DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00, 3rd December 2019 – 08:00, 4th December 2019
1. At dawn on December 4th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Sawahra Al-Sharqiya village, stormed and searched a home and confiscated a vehicle owned by Jafar Abdel-Amar Abdel-Qadder.
2. At dawn on December 4th 2019, Israeli forces raided Hizma town.
1. At dawn on December 3rd 2019, Israeli forces detained 6 resiednts: Fouad Al-Shawish, Muneer Asaad Al-Basti, Mohammed Khalid, Mustafa Abu-Ghazaleh, Mohammed Abu-Farha, and Ahmed Yasser Al-Razem. in the old city of Jerusalem.
2. At 09:30, Israeli forces detained the child: Mohammad Haytham Mustafa {15 years old}{a resident of Al-Eisawiya village}.
At dawn on December 4th 2019, Israeli forces confiscated a vehicle owned by Jafar Abdel-Amer Abdel-Qadder during their raid into Al-Sawahra Al-Sharqiya village.
At 11:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.
1. At 10:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Halamish" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 16:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles until 17:40.
3. At 16:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Intham village then searched residents and vehicles.
1. At 04:55, Israeli forces raided Deir Al-Sudan village, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 07:20.
2. At dawn on December 4th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Mazra'a Al-Sharqiya town then detained a resident.
3. At dawn on December 4th 2019, Israeli forces raided Silwad town and detained 2 residents.
1. Israeli forces detained Ismat Sameeh and Mohammad Sameeh in Deir Al-Sudan village.
2. Israeli forces detained Abdel-Hafith Awni Thiyab in Al-Mazra'a Al-Sharqiya town.
3. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Ramy Nabeel Ahmad Hamdan and Ibrahim Hamad in Silwad town.
At 21:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Arraba town junction then searched residents and vehicles.
On December 3rd 2019, Israeli forces detained Basel Mustafa Bashirat in Sahel Al-Buqa'ya area located in the North Jordan valley as he was farming his land.
On December 3rd 2019,Israeli forces demolished 2 water storage tanks {1000 cubic meters} owned by Makhibier Majali Sawafta which is used for live stock and agricultural irrigation located in Einoun area located in east Tubas town.
On December 3rd 2019, Israeli forces confiscated a tractor owned by Abboud Mohammad Tawfiq Bani Odeh while he was working in Sahel Al-Buqi'a area in the North Jordan valley.
At 11:00, Israeli forces raided Quffin town, served a military order for the demolition of a home owned by Nidal Al-Ajouli for allegedly being built near the wall.
On December 3rd 2019, Israeli forces closed Al-Ahrash road in Wadi Salem {which leads to agricultural land and Olive trees in Quffin town} with cement blocks.
At 13:30, Israeli forces positioned near Jaljuliya military checkpoint located at the south east entrance of Qalqiliya city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
On the evening of December 3rd 2019, a Israeli settler's vehicle ran over 3 residents near the east entrance of Qalqiliya city and as a result left them hospitalized with contusions.
3 unidentified residents were injured after a Israeli settlers vehicle ran them over near the east entrance of Qalqiliya city.
At 08:10,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Beit Furik military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.
1.On December 3rd 2019, Israeli forces raided Sabastiya village as they escorted a group of Israeli settlers who stormed archaeological sites in the area.
2. At 00:45, Israeli forces raided Talfit village, detained a resident then withdrew at 02:45.
3. At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Qabalan town, detained a resident then withdrew at 02:45.
1. At 15:50, Israeli forces detained Soliman Sultan Abdel-Wahab Sakhlat {a resident of Nablus city} as he was reporting to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning.
2. Israeli forces detained Salem Najeh Lutfi Musalam in Talfit village.
3. Israeli forces detained Haytham Mohammad Hamdan Al-Aqra' in Qabalan town.
At 21:05,Israeli forces raided Qarwat Bani Hassan town and clashed with several residents.
At 21:05, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Qarwat Bani Hassan town.
At 23:00, Israeli forces raided Jericho city, stormed and searched a home then withdrew at 02:35.
1. At 10:30,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles until 11:35.
2. At 16:30,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Husan village then searched residents and vehicles until 17:15.
1. At 02:15, Israeli forces raided Al-Azat camp in Bethlehem city, detained 2 residents {including a child} then withdrew at 03:25.
2. At dawn on December 4th 2019, Israeli forces raided Jinata town and Beit Ta'mar village.
Israeli forces detained 2 residents {including a child}: Mohammad Sameer Nimr Al-Azat {17 years old} and Mohammad Ahmad Al-Barbar during their raid into Al-Azat camp in Bethlehem city.
On December 3rd 2019, Israeli forces stormed Al-Ju'ba villag and issued a military order for the confiscation of 4 dunums of agricultural land owned by Abu Luhat and Hamidat families in order to construct a parking area near Al-Jub'a military checkpoint.
At 09:15, Israeli forces set up 4 checkpoints at the North entrance of Hebron city{located along bypass road 35 near Halhul town bridge}, at the entrance of Beit Ummar town,at Beit Einoun village junction and at Ithna town junction then searched residents and vehicles.
1. At dawn on December 3rd 2019, Israeli forces raided Bab Al-Zawiya area located in Hebron city then detained a resident.
2. At 22:15, Israeli forces raided Al-Arrub camp, clashed with several residents as they stormed a home then withdrew at 22:35.
3. At 02:25, Israeli forces raided Beit Kahil town, detained a resident then withdrew at 03:55.
4. At 05:50,Israeli forces raided Halhul town , detained a resident then withdrew at 06:55.
5. At dawn on December 4th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Samou' town then stormed and searched several homes.
1. Israeli forces detained Sameeh Yusef Gayth at Bab Al-Zawiya area in Hebron city.
2. Israeli forces detained Wissam Azzam Assafrat in Beit Kahil town.
3. Israeli forces detained Hamza Bajes Al-Bo in Halhul town.
At 22:15, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed a home during their raid into Al-Arrub camp.
• At 19:00 on August 26th 2019,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Gaza district.
* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.
* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
At 09:15 on December 3rd 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Gaza city.
* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
