DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00, 11th August 2022 -08:00, 12th August 2022
1. At 18:00, the Israeli occupation forces detained the citizen: Abdel Razem – a resident of the Old City of Jerusalem.
2. At 19:00, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in Bab Al-Amoud area in Jerusalem detained the citizen: Muhammad Mustafa – a resident of Al-Isawiya village.
At 08:00, groups of extremist Israeli settlers, under the protection of the Israeli occupation police, stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and made provocative tours of its courtyards and facilities.
1. At 10:10, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the southern entrance to Silwad town, to search vehicles and check citizens' identities.
2. At 15:15, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Aboud, to search vehicles and check the identities of the citizens.
3. At 17:20, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the village of Beitin, to search vehicles and check the identities of the citizens.
4. At 23:15, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to Rawabi city, to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens.
1. At 10:30, a special force of the Israeli occupation army raided the city of Jenin and detained a citizen.
2. On 08/08/ 2022, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Deir Ghazala, and conducted a patrol.
The detainee in the city of Jenin is: Abd al-Salam Jamal Abu al-Hija - a resident of Jenin camp.
On 08/08/ 2022, a group of Israeli settlers stormed the ruins of the evacuated "Homash" settlement, and later withdrew.
At 02:40, the Israeli occupation forces raided the city of Tulkarm, detained 3 civilians, and withdrew at 03:40.
The 3 detainees in the city of Tulkarm are: Younis Al-Zubaidi, Islam Salama, and Mahmoud Khalil Sahar.
1. At 20:20, the Israeli occupation forces positioned at the entrance to the town of Azzoun detained the child: Nasr Amir Dahbour, 14 years old, a resident of Azzun town.
2. At 20:25, the Israeli occupation forces detained the citizen: Walid Sufian Ahmed Shreim – a resident of the city of Qalqilya, while he was consulting the Israeli intelligence, based on a prior notification.
At 17:25, an Israeli settler ran over the civilian: Bayan al-Tabib while he was driving his vehicle on the main road near the entrance to the village of Ezbet al-Tabib., while participating in a demonstration against the settlers' repeated attacks and as a result left him hospitalized with contusions.
The civilian Bayan Al-Tabib was hospitalized with contusions as a result of being run over by a settler near the entrance to the village of Ezbet Al-Tabib.
1. At 19:30, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to al-Lubban al-Sharqiya village, and arrested a citizen.
2. At 20:20, the Israeli occupation forces set up a roadblock on the road between Nablus and Asira al-Shamaliah, to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens.
3. At 20:30, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the junction of Beita town, and detained 2 civilians.
1. The detainee at a flying checkpoint at the entrance to the eastern al-Lubban village is: Masoud Mustafa Abd al-Aziz Masoud, a resident of al-Lubban al-Sharqiya village.
2. The two detainees at a flying checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Beita are: Hazem Abu Zahra and Ahmed Al-Hamami - (both of them are residents of Beita town).
At 19:55, the child: Ahmad Saleh Khatatbeh, 14 years old, a resident of Beit Furik, was admitted to the government hospital in Nablus, with a broken left hand and bruises, as a result of being severely beaten by a group of Israeli settlers.
At 16:35, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Qarawat Bani Hassan detained a citizen, and withdrew at 17:20.
On the morning of 08/11/ 2022, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Qarawat Bani Hassan, and conducted a patrol.
The detainee at a flying checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Qarawat Bani Hassan is: Adeeb Omar Mahmoud Rayan – a resident of the town of Qarawat Bani Hassan.
On 08/11/2022, the Israeli occupation authorities approved a new settlement plan to build a new colony, which includes the construction of 381 new settlement units in addition to public buildings, open areas and streets to connect the new colony with its external surroundings, on the citizens’ lands threatened with confiscation, with an area of 259 dunums in Basin No. 2. Basin No. 8 of the lands of Deir Istiya, located between the settlements of "Ravava" and "Kiryat Netafim", within the territories occupied in 1967.
At 18:50, the Israeli occupation forces raided the Aqabat Jabr camp in Jericho, clashed with the citizens, while they were on patrol, and withdrew at 21:05.
At 18:50, the Israeli occupation forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards protesting citizens, for alleged stoning while on patrol during their raid into Aqabat Jabr camp in Jericho.
At 21:45, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the junction of the Nashash area (the southern entrance to the city of Bethlehem), to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens until 23:30.
1. At 00:30, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in the old town of Hebron detained the citizen: Abd Mansour Al-Rajabi.
2. The detainee at a Flying checkpoint at the entrance to al-Lubban al-Sharqiya village is: Masoud Mustafa Daraghmeh - residents of al-Lubban al-Sharqiya village.
1. At 23:35, the Israeli occupation forces positioned near the entrance to Al-Aroub camp fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning.
2. At 00:30, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in the Jabal Jawhar area fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning.
3. At 02:00, the Israeli occupation forces positioned near the entrance to al-Fawwar camp fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning.
• At 02:00 on 05/21/ 2021, the comprehensive ceasefire entered into force at the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• On the morning of 07/30/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the marine fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 12 nautical miles.
• The Israeli occupation forces violated the ceasefire agreement by firing from their positions on the Green Line in Khan Yunis Governorate, and by gunboats firing at fishermen's boats at sea in the northern Gaza and Rafah governorates, and a girl died of serious injuries sustained from Israeli strikes on 08/05/ 2022.
* Beit Hanoun crossing - “Erez”: On 08/11/ 2022, it is partially open (for the passage of humanitarian cases, foreign journalists, workers of international humanitarian organizations, merchants, businessmen and travelers through the Al-Karama Crossing “Allenby” - previously coordinated for them).
At 08:45 on 08/11/2022, Israeli gunboats fired at the fishermen’s boats, while chasing them in the open sea off the coast of Al-Sudaniya area, west of the town of Beit Lahia.
* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently and by a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010, by unilateral Israeli decision.
At 08:30 on 08/11/ 2022, the Israeli occupation forces fired from their positions on the Green Line, towards agricultural lands east of Al-Fukhari town, southeast of Khan Yunis.
At 11:30 on 08/11/ 2022, the girl: Layan Al-Shaer, 10 years old, died of serious wounds sustained by missiles from Israeli warplanes in Khan Yunis on 08/05/2022.
* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sofa crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom crossing - “Kerem Shalom”: on 08/11/ 2022 is partially open (for the entry of foodstuffs and goods, limited quantities of fuel and cooking gas, and building materials for the private sector and for internationally funded projects).
* Al-Awda- Rafah crossing: on 08/11/ 2022 is open in both directions (for citizens to leave and enter).
At 21:20 on 08/11/2022, Israeli gunboats fired at the fishermen's boats, while chasing them at sea off the shore of Rafah.
