Tamer Tayseer Mahmoud Saleh, and Mahmoud Issa Saleh near "Rahalim" settlement.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mufid Shihab and Mu'nis Imad Mufeed Al-Haj in Sabastiya village.
1. At 08:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several students in Orif Secondary school for alleged stoning and as a result left several school children suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 14:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Sabastiya town.
SALFIT
1. At 11:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Salfit city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Kafil Harris town then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 20:50,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Istiya town then searched residents and vehicles.
JERICHO
At 11:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along road (90) located near "Malee Ivrim" settlement then searched residents and vehicles.
BETHLEHEM
At 09:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction{located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles.
1. At 16:40, Israeli forces raided Beit Jallah city.
2. At 05:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Abadiya town.
HEBRON
1. At 08:55, Israeli forces raided Beit Ulla town.
2. At 20:15, Israeli forces raided Hebron city until 00:20.
3. At 00:25, Israeli forces raided Ithna and Al-Samou' towns and Deir Sammit village until 04:55.
At 16:15, Israeli forces detained the child Mohammad Fakhri Fakhor {17 years old}{a resident of Sa'ir town in Hebron district} as he was reporting to Israeli Intelligence for questioning based on a prior summon.
At 08:30, Israeli forces positioned in the old city of Hebron fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents and school children located near Tariq Bin Zied, Khadija Bin Khawalid and Al-Hajirat schools for alleged stoning and as a result left several school children suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
ALL DISTRICTS
• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip and on April 1st 2019 allowed the increase of fishing area from Al-Waha area which is located northwest o Beit Lahiya town in the northern Gaza Strip and up to the port of Gaza to 6 nautical miles , increase from the port of Gaza and to Wadi Gaza to 12 nautical miles, Gaza and up to Khan Yunis beach to 15 nautical miles, and from Khan Yunis beach and south of Rafah beach to 12 nautical miles.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Gaza, Central Gaza and Rafah districts.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza district and as a result injured a fisherman.
• A resident died of critical injuries after Israeli forces opened fire towards 3 residents who were attempting to climb the border fence into Israel from east Khan Yunis city on April 3rd 2019 {as mentioned in the report of April 4th 2019}.
NORTHERN GAZA
* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.
At 06:00 on April 14th 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town and as a result injured a resident.
Israeli Naval forces injured Yusef Ameen Rushdi Abu Warda {a fisherman} after opening fire towards his fishing boat off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
At 17:10 on April 14th 2019, Israeli forces detained a unidentified residents in North Beit Lahiya town as he was attempting to climb the border fence into Israel.
GAZA
* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
At 17:40 on April 14th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Gaza city.
CENTRAL GAZA
At 08:00 on April 14th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents who were herding goats in east Deir Al-Balah city.
KHAN YUNIS
At 17:40 on April 14th 2019, the child: Ishaq Abdel-Mu'ti Sweilim Ishtawi {16 years old}{a resident of Rafah city} died of critical injuries after Israeli forces opened fire towards him and 2 others as they attempted to climb the border fence into Israel from east Khan Yunis city on April 3rd 2019 {as mentioned in the report of April 4th 2019}.
RAFAH
* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
