The following summary tables and overview of events survey hostile Israeli activities during the period 01 February 2022 to 28 February 2022. The report includes a summary table of events, classified by type, throughout the West Bank and Gaza Strip, in addition to a comparative table surveying events over the past three months. The survey is compiled from the Daily Situation Reports of the Palestinian Monitoring Group (PMG) of the Negotiations Affairs Department (NAD) of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO). The PMG monitors ground conditions in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, including Israeli and Palestinian violations. The information reported through the PMG process represents data available at the time of distribution only.

Analysis of Events
Killings
A total of 31 residents were killed by Israeli forces during the month of February 2023 {30 in the West Bank and 1 in Gaza}.
Injuries
A total of 246 Palestinian injuries were reported in the month of February 2023 {240 in the West Bank and 6 in the Gaza Strip).
Including 14 children, 2 journalists and a woman.
Arrests
During the month of February 2022, the Israeli military arrested 539 Palestinians {530 in the West Bank and 9 in the Gaza Strip). The majority of arrests took place in the districts: 86 Jerusalem, 78 Ramallah, 58 Jenin, 10 Tubas, 29 Tulkarm, 18 Qalqiliya, 45 Nablus, 12 Salfit, 38 Jericho, 45 Bethlehem, 111 Hebron, 6 North Gaza, 1 Khan Yunis and 2 Rafah. Including: 20 Children, 9 Women,6 Fishermen and 6 Security Force Officer.
Closure
Especially on Fridays, the Israeli military continues to intensify restrictions at checkpoints located at the entrances of Jerusalem, and to restrict entrance to the Al Aqsa Mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem, preventing worshippers from accessing the Mosque. At the Qalandiya checkpoint north of Jerusalem, the Israeli military continues to prevent PNA registered civilian vehicles from crossing the checkpoint towards Ar Ram and Qalandiya as well as Dahiyat al Bareed. The checkpoint is overcrowded daily, particularly during rush hours, due to intensified restrictions and search measures applied by Israeli troops. During the month of February 2023, the Israeli military also continued to intensify restrictions at the Tayasir checkpoint and Al Hamra junction checkpoint leading to the Jordan Valley area, only allowing access to civilians whose IDs indicate District of Jericho residence or others holding special access permits. In addition, restrictions were intensified and civilian access was obstructed at the Za’tara junction checkpoint (separating the northern and central West Bank districts) as well as at the As Sawahira ash Sharqiya (the ‘Container’) checkpoint (separating the central and southern West Bank districts).
The Israeli military installed 372 checkpoints in February 2023 (Compared with 442 checkpoints in January 2023 and 369 checkpoints in December 2022) as a result restricted the free access and movement of residents, merchant supplies and agricultural goods.

The Israeli military carried out a total of 544 raids in Palestinian residential areas during the month of February 2023, including 542 in the West Bank and 2 in the Gaza Strip. Home Demolition
The Israeli occupation forces demolished 28 homes during February 2023 including:
- 01/02/2023, the occupation forces demolished a house (under construction) owned by the citizen: George Farah Al-Najjar, in the Cremisan area, north of the city of Beit Jala, under the pretext of not having a permit.
- 02/02/2023, the occupation forces demolished a house in the Nabi Musa area, in addition to a sheep farm, owned by the citizen: Odeh Ali Rashaida, under the pretext of not having a license.
- 02/02/2023, the occupation forces demolished two houses in the village of Douma owned by two civilians: Ahmed Muhammad Odeh Alqam and Mustafa Khaled Salem Malihat, citing a lack of a permit, resulting in clashes with the citizens and the injured of a journalist.
- 02/11/ 2023, the occupation authorities in the Silwan neighborhood of Jerusalem, forced the citizen: Muhammad Al-Awar, to demolish his house himself, after notifying him earlier, in order to avoid paying heavy fines in the event that occupation authorities carried out the demolition, under the pretext of not being licensed.
- 02/11/ 2023, the occupation forces closed the house of the family of the martyr: Hussein Qaraqe' in the Al-Tur neighbourhood of Jerusalem.
- 02/12/2023, the occupation forces demolished a house belonging to the citizen: Hassan Muhammad Hussein Rashaida, in the village of Fasayel, under the pretext of not having a permit.
- 02/13/2023, the occupation forces demolished a 140-square-meter house in the Jabal al-Mukabber neighborhood of Jerusalem, owned by the citizen: Adham Bashir, under the pretext of not having a permit then clashed with the citizens and as a result injured 25 citizens and left 5 others suffocated due to inhaling tear gas.
- 02/ 14/ 2023, the occupation authorities in the village of Al-Issawiya forced the citizen: Nizar Muhaisen to demolish his 80-square-meter house, after notifying him earlier, in order to avoid paying heavy fines in the event that the occupation authorities carried out the demolition, under the pretext of not being licensed.
- 02/15/2023, the occupation forces demolished a residence owned by the citizen: Othman Al-Jabarin, in the Sha'ab Al-Batam area, east of the town of Yatta.
- 02/ 15/2023, the occupation authorities in the village of Al-Issawiya forced the citizen: Hassan Zakaria Muhaisen to demolish two rooms attached to his house, after notifying him earlier, in order to avoid paying heavy fines in the event that the occupation authorities carried out the demolition, under the pretext of not licensing.
- 02/16/2023, the occupation forces demolished a house, using explosives, in the Old City of Hebron, owned by the family of the martyr: Muhammad Kamel Al-Ja'bari.
- 02/22/2023, the occupation forces demolished, in the village of Ain Al-Dyouk Al-Tahta, a two-storey house, with an area of 170 square meters, owned by the citizen: Muhammad Awni Siam, under the pretext of not having a permit.
- 02/22/2023, the occupation forces demolished a residential room of 72 square meters owned by the citizen: Wissam Abu Asaad,in the town of Ithna under the pretext of not having a license.
- 02/22/2023, the occupation forces demolished 3 houses belonging to the citizens: Ghadir Muhammad Hassan Al-Tarsh (a house with an area of 110 square meters), Abdullah Rabah (a house consisting of 3 floors, with an area of each floor of 120 square meter's). square metres), and Rajai al-Araj (a house of 110 square meters), located in Ain Jawiza and Khallat Al-Hoor area's of the village of Al-Walajat under the pretext of not having a license.
- 02/23/2023, the occupation forces demolished the last floor of a residential building owned by the citizen: Iyad Mashhour, in the Al-Sawwana neighbourhood of Jerusalem, under the pretext of not having a permit.
- 02/ 27/ 2023, the occupation forces demolished tents and residential belonging to 6 families in the Al-Afgam area, east of the town of Aqraba.
- 02/28/2023, the occupation forces demolished a house owned by the citizen: Ehab Al-Hussaini, in the Jabal Al-Mukabber neighbourhood in Jerusalem, under the pretext of not having a permit.

- 02/ 23/2023, the occupation forces demolished commercial (barracks) and stalls for selling vegetables and fruits located near the western entrance to the village of Al-Jalama.
Tubas:
- 02/02/2023, the occupation forces forced several families of citizens to vacate their homes in the Khirbet Humsa Al-Fawqa area (after notifying them earlier), under the pretext of carrying out training activities in the area for 10 separate days, between 02/05/2023 and 03/01/2023.
- 09/02/2023, the occupation forces forced 4 families of citizens to vacate their homes in the Khirbet Humsa Al-Fawqa area (after notifying them earlier) until 11:30 on the same day, under the pretext of carrying out training activities in the area.
Nablus:
- 02/22/2023, the occupation forces demolished an agricultural room in the town of Qusra, under the pretext of not having a license.
Jericho:
- 02/02/2023, the occupation forces demolished a sheep farm as well as a home owned by the citizen: Ouda Ali Rashaida in the Nabi Musa neighborhood under the pretext of not having a license.
- 02/02/2023, the occupation forces demolished 15 commercial and tourist shops near Wadi al-Qilt owned by citizens from Aqabat Jaber camp for selling antiquities and carrying visitors on animals, under the pretext of not having a license.
- 02/04/2023, the occupation forces demolished a barracks for raising poultry, the wall of the house of the citizen: Wael Moqaiti, the wall of the house of the citizen: Bashir Moqaiti, and the wall of the house and the stairwell of the citizen. : Adel Hassan Al-Muqitiduring their raid into Aqabat Jaber camp (as mentioned in the previous report).

Hebron:
- 02/15/2023, the occupation forces uprooted 100 olive and almond seedlings, owned by citizens of the Dababsa family, in the Khallet Al-Dabaa area, east of the town of Yatta.
- 02/20/2023, the occupation forces demolished a sheep farm and a stone chain owned by a citizen of the Mahaina family in the Al-Buwaib area, east of the town of Yatta, under the pretext of its proximity to the "Bani Hefer" settlement.

- 02/ 12/ 2023, the occupying forces confiscated 1,500 US dollars and some belongings, such as perfumes, electronic games, and others, from the house of the citizen: Ibrahim Derbas, in the village of Al-Issawiya.
- 02/15/2023, the occupation forces confiscated a private vehicle owned by the citizen: Musa Derbas - a resident of Jerusalem, and seized his bank account, under the pretext that he had received prisoner allowances from the Palestinian National Authority.
- 02/15/2023, the occupation forces confiscated a private vehicle owned by the citizen: Moufid Muhammad Obaid - a resident of the village of Al-Issawiya, and seized his bank account, under the pretext that he received the prisoners' allowances from the Palestinian National Authority.
- 02/ 16/ 2023, the occupation forces confiscated a sum of money, private property, and gold jewelry from the house of the prisoner's family, Obeida Al-Taweel, in the Ras Al-Amud neighborhood in Jerusalem, on the pretext that he had received the prisoners' allowances from the Palestinian National Authority.
- 02/ 16/ 2023, the occupation forces confiscated 108,000 shekels in the Old City of Jerusalem from the house of the prisoner: Muhammad Hassan Ferawi, his father's bank account, under the pretext that he received the prisoners' allowances from the Palestinian National Authority.
- 02/ 16/ 2023, the occupation forces confiscated an amount of money, private property, and gold jewelry from the house of the prisoner's family: Ahmed Manasra, on the pretext that he had received the prisoners' allowances from the Palestinian National Authority.
- 02/16/2023, occupation forces seized the funds of several prisoners and their relatives in Jerusalem by freezing their bank accounts. The reason given for this action was that they had received prisoner allowances from the Palestinian National Authority. Among those affected were Iman Al-Awar and her son Muhammad, who had 120,000 shekels taken from their account, and Suhaib Al-Awar's mother and son, whose account was frozen after 113,000 shekels were confiscated.

Ramallah &AlBireh:
- 02/16/2023, the occupation forces confiscated a private vehicle owned by the citizen: Burhan Daraghmah as they detained him during the raid into the city of Al-Bireh.
Jenin:
- 02/02/2023, the occupation forces confiscated a private vehicle, owned by the citizen: Ihab Nabil Mahajna, in the village of Rummana, during his arrest.
- 02/14/2023, the occupation forces positioned at Barta'a checkpoint confiscated a private vehicle, owned by the citizen: Majd Ziyad Qararia - a resident of the village of Al-Fandqumiya.

- 02/19/2023, the occupation forces confiscated a bulldozer and an agricultural tractor, owned by the two citizens: Hamoudi Farhan Abu Al-Rub and Muhammad Tawfiq Abu Al-Rub, while they were working on agricultural land.
Tubas:
- 02/ 26/ 2023, the occupation forces confiscated a vehicle and two agricultural tractors, owned by the citizen: Fadl Ayou Saif, and his brother, in the Khirbet Humsa Al-Tahta area in the northern Jordan Valley.
- 02/ 27/ 2023, the occupation forces confiscated a truck belonging to the citizen: Jaber Hamdan Jaber - a resident of the village of Tayaseer, located in the Khallet Al-Dukhan area, located in the northeast of Tubas.
Tulkarem:
