This publication focuses on Israeli violations of international law in the case of Palestine’s prisoners. It outlines some main issues with Israel’s so-called “military justice system” and showcases how this system is a racialized gulag meant to defeat Palestinians politically and is far removed from international due process standards. It also highlights prisoners’ experiences in Israeli prisons, including obtaining education or health services.
