• On January 3rd 2018,Mass rallies were launched in all cities and towns in all districts, rejecting the decision of the American president to declare Jerusalem as the "capital of the occupying state" and the transfer of the American Embassy from Tel Aviv to occupied Jerusalem. The participants in the marches stressed that the decision will not change the situation Which is protected by international resolutions and laws as an occupied Palestinian city, and that Jerusalem is the capital of the Palestinian people and its independent state.

At 06:00 on January 3rd 2018, Israeli forces detained Hamoudah Sher Abu Sineneh in the old city of Jerusalem.
1. At 12:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Eizariya town.

On the evening of January 3rd 2018, Israeli Authorities sentenced Ashraf Musa Atwan Al-Salamiya {A resident of Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city} to home imprisonment and fined him 30000 NIS, prevented him from contacting Palestinian detainees in Prison as a term for his release from Israeli prison.

At 23:50, Israeli forces raided Ein Al-Bayda village in the north Jordan valley.

At 13:20, Israeli forces raided Zaeita town until 15:45.
QALQILIYA
1. At 08:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Al-Fanduq and Hajja villages then searched residents and vehicles.

At 07:20, Israeli forces raided Al-Duhisheh camp in Bethlehem city , clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and as a result injured 10 residents {including 2 critical injured}, detained a resident the withdrew at 08:00.
1. At 14:40, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Nafaq Military checkpoint located in east Beit Jalla city detained Mohammed Elias Ahmed Sarana {Residents of Bethlehem}.
2. At 19:20, Israeli forces positioned at Container Military checkpoint detained Mohammed Walid Bani Ghra - Residents of Jenin Camp.
3. Israeli forces detained Ma'ali Issa Ma'ali in Al-Duhisheh camp in Bethlehem city.
At 07:20, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Al-Duhisheh camp and as a result injured 10 residents {including 2 critically injured}.
Israeli forces injured 10 residents {of those identified are}: the child Hamad Mezher {a schoolboy} (seriously injured in the spine) and Jihad al-Atrash (seriously injured) during clashes in Al-Duhisheh camp in Bethlehem city.
HEBRON
1. At 08:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Fuwar camp then searched residents and vehicles.

ALL DISTRICTS
• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza stripe and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah.
•The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Central Gaza and Khan Yunis districts and as a result injured a resident.
Israeli Military aircraft broke the ceasefire agreement by launching missiles towards Rafah District.
Israeli Naval vessels broke the cease fire agreement by openeing fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza district.

NORTHERN GAZA
* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.
At 19:30 on January 3rd 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area in west Beit Lahiya town.
GAZA
* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

At 09:45 and at 12:20 on January 3rd 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Maghazi camp.
At 17:40 on January 3rd 2018, Palestinian gunmen launched projectiles towards the Green Line.
KHAN YUNIS
At 12:00 on January 3rd 2018, Israeli forces opened fire, launched stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Khuz'a town and as a result injured a resident.
