DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00, 22nd May 2023-08:00, 23rd May 2023
At 17:10, the occupation forces arrested 3 citizens - residents of the Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem, who are: Muhammad Abu Najma, Mustafa Baydun, and Ahmad Baydoun.
1. At 18:50, the occupying forces fired stun grenades and tear gas at the citizens, near the cemetery of the town of Al-Eizariya, under the pretext that they had been thrown with stones.
2. At 21:00, the occupation forces fired stun grenades and tear gas at the citizens, in the Ras Khamis area of Shuafat camp in Jerusalem, under the pretext that they had been thrown with stones.
At 08:00, groups of extremist settlers, under the protection of the occupation police, stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and conducted provocative tours of its courtyards and facilities.
1. At 08:55, the occupation forces raided the village of Um Safa, and clashes took place with the citizens, while they were demolishing a house (under construction), under the pretext of not having a permit.
2. At 10:20, the occupation forces raided the village of Deir Al-Sudan, and demolished an agricultural room, under the pretext of not having a license.
3. At 21:20, the occupation forces raided the town of Ni'lin, where clashes took place with the citizens, under the pretext that they had been thrown with stones, while they were bombing the house of the family of the martyr: Moataz Al-Khawaja, which resulted in the injury of 2 citizens.
4. At dawn on 05/23/2023, the occupation forces raided the town of Bir Zeit, and detained a citizen.
5. At dawn on 05/23/2023, the occupation forces raided the village of Al-Mughair, and detained 2 citizens (to pressure their two sons to surrender to the occupation forces).
1. The detainee in the town of Bir Zeit is: Ayser Kanaan.
2. The two detainees (to put pressure on their two sons to surrender themselves to the occupation forces) in the village of Al-Mughayyir are: Yasser Hajj Muhammad, 62 years old, and Alaa Hajj Muhammad, 48 years old.
1. At 08:55, during the raid into the village of Umm Safa, the occupying forces fired stun grenades and tear gas at the citizens, under the pretext that they had been thrown with stones, while they were demolishing a house (under construction).
2. At 21:20, the occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades and tear gas, during the raid into the town of Ni'lin, at the citizens, under the pretext that they had been thrown with stones, while they were blowing up the house of the martyr's family: Moataz Al-Khawaja, which injured 2 citizens.
The two wounded during clashes with the occupation forces in the town of Ni'lin (their names were not known).

At 10:20, the occupying forces demolished, during their raid into the village of Deir Al-Sudan, an agricultural room owned by the citizen: Mashhour Ghazi Badr, under the pretext of not having a license.
On 05/22/2023, the occupying forces continued to close the eastern and western entrances to the village of Al-Mughair (for the tenth day in a row), forcing citizens to take long and bumpy alternative roads to reach their workplaces.
At 04:50, the occupation forces stormed the town of Qabatiya, where clashes took place with the citizens, during the raid on a number of houses, which resulted in the injury of 4 citizens (one of them seriously), and they also arrested 2 citizens, and handed over 2 others notices for review by the Israeli intelligence, they are: Shadi Al-Sami, Fadi Al-Kayed, and withdrew at 05:25.
The two detainees in the town of Qabatiya are: Ahmed Ayed Rafiq Abu Al-Rub and Mustafa Azzam Al-Zaher.
At 04:50, during the raid into the town of Qabatiya, the occupying forces fired live and metal bullets coated with rubber, stun grenades and tear gas at the citizens, under the pretext that they had been shot and thrown with stones, while they were raiding a number of houses, which resulted in the injury of 4 citizens (one of whom was seriously injured).
The 4 wounded (one of whom was seriously wounded) in the town of Qabatiya are: Qais Hatem Arrawi (seriously wounded), Osaid Faisal Al-Disi, Shadi Hassan Al-Qasim, and Muhammad Wael Abu Al-Rub.
On 05/22/2023, the occupying forces confiscated a bulldozer owned by the Joint Services Council in the northern Jordan Valley, in the village of Bardala in the northern Jordan Valley.
At 00:55, the occupying forces raided the town of Zeita, raided and searched a house, and withdrew at 04:35.
At 18:30, a group of settlers entered the plain area of the village of Ramin, and set fire to a vast area of land planted with wheat, owned by the citizen: Fadi Salman.

At 11:15, the occupation forces demolished an 80-square-meter house in the village of Ma'in, east of Yatta, owned by the citizen: Diab Ahmed Hamamda.

2. On 05/22/2023, the occupying forces demolished, in the Zuweidin area, east of the town of Yatta, the floor of a house - a settlement (under construction), on an area of 200 square meters, owned by the citizen: Nasser Ramadan.
3. On 05/22/2023, the occupying forces demolished 2 water wells owned by the two citizens: Eid Al-Tabbaneh and Anwar Al-Tebneh, located in the village of Umm Al-Khair, east of Yatta.
• At 02:00 on 05/21/ 2021, the comprehensive ceasefire entered into force at the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
