DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00 16th December 2022-08:00, 17th December 2022
At 18:00, the occupation forces tightened their procedures at the Beit Iksa checkpoint, and impeded the movement of traffic.
At 18:35, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the Al-Taybeh town junction (on the Al-Maarajat road connecting the Ramallah and Jericho governorates), to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
At 18:50, the occupation forces detained the citizen: Youssef Mamoun Zaghloul Abu Alia – a resident of the village of Al-Mughair.
1. At 18:20, the occupation forces opened fire near the "Ofer" camp located near the town of Betunia, wounding a child, who was subsequently admitted to the government hospital in Ramallah for treatment.
2. At 20:40, the occupation forces positioned near the entrance to the village of Nabi Saleh fired stun grenades and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning.

At 13:40, the occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades and tear gas near the village of Beit Dajan at the citizens participating in a demonstration against settler attacks and the confiscation of land for settlement projects, which resulted in the injury of 15 citizens - suffocation due to tear gas inhalation. .
4. At 16:25, the occupying forces fired live and rubber-coated metal bullets at the citizens, on the outskirts of the village of Madama, while they were trying to confront the attack of a group of settlers on the homes and vehicles of the citizens, which resulted in the injury of a citizen, and he was admitted to the government hospital in Nablus for treatment.
The civilian: Omar Imad Khaled – a resident of Madama village was injured during clashes with the occupation forces and settlers on the outskirts of Madama village.
At 01:05, the occupation forces raided the town of Kafr Al-Deek, and conducted a patrol.
