At 09:00, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at Jaba' checkpoint, and obstructed traffic.

1. At 09:00, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood in Jerusalem, to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens.
2. At 16:25, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint on the Fruits Roundabout, near Qalandia Military Checkpoint, to search vehicles and check citizens' identities.

1. At 09:00, the Israeli occupation forces detained the citizen: Issam Jawdat Rayan - residents of Beit Duqo village.
2. At 10:00, the Israeli occupation forces detained the citizen: Muhammad Al-Sheikh - residents of the city of Jerusalem.
3. At 11:00, the Israeli occupation forces detained 3 citizens - residents of the city of Jerusalem: Suhaib Al-Rishq, Yazan Mahmoud, and Mahmoud Hijazi.
4. At 01:30, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in the Bab Al-Asbat area (one of the doors leading to the Al-Aqsa Mosque) in the Old City of Jerusalem detained the citizen: Muhammad Nidal Ayyad - residents of Silwad town in Ramallah governorate.
5. At 06:20, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in Bab Al-Amoud area in Jerusalem detained the citizen: Saber Muhammad Zama`ra - residents of Halhul town, Hebron governorate.

1. At 21:00, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in the Bab al-Silsila area (one of the doors leading to the Al-Aqsa Mosque) in the Old City of Jerusalem fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning.
2. At 21:30, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in the town of Al-Ram, fired live ammunition, rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning and as a result injured a child.
3. At 21:00, the Israeli; occupation forces present in the vicinity of Qalandia Military Checkpoint, fired rubber-coated metal bullets,stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning and as a result 2 civilians: Najeh Muhammad Mahmoud Abdo, and Ramiz Muhammad Ahmad Abu Al-Hajj suffocated due to inhalation of tear gas:

4. At 17:00, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to Jinsafut village, to search vehicles and check the identities of the citizens.

1. At 20:30, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Kafr Laqif and conducted a patrol.
2. At 03:00, the Israeli occupation forces raided the city of Qalqilya, and confrontations took place with the citizens, as a result injured a citizen , and detained 2 civilians

The two detainees in the city of Qalqilya are: Thabet Thabet and Wissam Ezzedine Salmi.

At 03:00, the Israeli occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning during their raid into the city of Qalqilya and as a result injured a citizen.

At 14:25 and again at 00:50, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Deir Ballut. to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens.

1. At 13:00, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to Husan village, to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens.
2. At 16:25, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to Janata town, to search vehicles and check the identities of the citizens.

At 19:40, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Al-Khader and conducted a patrol.

At 18:45, the Israeli occupation forces positioned at (Al-Container) checkpoint detained the citizen: Fadi Al-Amour - a resident of Yatta town, Hebron governorate.

At 18:45, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Al Dhaheriya, to search vehicles and check the identities of the citizens.

1. At 18:00, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Beit Kahil and detained a citizen.
2. At 22:55, the Israeli occupation forces raided Al-Arroub camp and conducted a patrol.
3. At 06:55,the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Yatta and conducted a patrol.

The detainee in the town of Beit Kahil is: Bajis Muhammad Husayn Asafra.

* Beit Hanoun crossing - “Erez”: On 04/27/ 2022, it is partially open (for the passage of humanitarian cases, foreign journalists, workers of international humanitarian organizations, merchants, businessmen and travelers through the Al-Karama Crossing “Allenby” - previously coordinated for them).

1. At 10:30 on 04/27/ 2022, an Israeli drone (unmanned aerial vehicle) fired tear gas canisters at a number of citizens near the border fence east of Gaza City.
2. At 21:30 on 04/27/ 2022, Israeli gunboats fired towards the fishermen’s boats while chasing them in the open sea off the coast of Gaza City, and detained 2 of the fishermen (a citizen and his son) after besieging their boat, and released them later, while Fishing boat confiscated.

At 16:30 on 04/27/ 2022, Israeli gunboats detained 2 fishermen (a citizen and his son) while chasing the fishermen's boats in the open sea off the shore of Gaza City, and released them at a later time: Muhammad Omar al-Najjar and his son Omar.
