JERUSALEM
1. At dawn on April 14th 2019, Israeli forces detained Adnan Ghayth {Governor of Jerusalem} in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
2. Israeli forces detained 5 residents: Mohammad Samir Obied, Bashar Muhisien, Taj-Aldin Maher Muhisien, Mohammad Abu Rayala and Mohammad Imran Obied in Al-Eisawiya village.
At 21:30, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning in Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city.
On April 13th 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city forced Majed Hassan Rashid Al-Ajlouni to demolish his own home in Al-Sa'diya neighborhood in the old city of Jerusalem for allegedly being built with out a licences in order to avoid paying a hefty financial penalty in the event that Israeli authorities implement the demolition.
RAMALLAH & AL BIREH
On April 13th 2019, , the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for all civilians for 24 hours daily except for Saturdays during which the checkpoint will be open from 22:00 until 10:00 on Sunday
At 20:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ein Sinya village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles.
1. At 01:15, Israeli forces raided Al-Tayba town until 04:10.
2. At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Ramallah and Bir Ziet cities and Kafr Ni'ma village.
3. At 02:30, Israeli forces raided Beituniya town until 04:10.
1. At 18:50, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near "Halmish" settlement junction stoned residents and vehicles then withdrew at 19:00.
2. On April 13th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near "Shilo" settlement junction stoned residents and vehicles travelling along the main road connecting Ramallah and Nablus and as a result smashed the windshield of a vehicle opened by Bruce Lee Eid {a resident of Burin village in Nablus district}.
JENIN
1. At 11:45, Israeli forces raided Arraba town.
2. At 13:40, Israeli forces raided Jaba' and Silat Al-Thahir towns and Al-Jarba , Marka, Sanour and Al Fanduqumiya villages.
TUBAS
At 08:30, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Tayassir Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.
TULKAREM
At dawn on April 14th 2019, Israeli forces raided Far'oun village and detained 5 residents.
Israeli forces detained 5 residents: Islam Jihad Adwan, Izz al-Din Muhammad Hamed, Waseem Samir Farakh, Shadi Talaat Tahaimer, and Mahmoud Mohammed Hamid in Far'oun village.
At 24:00, Israeli forces positioned at "Enav" military checkpoint confiscated a vehicle owned by Mo'ayad Sa'ad Jallad {a resident of Tulkarem city}.
QALQILIYA
1. At 12:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along the main road between Jayyous and Azzoun towns then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 19:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.
On April 13th 2019, Israeli forces closed the main road leading to Azzun town with cement blocks and impeded the free flow of traffic.
NABLUS
1. At 11:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Muraba' area located near the entrance of Tel village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Sara village junction {located along the main road connecting Nablus and Qalqiliya} then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 21:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Shavie Shamron" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.
At 19:00, a group of Israeli settlers stormed agricultural land in Orif village, stoned several residents and as a result injured a resident and damaged 2 vehicles owned by loia Shihada and Ziyad Shihada during which Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents and as a result injured a resident and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
At 19:00,Israeli forces positioned in Orif village fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents and as a result injured a resident and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
1. Naji Aref Sabah was hospitalized with fractures and contusions after a group of Israeli settlers assaulted him and stoned him in Orif village.
2. Khalid Mohammad Al-Safadi was injured after Israeli forces e fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents in Orif village.
SALFIT
1. At 11:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Salfit city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Qarwat Bani Hassan town then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 20:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Kafil Harris town then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 20:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint beneath Iskaka village bridge then searched residents and vehicles.
5. At 20:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Deir Istiya town then searched residents and vehicles.
BETHLEHEM
1. At 00:45, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town and summoned Sami Ali Mahmoud Al-Sabah to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.
2. At 03:15, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town.
3. At 11:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Salfit city then searched residents and vehicles.
At 12:10, Israeli forces closed the North entrance of Teqou' town with dirt mounds.
HEBRON
1. At 16:15, Israeli forces raided Tarqumiya town until 16:55.
2. At 23:25, Israeli forces raided Hebron city.
3. At 00:40, Israeli forces raided Dura town and detained a resident.
4. At 00:40, Israeli forces raided Sa'ir town and detained 2 children.
5. At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Yatta town.
1. At 12:25, Israeli forces positioned at a military checkpoint located in Tel Al-Rumayada neighborhood in the old city of Hebron detained 2 resiednts: Yusef Al-Aqal and Sari Al-Aqal {both are residents of Beit Ulla town}.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Hayil Ishaq Al-Rajoub and Ameen Khalil Al-Sus in Dura town.
3. Israeli forces detained 2 children: Zien Al-Din Nafith Hassan Jaradat {15 years old} and Hamada Hassan Jaradat {15 years old} in Sa'ir town.
On April 13th 2019, Israeli Police forces positioned near Beit Einoun village opened fire towards Hussien Eid Abu Fanous {a resident of Sa'ir town} and as a result left him hospitalized with facial injuries.
1. At 23:20, Yusef Bassam Abu Eisha, 15 years old, from Tal al-Rumeida neighborhood in the old city of Hebron, was severely beaten by Israeli forces while walking at a military checkpoint in the old town of Tel Rumeida.
2. Israeli forces injured Hussien Ayed Abu Fanous {a resident of Yatta town } after opening fire towards him in Beit Einoun village.
ALL DISTRICTS
• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip and on April 1st 2019 allowed the increase of fishing area from Al-Waha area which is located northwest o Beit Lahiya town in the northern Gaza Strip and up to the port of Gaza to 6 nautical miles , increase from the port of Gaza and to Wadi Gaza to 12 nautical miles, Gaza and up to Khan Yunis beach to 15 nautical miles, and from Khan Yunis beach and south of Rafah beach to 12 nautical miles.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Central Gaza,Khan Yunis and Rafah districts.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of the districts of North Gaza Khan Yunis and Rafah districts.
NORTHERN GAZA
* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is closed.
At 10:15 on April 13th 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
GAZA
* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
CENTRAL GAZA
At 14:50 on April 13th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Deir Al-Balah city.
At 12:00 on April 13th 2019, Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Ramzi Ayman Ismail Al-Saafin, Bahaa Anwar Shehadeh Al-Awawdeh, Mohamed Waleed Mahmoud Kandil {All are residents of Al-Buriej camp} in east Al-Buriej camp as they attempted to climb the border fence into Israel.
KHAN YUNIS
1. At 09:00 on April 13th 2019, ,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Khuza'a town in east Khan Yunis city.
2. At 13:30 on April 13th 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Khan Yunis city.
RAFAH
* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is closed.
