Daily Report June 04 2022

On 06/03/ 2022, the Israeli occupation authorities in the city of Jerusalem issued a decision to expel the citizen: Murad Ghazi Al-Abbasi, from his place of residence in the Silwan neighborhood in the city of Jerusalem, to the city of Ramallah, Separating him from his family, who lived for several years with his parents, wife and six children, on the pretext of her claim that she had secret files that prompted her to make a decision.

1. At 10:55, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to Ni'lin town, to search vehicles and check citizens' identities.

At 13:00, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the village of Zbouba, to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens.

At 02:00, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Jaba, and detained a citizen.

The detainee in the town of Jaba is: Najm Mahmoud Muhammad Fashafsha.

At 08:55, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at the Tayseer checkpoint. The tightening of procedures was repeated at 18:05 and obstructed traffic.

At 17:05, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at the Shufa checkpoint, and obstructed traffic until 20:15.

At 13:15, the Israeli occupation forces positioned near the (closed) eastern entrance in the village of Kafr Qaddoum, fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards demonstrators protesting against the closure of the entrance to the village for alleged stoning and as a result injured 3 civilians andleft several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

At 17:05, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint on the main road, Nablus - Jenin, to search vehicles and check the identities of the citizens.

At 14:15, a group of Israeli settlers entered Nabe’ al-Mayah area in Qaryut village during which the Israeli occupation forces intervened and fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens, while they were trying to confront the settlers, as a result of which a number of them suffocated due to tear gas inhalation.

At 13:00, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in the village of Beit Dajan,fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens participating in a demonstration against settlers’ attacks and land confiscation for settlement projects and as a result injured a citizen, and a left a number of civilians suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 13:30, the Israeli occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas towards citizens participating in a demonstration against settlers’ attacks and land confiscation for settlement projects in the vicinity of Jabal Sabih in Beita and as a result injured 3 civilians, and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
3. At 14:15, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in Qaryut village fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens, while they were trying to confront a group of settlers who stormed the water spring area in the village, as a result of which a number of civilians suffocated due to tear gas inhalation.

At 23:30, the Israeli occupation forces positioned at the Za'tara Junction Checkpoint detained 2 civilians: Ihsan Ghaleb Hijazi and Suhaib Maher Abu Obeid - (both of them are residents of Jenin).

At 18:05, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at the Hamra checkpoint, and obstructed traffic.

At 24:00, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the village of Ain Al-Diouk, northwest of Jericho, to search vehicles and check the identities of the citizens.

At 18:10, the Israeli occupation force positioned near the southern entrance to Jericho, fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning and as a result injured a child.

At 02:45, the Israeli occupation forces raided the city of Bethlehem, detained a citizen, and withdrew at 05:30.

The detainee in the city of Bethlehem is: Zayed Nasri Zayed Khalif.

At 19:20, a group of Israeli settlers from "Efrat" settlement threw stones at vehicles of citizens passing near the settlement, injuring a citizen.

At 19:00, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Halhul and detained a citizen.

The detainee in the town of Halhul is: Khalil Shehadeh Alyan - a resident of Al-Aroub camp.

1. At 14:50, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in the Al-Shallala Street area in Hebron city, fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning.
2. At 15:40, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in Bab Al-Zawiya area in Hebron city, fired live ammunition, rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning and as a result injured a child.
3. On 06/03/ 2022,the Israeli occupation forces near the entrance to the town of Beit Ummar fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning as a result left a number of citizens suffocated due to inhalation of tear gas.

* Beit Hanoun crossing - “Erez”: On 0603/ 2022, it is partially open (for the passage of humanitarian cases, foreign journalists, workers of international humanitarian organizations, merchants, businessmen and travelers through the Al-Karama Crossing “Allenby” - previously coordinated for them).

1. At 11:00 on 06/03/ 2022, Israeli gunboats fired at the fishermen’s boats while they were chasing them in the open sea off the coast of Al-Sudaniya area, west of the town of Beit Lahia.
2. At 20:15 on 06/03/ 2022, Israeli gunboats opened fire at the fishermen’s boats while chasing them in the open sea off the coast of Al-Sudaniya area, west of the town of Beit Lahia.
3. At 06:40 on 06/04/ 2022, Israeli gunboats opened fire at the fishermen’s boats while chasing them in the open sea off the coast of the Sudaniya area, west of the town of Beit Lahia, and surrounded a fishing boat, and detained 2 of the fishermen (brothers) on board and destroyed the fishing boat's engine, and it was later towed to a port in the North Gaza Governorate.

The two detained fishermen at sea off the coast of the Sudaniya area, west of the town of Beit Lahia, are: Muhammad Amin Abu Warda, and his brother Youssef.

At 00:15 on 06/04/2022, the Israeli occupation forces fired from their positions on the Green Line, towards agricultural lands east of Al-Bureij camp.
