DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00, 6th May 2023-08:00, 7th May 2023
At 16:00, the occupation forces raided the town of Al-Ram, and conducted a patrol.
At 21:00, the occupation forces positioned at the junction of the town of Anata, detained the citizen: Yahya Muhammad Shehada Hajir - residents of Al-Jalazoun camp, Ramallah governorate.
1. At 09:45, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the roundabout of the "Halamish" settlement, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 20:50, the occupation forces set up a roadblock on Wadi El-Dalb Road, near the village of Ras Karkar, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
3. At 21:00, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the village of Nabi Saleh, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
At 03:00, the occupation forces raided the village of Ras Karkar, and detained a citizen.
The detainee in the village of Ras Karkar is: Muhammad Daoud Fakhida.
At 17:20, the occupation forces positioned near the northern entrance to Al-Bireh fired stun grenades and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged shooting and stoning.
1. At 12:50, the occupation forces raided the villages of Jalboun, Al-Jalama, Faqqu'a, Arbouna and Rummana, and conducted a patrol.
2. At 16:35, the occupation forces raided the village of Toura, and conducted a patrol.
3. At 01:10, the occupation forces raided the town of Kafr Ra'i and the village of Fahma, and conducted a patrol.
4. At 01:50, the occupation forces raided the town of Al-Yamoun and the village of Kivert, and conducted a patrol.
At 17:50, the occupation forces tightened their procedures at the Tayaseer checkpoint, and impeded traffic.
At 10:10, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint on the road to the town of Kafr al-Labad, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
At 09:30, the occupation forces raided the village of Khirbet Jabara, and conducted a patrol.
1. At 15:10, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the village of Kafr Laqef, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 21:45, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to the town of Azzun, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
At 17:00, the occupation forces raided the village of Kafr Qaddum, clashed with the citizens and as a result injured a child.
At 17:00, the occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades, and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning and as a result injured a child, and left a number of citizens suffocated due to tear gas inhalation during the raid into the village of Kafr Qaddum.
The child: Hadi Shteiwi, 12 years old was injured during clashes with the occupation forces in the village of Kafr Qaddum.
At 18:25, the occupation forces tightened their measures at the Huwwara checkpoint, obstructing traffic.
At 15:30, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the Beita town junction, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
1. At 20:30, the occupation forces raided the village of Burqa, and conducted a patrol.
2. At 21:30, the occupation forces raided the village of Deir Al-Hatab, and conducted a patrol.
3. At 22:40, the occupation forces raided the village of Salem, and conducted a patrol.
4. At 00:40, the occupation forces raided the popular housing neighborhood in Nablus, and conducted a patrol.
5. At 07:10, the occupation forces raided the village of Rojib, and conducted a patrol.
At 12:00, the occupation forces positioned at the entrance to the town of Qusra, detained the citizen: Mahmoud Abdel-Fattah Ghawanmeh - a resident of Al-Jalazoun camp, Ramallah governorate.
At 16:05, a group of settlers entered the agricultural lands of the citizens in the Deiriya area of the town of Kafr Al-Dik, and cut down and uprooted 258 olive saplings, owned by the citizen: Tayseer Ali Ahmed.
On 05/06/2023, the occupation forces tightened their measures at the Hamra checkpoint, and impeded traffic.
On 06/05/2023, the occupation forces set up sudden checkpoints to search all entrances to the city of Jericho (for the fifteenth day in a row), and impeded traffic.
At 20:50, the occupation forces raided the town of Al-Auja, and forced shop owners to close their shops, under the pretext that settler vehicles had been stoned.
At 14:40 and again at 07:15, the occupation forces tightened their measures at the "Container" checkpoint and impeded traffic.
At 22:40, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Al-Khader, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
1. At 17:50, the occupation forces raided the town of Al-Khader, and conducted a patrol.
2. At 03:25, the occupation forces raided the cities of Beit Jala, Beit Sahour, Bethlehem, Al-Azza Camp, and Aida in the city of Bethlehem and the village of Beit Tamar, and detained 2 citizens in the cities of Beit Jala and Beit Sahour, and demolished the Al-Tahadi School in the Jab Al-Dib area in the village of Beit Tamar then with the citizens and as a result injured 5 civilians
The two detainees in the cities of Beit Jala and Beit Sahour are: Ahmed Al-Barq - residents of the city of Beit Jala, and Saif Muhammad Shuraim - from the city of Beit Sahour.
At 03:25, the occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning while they were demolishing the Al-Tahadi 5 Mixed Elementary School during their raid into Beit Taamar village which resulted in the injury of 5 citizens.
The 5 civilians: Muhammad Yusuf Hassan Zawahra, Muhammad Hassan Ibrahim Zawahra, Walid Hassan Zawahra, Aws Mubarak Zawahra, and Ahmed Muhammad Ahmed Saleh were injured Muhammad Yusuf Hassan Zawahra, Muhammad Hassan Ibrahim Zawahra, Walid Hassan Zawahra, Aws Mubarak Zawahra, and Ahmed Muhammad Ahmed Saleh.
At 03:25, the occupation forces demolished Al-Tahadi 5 Elementary Mixed School in Jub Al-Dhib in the village of Beit Tamar, and confiscated its contents, under the pretext of not being licensed.
1. At 12:45, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the village of Khallet Al Maya, east of Yatta, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 19:25, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Al-Samou', to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
At 11:10, a group of settlers in the Khirbet Maghair Al-Abeed area, southeast of the town of Yatta, assaulted a number of citizens while they were on their land, injured 4 citizens with contusions ( of those identified ): Kayed Makhamra and Izz al-Din Makhamrah. The occupation forces detained a citizen while he was trying to confront the settlers.
The detainee in the Maghair al-Abeed area, southeast of the town of Yatta, is Ezz Shehadeh Makhamra.
On 06.05.2023, the occupation forces positioned near the Maghayer Al-Abeed area, southeast of the town of Yatta fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades, and tear gas canisters towards citizens participating in a demonstration against the repeated settler attacks on the residents of the area.
• At 02:00 on 05/21/ 2021, the comprehensive ceasefire entered into force at the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• On the morning of 07/30/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the marine fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 12 nautical miles.
• The occupation forces violated the ceasefire agreement by firing from their positions on the Green Line in Khan Yunis Governorate.
* Beit Hanoun crossing - "Erez": on 05/06/2023, is closed.
* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently and by a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010, by unilateral Israeli decision.
On the evening of 06/05/2023, the occupation forces opened fire and tear gas canisters from their positions on the Green Line, towards the farmers, east of the town of Al-Qarara, east of Khan Yunis.
