DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00, 3rd September 2022-08:00, 4th September 2022
On 09/03/ 2022, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem detained the citizen: Hamza Khalaf (one of the guards of Al-Aqsa Mosque).
1. At 11:20, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the junction of the town of Al-Taybeh (on the Al-Maar’at road connecting the Ramallah and Jericho governorates), to search vehicles and check the identities of the citizens.
2. At 19:00, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint on the road to the town of Beit Ur al-Tahta, to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens.
3. At 20:55, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the junction of Turmusaya town, to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens.
At 21:00, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Al-Mughayer, and detained 2 civilians (including a child).
The two detainees in the village of Al-Mughayer are: Amer Atef Hussein Abu Alia, 17 years old, and Muhammad Thaer Abdel Rahman Abu Alia.
On 09/03/ 2022, the Israeli occupation forces swept into the town of Sinjel, an area estimated at 8 dunums of citizens’ lands, which is located within an area that the Israeli occupation forces are trying to seize and has an area of about 5200 dunams, surrounded by 3 settlements and a site for the occupation forces (the “Shilo” settlement located to the east of the village, the settlement of “Givat Harel” from the north, the settlement of “Givat Har’a” from the west, and the Israeli occupation forces site to the south), with the aim of linking these settlements together.
At 09:15, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at the Tayseer checkpoint, and obstructed traffic.
At 21:40, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at Beit Furik checkpoint, and obstructed traffic until 22:20.
1. At 12:05, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the junction of Surra village, to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens.
2. At 20:50, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the junction of Bazariya village, and arrested a citizen.
3. At 23:15, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Qusra, and arrested a citizen
At 02:10, the Israeli occupation forces raided the city of Nablus, clashed with the citizens, as they stormed and searched a house, detained a citizen, and withdrew at 03:40.
1. The detainee at a flying checkpoint near the junction of the village of Bazaria is: Abdul-Jabbar Shawqi Abdul-Jabbar Salem - resident of the village of Bazaria.
2. The detainee at a flying checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Qusra is: Muhannad Abdo Musa - residents of the town of Qusra.
3. The detainee in the city of Nablus is: Bader Husam Al-Razza.
At 02:10, the Israeli occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning as they stormed a house during their raid into the city of Nablus.
At 22:50, the Israeli occupation forces positioned at the Za'tara Junction checkpoint detained the citizen: Maher Harb - a resident of Balata refugee camp in Nablus.
At 07:30, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at the Hamra checkpoint, and obstructed traffic.
1. At 17:00, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Tekoua, and arrested a citizen.
2. At 21:10, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the western entrance to the town of Beit Fajjar, to search vehicles and check citizens' identities until 23:20.
3. At 21:25, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the junction of the Nashash area (the southern entrance to the city of Bethlehem), to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens until 22:30.
1. At 21:30, the Israeli occupation forces detained the child, Moataz Jamal Fakhri Taqatqa, 14 years old, near the settlement of "Migdal Oz", from the town of Beit Ummar.
2. The detainee at a flying checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Tekoa is: Muhannad Taha Al-Qashish - resident of Halhul town, Hebron governorate.
• At 02:00 on 05/21/ 2021, the comprehensive ceasefire entered into force at the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• On the morning of 07/30/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the marine fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 12 nautical miles.
• The Israeli occupation forces violated the cease-fire agreement by firing the gunboats towards fishermen's boats at sea in the central Gaza and Rafah governorates.
* Beit Hanoun crossing - “Erez”: On 09/03/ 2022 is closed.
* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently and by a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010, by unilateral Israeli decision.
At 21:45 on 09/03/2022, Israeli gunboats fired towards fishermen's boats, while chasing them at sea off the beach of Deir al-Balah.
* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sofa crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom - Kerem Shalom Crossing: on 09/03/ 2022 is closed.
* Al-Awda- Rafah crossing: on 09/03/ 2022 is closed.
At 21:45 on 09/03/2022, Israeli gunboats fired towards fishermen's boats, while chasing them at sea off the beach of Rafah city.
