JERUSALEM
(i) On 24 July 2016, Israeli forces raided the village of Isawiyyeh and detained 2 civilians.
(ii) At 02:15, Israeli forces raided the town of al-Ram, clashed with civilians during patrol and withdrew at 05:10.
(i) In the morning of 24 July 2016, Israeli forces detained 3 civilians (inclouding 2 children) in Shufat neighborhood in Jerusalem: Adam Khader Abu Khdeir, 16, Mahmoud Abu Khdeir, 16, and Mohammad Fayiz Abu Khdeir.
(ii) At 20:00, Israeli forces detained 12 civilians in the old city of Jerusalem: Hassan Abu Asab, Rashid Al-Rishq, Ahmad Al-Rishq, Rami Beituni, Ayman Shaloudi, Ahmad Ali Abu Asab, Hassan Salaymeh, Ahmad Salaymeh, Munther Slayameh, Ali Abu Asab, Arafat Shaloudi and Sari Wahbeh.
(iii) The 2 civilians detained in Isawiyyeh village are Wael Obeid and Mohammad Ahmad Darwish.
• At 10:15, Israeli forces fired tear gas canisters and rubber coated steel bullets towards civilians for alleged stoning.
• On 24 July 2016, Israeli forces forced civilian Abdel Nasser Qara’een in Wadi Hilweh in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem to demolish a 22-square-meter residential room under the pretext of unlicensed construction.
At 09:00, a group of extremist settlers guarded by Israeli forces raided the compound of Al-Aqsa Mosque.
RAMALLAH & AL BIREH
(i) At 13:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of the town of Beit Luqya and searched civilians and vehicles.
(ii) At 17:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint between the towns of Beit Rim and Abboud, and searched civilians and vehicles.
(iii) At 22:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the bridge of Attara town and searched vehicles and civilians until 23:00.
(iv) At 22:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the roundabout of the village of Ein Sinya and searched civilians and vehicles until 23:00.
(v) At 22:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of the village of Al-Mugheir and searched civilians and vehicles until 05:40.
(i) At 02:00 on 24 July 2015, Israeli forces raided the city of Ramallah and detained 1 child.
(ii) At 18:55, Israeli forces raided the village of Deir Nizam and clashed with civilians during patrol resulting in the injury of civilian Majdi Youssef Tamimi. The Israeli forces withdrew at 20:15.
(i) At 01:55 on 24 July 2016, Israeli forces detained 2 civilians during a raid on the city of Al-Bireh. The civilians are Majdi Youssef Tamimi and Daya’ Qashou.
(ii) The civilian detained in Ramallah city is Yihya Hisham Rashid Shafi, 15.
• At 19:00, during raid on the village of deir Nizam Israeli forces fired tear gas canisters and stun grenades towards civilians for alleged stoning resulting in the injury of 1 civilian.
The civilian injured in Deir Nizam is Majdi Youssef Tamimi.
JENIN
(i) At 17:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the junction of Jaba town and searched civilians and vehicles.
(ii) At 19:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the junction of Zawiye village and searched civilians and vehicles until 21:20.
• At 03:30, Israeli forces raided the town of Qabatia, stormed and searched civilian homes and arrested 4 civilians.
The 4 civilians detained in the town of Qabatia are Amjad Ahmad Mahmoud Kamil, Mohammad Bilal Ali Kamil, Mahmoud Khalid Tawfiq Malalha and Husam Mahmoud Sadiq Hamamda.
TULKAREM
At 13:30, Israeli forces intensified restrictions at Einav checkpoint and impeded traffic until 14:50.
QALQILIYA
• At 15:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of the city of Qalqilya and searched vehicles and civilians.
• At 00:10, Israeli forces raided he village of Kafr Qaddoum and clashed with civilians during patrol.
At 00:10, Israeli forces in Kafr Qaddoum village fired rubber coated bullets, stun grenades and tear gas canisters for alleged stoning.
NABLUS
• At 21:36, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint between the villages of Kusra and Jaloud, and searched civilians and vehicles.
(i) At 01:00, Israeli forces raided and patrolled the village of Sebastia.
(ii) At 01:30, Israeli forces raided the village of Awarta and arrested 2 civilians.
The 2 civilians detained in Awarta village are Mouayyad Jamil Shirab and Shadi Mohammad Awwad.
SALFIT
(i) At 13:40, Israeli forces raided the village of Iskaka and delivered a notification to civilian Mohammad Fawzi Lami to report to the military intelligence.
(ii) At 01:00, Israeli force raided the town od Deir Istya and delivered a notification to civilian Ibrahim Salah Mansour to report to the military intelligence.
At 12:30, a group of settlers raided the village of Yasuf and toured its streets. At once Israeli forces interfered and evacuated the settlers.
JERICHO
At 21:00, Israeli forces detained at Al-Karama Crossing (Allenby) military officer Nidal Abdel Rahim Mohammad Quba from the NSF whole he was returning from a visit to Jordan.
BETHLEHEM
• At 09:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Beit Fajjar town and searched civilians and vehicles until 10:45.
(i) At 01:40 on 24 July 2016, Israeli forces raided Al-Azza refugee camp in Bethlehem and arrested 1 civilian.
(ii) At 01:55, Israeli forces raided the town of Teqoa, stormed into and searched civilian homes, arrested 1 civilian and withdrew at 03:00.
(i) At 16:00, Israeli forces detained female civilian Suad Abdel Majid Thawabteh from Beit Fajjar while she was visiting her son in Negev prison.
(ii) The civilian detained in Al-Azza refugee camp in Bethlehem is Majid Mohammad Abdel Hadi Al-Azza.
The civilian detained in Teqoa is Ahmad Jamal Abdallah Al-Amour.
HEBRON
• At 11:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Fawwar refugee camp and arrested 1 civilian.
(i) At dawn on 24 July 2016, Israeli forces raided the village of Al-Burg and delivered a notification to civilian Ismail Ahmad Musleh Al-Faqiyat to report to the military intelligence.
(ii) At 01:00, Israeli forces raided the town of Dura and clashed with civilians during patrol and house search. The Israeli forces delivered a notification to civilian Jihad Mahmoud Amro to report to the military intelligence.
(iii) At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Beit Awa town and arrested 1 civilian.
(iv) At 01:20, Israeli forces raided Bani Naim town and searched 1 civilian home.
(v) At 02:10, Israeli forces raided Al-Shuyukh town and searched 1 civilian home.
(i) The civilian arrested in Al-Fawwar refugee camp is Ali Mohammad Ahmad Sawahneh.
(ii) The civilian arrested in Beit Awa is Ziyad Mohammad Sweiti.
• At 01:00, Israeli forces during a raid on Dura fired stun grenades and tear gas canisters towards civilians for alleged stoning during house search.
At 11:45, Israeli forces confiscated in Al-Fawwar refugee camp a civilian vehicle owned by Omar Mohammad Ahmad Sarahneh, a resident of the refugee camp.
ALL DISTRICTS
At 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area from 300 to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the sea port and airports in the coming month. On 3 April 2016 the decision to expand the fishing area from 6 to 9 nautical miles entered into effect but the Israeli authorities reduced the area back to 6 nautical miles on 26 June 2016.
NORTHERN GAZA
Beit Hanun (Erez) is partially open for humanitarian cases, international journalists, employees working for humanitarian agencies, businessmen and passengers traveling though Al-Karama Crossing.
GAZA
(i) Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
RAFAH
(i) Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
(ii) Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
(iii) Sufa Crossing is closed
(iv) Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is closed.
