DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00, 9th October 2022-08:00, 10th October 2022
• At 16:00 on 10/09/ 2022, the Israeli occupation forces imposed a complete closure on the governorates of the West Bank, and prevented citizens and workers, including permit holders, from entering the city of Jerusalem and Israel, with the exception of diplomatic and international missions, humanitarian cases and emergency medical cases after prior coordination, on the occasion of the Jewish holiday Sukkot -“throne” until 24:00 on 10/10/ 2022.
On 10/10/2022, the Israeli occupation forces raided Al-Salam suburb in the town of Anata, clashed with the citizens, as they stormed a number of shops, and confiscated their surveillance camera recordings.
On the evening of 10/09/2022, the Israeli occupation authorities in the city of Jerusalem issued a decision to ban the citizen: Maher Muhaisen - residents of Al-Isawiya village, from Al-Aqsa Mosque for a period of 15 days.
1. At 14:20, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in Shuafat camp in Jerusalem, fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning.
2. At 17:00, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in Dahiyat Al-Salam in the town of Anata, fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens, for alleged stoning.
3. At 22:00, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in the Silwan neighborhood of Jerusalem fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning.
4. On the evening of 10/09/2022, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in the village of Al-Isawiya fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun, and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning.
5. On the evening of 10/09/2022, the Israeli occupation forces positioned near the entrance to the town of Anata fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens and their vehicles, to prevent them from entering the town.
6. On the evening of 10/09/2022, the Israeli occupation forces in the Al-Salam suburb of Anata town fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning as they stormed a number of shops, and confiscated their surveillance camera recordings.
Since the evening of 10/08/2022, the Israeli occupation forces continue to close the entrances to Dahiyat Al-Salam, the town of Anata and the Shuafat refugee camp in Jerusalem.
At 08:00, groups of extremist Israeli settlers, under the protection of the Israeli occupation police, stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and made provocative tours of its courtyards and facilities.
On the evening of 10/09/2022, a settler in Wadi Qaddoum area in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem, fired indiscriminately towards civilians.
1. At 11:45, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to Birzeit town, to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens.
2. At 12:25, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the bridge of Atara town, to search vehicles and check the identities of the citizens.
3. At 12:25, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the roundabout of Ain Sinia village, to search vehicles and check the identities of the citizens.
4. At 13:20, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to Beitin village, to search vehicles and check citizens' identities until 17:00.
1. At 19:30, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Abu Shkhaydam, clashed with the citizens, as they surrounded and searched a house, detained a citizen, and withdrew at 20:50.
2. At 20:40, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Surda, clashed with the citizens, while they were on patrol, as a result injured 2 civilians (including a child) were injured.
The detainee in the village of Abu Shkhaydam is: Adham Musa Qandah.
1. At 19:30, the Israeli occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning, as they surrounded and searched a house during their raid into the village of Abu Shkhaydam.
2. At 20:40, the Israeli occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun s, and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning during their raid into Surda village and as a result injured 2 civilians (including a child).
The two civilians: Muhammad Ashraf Saleh, 17 years old - a resident of Bir Zeit town, and Hadi Muhammad Ghawanmeh - a resident of Al-Jalazun camp were injured during confrontations with the occupation forces in the village of Surda.
1. At 13:40, a group of Israeli settlers from the settlement of "Beit El" was near the northern entrance to the city of Al-Bireh, and threw stones at cars passing by, causing material damage to a number of them, including an ambulance.
2. At 17:30, a group of Israeli settlers was at the roundabout of the settlement of "Halamish", and threw stones at the vehicles of the passing citizens.
3. On the evening of 10/09/2022, a group of Israeli settlers, stormed the village of Ras Karkar, attacked the home of Ziad Ismail Nofal.
At 08:25, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at the Tayseer checkpoint, and obstructed traffic.
At 13:20, a group of Israeli settlers was at the Ain al-Hilweh junction in the northern Jordan Valley, and threw stones at vehicles of citizens passing by.
At 17:40, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint south of Tulkarm (on the Al-Kafriyat road connecting Tulkarm and Qalqilya governorates), to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens.
At 21:55, the Israeli occupation forces positioned at the entrance to Far’oun village detained the citizen: Jasser Mahmoud Rmeilat –a resident of Tulkarm city.
At 18:45, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the eastern entrance to the city of Qalqilya, to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens.
At 00:30, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Azzoun, clashed with the citizens, while they were on patrol.
At 00:30, the Israeli occupation forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards the citizens for alleged stoning while on patrol. during their raid into Azzoun town
At 13:15, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at Hawara checkpoint, and obstructed traffic until 16:35.
1. At 21:15, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the junction of Qabalan town, to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens.
2. At 23:15, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the junction of the town of Beita, to search vehicles and check the identities of the citizens.
At 16:15, the Israeli occupation forces positioned at Hawara checkpoint detained the citizen: Ihab Zuhdi Darwish - a resident of Ramallah.
At 15:30, the Israeli occupation forces raied the town of Qarawat Bani Hassan, clashed place with the citizens, while they were on patrol, and withdrew at 16:40.

On 10/09/2022, the Israeli occupation forces prevented the farmers from reaching the olive harvest from their lands in the Al-Wajh Al-Shami area in the lands of Haris village near the “Rafafa” settlement, and forced them to leave the place by force.
At 22:05, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the western entrance to the town of Beit Fajjar, to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens until 23:30.
On the morning of 10/10/ 2022, the Israeli occupation forces positioned near al-Fawwar camp, detained 2 citizens (brothers) :Khalil Naseem al-Tarturi, and his brother Usaid.
At 12:00, the Israeli occupation forces in the Juheish area, southeast of Susiya village, demolished 4 houses, under the pretext of not having a permit.
At 12:30, the Israeli occupation forces razed land in the Birin area, south of Bani Na’im town, owned by Khelwi Abu Sneineh, in favor of building a 700-meter-long settlement road linking “a shrine and a memorial to the killing of settlers in the place” with the settlement of “Bani Hefer” built south West of the town of Bani Naim.
At 15:45, a group of Israeli settlers was near the entrance to the village of Beit Ainun, and threw stones at the vehicles of citizens passing by, causing damage to a number of them.
• At 02:00 on 05/21/ 2021, the comprehensive ceasefire entered into force at the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• On the morning of 07/30/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the marine fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 12 nautical miles.
• The Israeli occupation forces violated the ceasefire, by firing from their positions on the Green Line in the Central Governorate, and by firing at the boats of fishermen while chasing them at sea in the Rafah Governorate.
* Beit Hanoun crossing - “Erez”: On 10/10/ 2022, it is partially open (for the passage of humanitarian cases, foreign journalists, workers of international humanitarian organizations, merchants, businessmen and travelers through the Al-Karama Crossing “Allenby” - previously coordinated for them).
* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently and by a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010, by unilateral Israeli decision.
At 13:30 on 10/09/2022, the Israeli occupation forces opened fire and launched tear gas canisters from their positions on the Green Line, towards a number of citizens near the border fence east of Deir al-Balah.
* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sofa crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom - Kerem Shalom Crossing: On 10/10/ 2022, it is partially open (for the entry of limited quantities of fuel and fuel for the power plant, fodder, foodstuffs, and medical materials).
* Al-Awda- Rafah crossing: On 10/10/ 2022 is open in both directions (for citizens to leave and enter).
At 18:00 on 10/09/2022, Israeli gunboats fired at the fishermen's boats while chasing them at sea off the shore of Rafah.
