JERUSALEM
1. At 12:00, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Yazan Obied and Abdel-Awwawi {both are residents of Al-Eisawiya village}.
2. Israeli forces detained Mamdouh Mohammad Daridi {a University student}{a resident of Beit Lid town in Tulkarem district} in Abu Dis town.
At 16:50, Israeli forces positioned in Ras Kabsa area in Al-Eizariya town fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
RAMALLAH & AL BIREH
On April 12th 2019, , the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for all civilians for 24 hours daily except for Saturdays during which the checkpoint will be open from 22:00 until 10:00 on Sunday.
1. At 13:30,Israeli forces positioned in Jabal Al-Risan area located near Ras Kar Kar village fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents {participating in demonstrations against Israeli confiscation of Palestinian land and settler violence} for alleged stoning.
2. At 13:45, Israeli forces positioned in Nil'in village fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents {participating in demonstrations against the construction of the wall} for alleged stoning.
3. At 13:50, Israeli forces positioned in Bil'in village fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents {participating in demonstrations against the construction of the wall} for alleged stoning.
4. At 15:55 and 19:55, Israeli forces positioned at the North entrance of Al-Bireh city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators for alleged stoning.
JENIN
At 22:55, Israeli forces raided Kafrit village.
TUBAS
On April 12th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Al-Farisiya area located in the North Jordan valley area and stole a sheep owned by Ali Zuhdi Abu Muh'sein as he was herding his sheep.
QALQILIYA
At 14:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.
At 16:25, Israeli forces raided Azzun town.
1. At 14:00, Israeli forces positioned at the east entrance of Kafr Qaddum village {which is closed by the Israeli Military} fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents {protesting against the continued closure} for alleged stoning and as a result injured a resident and left several residents. suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 16:20, Israeli forces positioned at the wall gate in Al-Naqqar neighborhood in Qalqiliya city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and detained a resident.

At 19:40, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents who attempted to stop the settler attack and as a result injured a resident during their raid into Burin village.

At 22:00, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Za'tara junction military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 23:40.

2. At 15:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Kafil Harris and Deir Istiya towns then searched residents and vehicles.

At 13:30 and again at 19:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles until 20:20.
1. At 21:15, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city until 21:30.
2. At 21:20, Israeli forces raided Al-Duhishat camp in Bethlehem city and detained a resident.
3. At 00:15, Israeli forces raided Al-Ubadiya town until 02:10.
1. At 01:10, Israeli forces positioned at Container military checkpoint detained Mustafa Musa Mustafa Hijazi {17 years old}{a resident of Bethlehem city}.
2. Israeli forces detained Jihad Issa Mohammad Ma'ali in Al-Duhishat camp in Bethlehem city.
HEBRON
1. At 13:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ithna town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 16:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Halhul town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.
1. At dawn on April 12th 2019, Israeli forces raided Sa'ir town and detained 4 residents.
2. At 16:15, Israeli forces raided Ithna town.
3. At 22:50, Israeli forces raided Safa village,summoned 3 residents: Saqr Ibrahim Sabarneh, Mazen Hussein al-Tit, and Mu'ayyad Hasan al-Tit. to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning.
Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Mashhoor Hussein al-Akhras and his sons Thabet, Thaer and Qassim in Sa'ir town.
At 15:15, Israeli forces positioned at Bab Al-Zawiya area in Hebron city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured a resident.

ALL DISTRICTS
• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip and on April 1st 2019 allowed the increase of fishing area from Al-Waha area which is located northwest o Beit Lahiya town in the northern Gaza Strip and up to the port of Gaza to 6 nautical miles , increase from the port of Gaza and to Wadi Gaza to 12 nautical miles, Gaza and up to Khan Yunis beach to 15 nautical miles, and from Khan Yunis beach and south of Rafah beach to 12 nautical miles.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Gaza, Central Gaza, Khan Yunis and Rafah districts and as a result killed a child, injured 23 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
NORTHERN GAZA
* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.
1. At 10:00 on April 12th 2019, , Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 15:30 on April 12th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Jabaliya town during the march of return and as a result killed a child, injured 3 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
