WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

(i) At 12:30, Israeli forces raided and patrolled the village of Sawahreh Sharqiyye.
(ii) At 20:10, Israeli forces raided the towns of Ezariyye and Abu Dis and patrolled them until 23:30.

Detention

(i) At 18:00, Israeli forces arrested Anas Kiswani and stormed his house in Shufat refugee camp in Jerusalem.
(ii) At 18:00, Israeli forces detained the journalist Fasial Rifa’i from Anata town while he was reporting to the Israeli military
intelligence after a prior notification.

Demonstrations

At 19:30, a public march set out in the town of Abu Dis in solidarity with Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails. Clashes broke out between marchers and Israeli army in Al-Jabal area.

Attack

At 19:30, Israeli forces positioned in Al-Jabal area in Abu Dis fired tear gas canisters and rubber coated bullets towards demonstrators who were marching in solidarity with Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

(i) At 11:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the bridge of Attara town and searched civilians and vehicles until
13:50.
(ii) At 23:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint on the main road to Jalazon refugee camp alongside Bet El settlement
and searched civilians and vehicles until 00:30.

Raid

(i) At 19:05, Israeli forces raided the village of Deir Ammar and delivered notifications to two civilians to report to the
Israeli military intelligence. The two civilians are Izzedin Tahseen Odeh and Awad Aqel Dar Musa.
(ii) At 02:35, Israeli forces raided the village of Dar Nizam and delivered a notification to civilian Mohammad Saleh
Tamimi to report to the Israeli military intelligence.

Demonstrations

(i) At 13:20, a public march set out in the town of Ni’lin in protest of the Apartheid Wall. Clashes broke out between marchers, including international activists, and Israeli military forces resulting in the asphyxiation of several civilian marchers because of tear gas inhalation.
(ii) At 13:20, a public march set out in the town of Bilin in protest of the Apartheid Wall. Clashes broke out between marchers, including international activists, and Israeli military forces resulting in the asphyxiation of several civilian marchers because of tear gas inhalation. In addition, the Israeli military forces detained 4 civilians, including 2 journalists.
(iii) At 13:20, a public march set out in the village of Nabi Saleh in protest of land confiscation for the benefit of settlement enterprises. Clashes broke out between civilian marchers and Israeli military forces resulting in the asphyxiation of several civilian marchers because of tear gas inhalation.

Attack

(i) At 13:20, Israeli forces in Ni’lin village fired tear gas canisters and stun grenades towards civilian demonstrators marching in protest of the Apartheid Wall.
(ii) At 13:20, Israeli forces in Bilin village fired tear gas canisters and stun grenades towards civilian demonstrators marching in protest of the Apartheid Wall. I
(iii) At 13:20, Israeli forces in the village of Nabi Saleh fired stun grenades and tear gas canisters towards civilians demonstrating against land confiscation for the benefit of settlement enterprises.
(iv) At 17:25, the Israeli forces positioned at the entrance of Jalazon refugee camp fired rubber coated bullets, stun grenades and tear gas canisters towards civilians under the pretext of stoning.

Temporary Detention

At 13:20, the Israeli forces detained 4 civilians (including 2 journalists) during a demonstration in protest of the Apartheid Wall in the village of Bilin. The detained civilians are journalist Khalid Sabarneh, journalist Imad Burnat, Basel Mansour and Ashraf Abu Rahmeh. They were released at 14:30.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

• At 18:20, the Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Zebouba village and searched civilians and vehicles until 20:00.

Raid

At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Sanour and delivered notifications to report to the Israeli military intelligence to 4 civilians: Ikrema Nageh Habayba, Anas Mohammad Wild Ali, Issam Mohammad Jarrar and his brother Tareq. The Israeli army withdrew at 02:05.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

(i) At 19:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of the city of Qalqilya and searched vehicles and civilians until 21:00.
(ii) At 01:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of the village of Izbet Jaloud and searched vehicles and civilians until 21:00.

Demonstrations

• At 13:30, a public march including international activists set out in Kafr Qaddoum village in protest of the continuing closure of the east entrance of the village. The Israeli forces fired live and rubber coated bullets, stun grenades and tear gas canisters at demonstrators and prevented them from reaching the closed entrance. As a result of the clashes, 2 civilians were asphyxiated due to tear gas inhalation. The civilians are Riyad Mohammad Shteiwi and Taha Mohammad Amer.

Attack

At 13:30, Israeli forces in Kafr Qaddoum village fired rubber coated bullets, stun grenades and tear gas canisters at demonstrators protecting the continuing closure of the east entrance of the village and injured 2 civilians.

Injuries

The 2 injured civilians in Kafr Qaddoum village are Riyad Mohammad Shteiwi and Taha Mohammad Amer.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

• At 15:30, Israeli forces intensified restrictions at Huwara checkpoint and impeded traffic until 16:30.

Raid

• At 01:10, Israeli forces raided the village of Araq Bourin, stormed 1 civilian home and withdrew at 01:50.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 21:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Jericho city and searched civilians and vehicles until 21:20.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

(i) At 13:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Jenata town and searched civilians and vehicles until 16:20.
(ii) At 16:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Ush Gurab area east of Beit Sahour city and searched civilians and vehicles.
(iii) At 17:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the north entrance of Teqoa and searched civilians and vehicles until 18:40.
(iv) At 18:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Deir Salah village (east entrance to Beit Sahour city) and searched civilians and vehicles until 19:30.
(v) At 22:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Nashash area (south entrance to Bethlehem city) and searched civilians and vehicles until 22:40.

Raid

(i) At 18:20, Israeli forces raided the villages of Al-Khas and Al-Numan and stormed 1 civilian home.
(ii) At 19:20 and 00:40, Israeli forces raided Teqoa, stormed 1 civilian home and clashed with civilians during patrol injuring civilian Ahmad Sami Al-Amour. The Israeli forces withdrew at 01:15.
(iii) At 20:15, Israeli forces raided the village of Tamor and stormed a grocery store.
(iv) At 01:50, Israeli forces raided the city of Bethlehem, clashed with civilians and stormed several civilian homes. The Israeli forces also delivered a notification to civilian Mousa Ibayyat to report to the Israeli military intelligence and withdrew at 04:55.

Attack

(i) At 19:20, during a raid on Teqoa Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel and live bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning injuring 1 civilian.
(ii) At 01:50, during a raid on Bethlehem city Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel and live bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during house search.

Injuries

• The civilian injured in Teqoa is Ahmad Samir Al-Amour.

Closure of main Roads

(i) At 14:05, Israeli forces closed the road to the villages of Al-Khjas and Al-Numan with cement blocks.
(ii) At 14:50, Israeli forces closed the Zatara road leading to the bypass road and Dar Salah road with cement blocks.
(iii) At 14:50, Israeli forces closed the east entrance of Marah Rabah village with cement blocks.
(iv) At 16:50, Israeli forces closed the entrance of Jinana town with cement blocks.

HEBRON

Raid

(i) At 00:40, Israeli forces raided Dura town and delivered a house demolition order to to the family of detainee Mohammad Abdel Majid Amayreh.
(ii) At 00:40, Israeli forces raided Beit Awwa town and stormed and searched 2 civilian homes.
(iii) At 02:20, Israeli forces raided Yatta town and stormed and searched 1 civilian home.

Physical Assault

At 12:55, Israeli forces positioned at Abu Reesh checkpoint in the old city of Hebron attacked civilian Yacoub Abu Shaban causing him severe injury.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the sea port and airports in the coming month.
Israeli forces broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their position behind the Green Line towards Gaza, Central Gaza and Khan Younis. In addition, Israeli navy boats opened fire at fishing boats off Khan Younis shore.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

Beit Hanun (Erez) is partially open for humanitarian cases, international reporters, employees working in humanitarian agencies, businessmen and passengers travelling through Al-Karama Crossing.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

(i) Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
(ii) Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

(i) At 10:30 on 22 July 2016, Israeli forces opened fire from their position behind the Green Line towards agricultural land east of Johr Al-Deek town.
At 16:00 on 22 July 2016, Israeli forces fired tear gas canisters and live bullets fire from their position behind the Green Line towards civilians in Al-Shija’iya “Nahal Oz” Crossing east of Gaza city during a demonstration in protest of the continuing attacks of settlers at Al-Aqsa Mosque and Palestinian civilians.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 18:15 on 22 July 2016, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land east of Breij refugee camp.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

(i) At 10:20 on 22 July 2016, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land east of Khuza’a town.
(ii) At 10:30 on 22 July 2016, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land east of Ghassan Al-Kabira town.
At 20:50 on 22 July 2016, Israeli navy opened fire towards fishermen and fishing bpats in Kahn Younis shore.

RAFAH
