WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Biddu town, clashed with several residents and as a result injured Khaled Yahya Abdel-Hameed Ayyash then withdrew at 04:40.

Attack

1. On the evening of October 28th 2016, Israeli forces positioned in Al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem city fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 01:00, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured Khalid Yahya Abdel-Hameed Ayash during their raid into Biddu town.

Demonstrations

At 13:00, a demonstration took place after Friday prayers in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city protesting against the Israeli occupation forces decision to demolish several homes in Silwan neighborhood and Beit Hanina town.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

At 00:20, Israeli forces closed "Al-Mahkama" checkpoint near "Beit El" settlement located in North Al-Bireh city and impeded the free flow of traffic until 03:20.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 19:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Silwad town then searched residents and vehicles until 03:20.
2. At 01:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ein Yabroud village then searched residents and vehicles until 03:20.
3. At 01:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Jreer village then searched residents and vehicles until 03:20.

Raid

1. At 01:20, Israeli forces raided Abu Shikhidioum village, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 01:50.
2. At 02:10, Israeli forces raided Silwad town, stormed and searched a home and confiscated surveillance camera footage from a merchant shop.
3. At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Ein Yabroud village then stormed and searched a home.
4. At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Mazra'a Al-Qibliya village then stormed and searched several homes.

Demonstrations

At 13:30, a demonstration took place in Bil’in village protesting against the construction of the wall during which they clashed with Israeli forces and as a result suffocated several residents from tear gas inhalation.

Attack

1. At 13:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several demonstrators participating in a demonstration against the construction of the wall in Bil'in village and as s result left several protesters suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 18:30, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Silwad town fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
3. At 18:35,Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Al-Jalazoun camp fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
4. At 01:20, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Abu Shikidim village.
5. At 01:55, Israeli forces positioned near "Ofra" settlement located in south Silwad town opened fire towards a vehicle driven by Ahmad Hamad {A resident of Silwad town} for allegedly attempting to run over a Israeli soldier and as a result left him hospitalized in critical condition during which Israeli forces detained him.

Injuries

Ahmad Hamad {A resident of Silwad town} was hospitalized in critical condition after Israeli forces opened fire towards him as he was driving his vehicle near "Ofra" settlement located in south Silwad town.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Ahmad Hamad {A resident of Silwad town} after critically injuring him after they opened fire towards him as he was driving his vehicle near "Ofra" settlement located in south Silwad town.

Confiscation of Property

At 02:10, Israeli forces confiscated surveillance camera footage from Al-Malki stores during their raid into Silwad town.

TULKAREM

Raid

1. At 23:40 on October 27th 2016, Israeli forces raided Kafr Jamal village, confiscated several construction equipment from Hussien Abdel-Latif Hassan Tuba's home.
2. At 17:15, Israeli forces raided Far'oun village until 19:50.

QALQILIYA

Demonstrations

At 13:15, a demonstration took place in Kafr Qaddum village against the closure of the east entrance during which they clashed with Israeli forces tried to disrupt the demonstration by firing live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards demonstrators who attempted to reach the demonstration site and as a result left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

At 13:15, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards demonstrators during demonstrations in Kafr Qaddum village against the closure of the east entrance and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 14:00, Israeli forces closed Huwara checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until reopening it at a later time.

Flying Checkpoints

At 22:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Baragha" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles until 23:00.

Assaults on Property

On October 28th 2016, Israeli forces removed several residents and farmers from agricultural land near Qussin village as they were collecting Olive harvests then proceeded to detain a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Radwan Mutliq Abu Leilah as he was collecting Olive harvest on agricultural land in Qussin village.

SALFIT

Military Checkpoints

At 18:00, Israeli forces closed Za'tara junction checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until reopening it at a later time.

Raid

1. At 18:50, Israeli forces raided Deir Ballout town and confiscated a tractor.
2. At 01:45, Israeli forces raided Qarwat Bani Hassan town and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Adnan Azziz Assad Rayan in Qarwat Bani Hassan town.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 16:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance of Husan village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 16:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Dar Salah village bridge {Located at the east entrance of Beit Sahour city} then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 22:25, Israeli forces raided Beit Fajjar town and inspected surveillance camera footage as they stormed and searched a home.
2. At 24:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Obidiya town and Dar Salah village until 02:30.
3. At 24:00, Israeli forces raided Harmala village until 01:00.

Attack

At 17:15, Israeli forces positioned near Ayda camp in Bethlehem city fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Settlers Violence

At 23:00, Israeli settlers positioned near "Container" checkpoint stoned residents and vehicles passing through the checkpoint.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 13:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of "Hagi" settlement located in south Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles.

Detention

At 19:35, Israeli forces detained Mu'taz Mohammad Al-Fakhouri in the old city of Hebron.

Demonstrations

On October 28th 2016, a demonstration took place in Beit Ummar town demanding the release of Khaled Baher's corpse {who was killed by Israeli forces last week} during which Israeli forces positioned near the town entrance fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards demonstrators and as a result injured 2 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

On October 28th 2016, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Beit Ummar town fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards demonstrators and as a result injured 2 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 2 unidentified residents during confrontations in Beit Ummar town.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the sea port and airports in the coming month.

•Israeli forces broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Gaza and Central Gaza districts and as a result injured 3 residents..
•Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons, passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing and the entry of 250 residents into Al-Aqsa mosque for prayers with previous coordination.

Attack

At 23:30 on October 28th 2016, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

1. At 15:00 on October 28th 2016, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green line opened fire towards several residents located in the vicinity Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing located in east Al-Shija’iya neighborhood in east Gaza city as they were participating in demonstrations protesting the Israeli Military and settler attack on Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem and as a result injured 2 resident.
2. At 15:00 on October 28th 2016, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Zaytoun neighborhood located in east Gaza city.

Injuries

2 unidentified residents were injured during confrontations in the vicinity Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing located in east Al-Shija’iya neighborhood in east Gaza city.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 15:00 on October 28th 2016, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green line opened fire towards several residents located in the vicinity of east Al-Buriej camp as they were participating in demonstrations protesting the Israeli Military and settler attack on Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem and as a result injured a resident.

Injuries

A unidentified resident was injured during confrontations in the vicinity of east Al-Buriej camp.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is closed.
