DAILY SITUATION REPORT January 13 2023

On the evening of 01/12/2023, the occupation forces detained Munther Hamadeh in the village of Sur Baher.

On 01/ 12/ 2023, the occupation authorities in the city of Jerusalem issued a decision to deport the citizen: Daniel Zuhair Abu Nasra - a resident of Al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem, for a period of 45 days from the Old City and Al-Aqsa Mosque.

1. At 08:30, the occupation authorities in the city of Jerusalem issued a decision to renew the ban on the head of the Jerusalem Commission - Nasser Al-Hadmi, from traveling for a period of 6 months - knowing that he is under house arrest in Al-Sawwana neighborhood in Jerusalem.

4. On 01/12/2023, the occupation authorities in the city of Jerusalem issued a decision banning the citizen: Majed Ragheb Al-Jubeh, from entering the rest of the West Bank governorates for a period of 4 months.

At 14:30, the occupation forces positioned in the vicinity of the Qalandia military checkpoint fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning.

At 08:30, the occupation authorities in the village of Al-Issawiya razed a plot of land owned by the citizen: Ali Derbas, and placed iron mounds in its vicinity, for the benefit of settlement projects.

1. At 10:25, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Turmusaya, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.

At 04:00, the occupation forces raided Al-Jalazoun camp, clashed with the citizens as they stormed a house and as a result injured a citizen, and they also detained a citizen, and withdrew at 06:10.

The detainee in Al-Jalazoun camp is: Ibrahim Nasr Al-Zubaidi.

1. On 01/ 12/ 2023, the occupation forces raided the village of Raba, and detained 2 citizens (a citizen and his son).
2. At 15:35, the occupation forces raided the town of Qabatiya, clashed with the citizens, during the raid on a number of homes and as a result killed 2 citizens and injured 3 citizens, and detained 3 citizens, and withdrew at 17:45.
3. At 04:05, the occupation forces raided the village of Jalqmous, detained 2 citizens, and confiscated their vehicles.

1. The two detainees in the village of Raba are: Ali Muhammad Ali Al-Bazour, and his son Saqr.
2. The 3 detainees in the town of Qabatiya are: Muhammad Ali Shamma, Muhammad Abdul Rahman Alawneh, and Muhammad Ali Kamil.
3. The two detainees in the village of Jalqmous are: Abd al-Basit Jamil al-Hajj and Abd al-Rahim Sami al-Hajj.

At 15:35, the occupation forces fired live ammunition and rubber coated metal bullets, stun grenades and tear gas canisters towards citizens, under the pretext that they had been shot and thrown with stones, as they stormed a number of houses and as a result killed 2 citizens and injured 3 others during their raid into Qabatiya town.

The 2 civilian: Habib Muhammad Abdel Rahman Kamil, 25 years old, and Abdul Hadi Fakhri Youssef Nazzal, 19 years old were killed during clashes with the occupation forces during their raid into Qabatiya town.

The 3 civilians: Ihab Kamal Abu Al-Rub, 14 years old, Muhammad Mahmoud Saba'na, and Abdel-Rahman Amjad Assaf were injured during clashes with the occupation forces in the town of Qabataba.

At 01:30, the occupation forces raided the town of Aqaba, detained a citizen, and handed 3 citizens:Saif Adnan Al-Shawish, Khaled Muhammad Abu Arra, and Khaled Muhammad Abu Hamad, - notices to review the Israeli intelligence and withdrew at 07:10.

At 08:25, occupation forces demolished, in the village of Duma, a 170-square-meter barracks for raising cows, owned by a women's association, under the pretext of not having a license.

1. At 00:10, the occupation forces detained Amir Aref Jaber in the Old City of Hebron.
2. At 01:00, the occupation forces detained at Abu Al-Rish checkpoint in the old city of Hebron, the citizen: Younis Jawad Al-Zarro.

At 22:30, the occupation forces fired positioned in the Old City of Hebron stun grenades and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning.

At 08:40, the occupation forces confiscated a private vehicle, owned by the citizen: Adam Arafat Odeh, during the raid into the village of Deir Samet.
