DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00,20th December 2021 -08:00, 21st December 2021
At 00:30, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Hizma and conducted a patrol.
1. At 07:30 on 12/20/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces detained 2 citizens - residents of Hizma town: Muhammad Bassam Kamal Al-Khatib, and Youssef Basem Sobeih.
2. At 11:30, the Israeli occupation forces detained the citizen: Muhammad Al-Abbasi - a resident of Al-Sawahrah Al-Sharqiya town.
At 04:20 on 12/20/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning , which led to the injury of 2 civilians during their raid into the town of Qatana (as mentioned in the previous report).
The two civilians injured during confrontations with the occupation forces in the town of Qatana are: Ziad Shamasneh and Rami al-Faqih.
On 12/20/2021, the Israeli occupation authorities in Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood in Jerusalem handed a decision to vacate two homes owned by the citizen: Mahmoud Salhia, and to seize the 6-dunam plot of land on which the two houses were built, and gave him until 25.01. 2022, under the pretext of establishing schools on them.
At 08:00, groups of extremist Israeli settlers, under the protection of the Israeli occupation police, stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and made provocative tours of its courtyards and facilities.
1. At 09:20, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Deir Jarir and conducted a patrol.
2. At 12:45, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Al-Mazraa Al-Gharbiyye, where clashes took place with the citizens while they were on patrol, as a result of which two civilians were wounded (one of them was seriously injured).
3. At 03:15, the Israeli occupation forces raided the city of Al-Bireh, detained a citizen, and withdrew at 06:35.
The detainee in the city of Al-Bireh is: Abdul Rahman Mahmoud Al-Taweel.
1. At 10:35, the Israeli occupation forces, assigned to guard the racist separation wall near the town of Beituniya, fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards the citizens for alleged stoning.
2. At 12:45, , the Israeli occupation forces fired live ammunition, rubber-coated metal, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens, for alleged stoning, while on patrol during their raid into Al-Mazraa Al-Gharbiya town, injuring 2 civilians (one of whom was seriously injured).
The two civilians: Muhammad Fadi Shraitah, 17, and Muhammad Ibrahim Ladadoa were injured (one of them seriously) during confrontations with the Israeli occupation forces in during their raid into Al-Mazraa Al-Gharbiya town.
1. At 10:25, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Fahma and conducted a patrol.
2. At 22:00, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Silat Al Dhaher, and conducted a patrol.
3. At 05:05, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Al-Jalama and conducted a patrol.
At 20:50, the Israeli occupation forces assigned to guard the apartheid wall near the village of Anin, opened fire towards a civilian, as a result of which he was wounded - and he was subsequently transferred to the government hospital in Jenin for treatment.
The civilian: Suleiman Jamal Jaradat - a resident of the town of Al-Silah Al-Harithiya was injured after being shot by the Israeli occupation forces responsible for guarding the apartheid wall near the village of Anin.
At 21:15, a group of armed Israeli settlers entered the outskirts of Silat Al Dhaher town, broke into a house owned by Rabah Hantoli, and occupied the roof of the house, causing terror to its residents, and withdrew at a later time.
1. At 10:55, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the village of Ezbet Al-Tabib, to search vehicles and check the identities of the citizens.
2. At 16:00, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the western entrance to Azzun town, to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens.
At 01:00, the Israeli occupation forces closed the Hawara and Beit Furik checkpoints to traffic (on the pretext that a settler was run over near the Itamar settlement).
1. At 09:40, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Tal, and conducted a patrol.
2. At 09:40, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Beita and conducted a patrol.
3. At 05:10, the Israeli occupation forces raided the city of Nablus, and confrontations took place with the citizens as they stormed and searched of a number of houses.
On 12/20/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces detained the citizen: Omar Wadih Qaraan - a resident of Balata refugee camp in Nablus, while he was being reviewed by the Israeli intelligence, based on a prior notification.
At 05:10,the Israeli occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched a number of houses during their raid into the city of Nablus.
On 12/20/2021, , the Israeli occupation forces assaulted the citizen: Yaqoub Owais - head of the village council, and a number of school students, in the village of al-Lubban al-Sharqiya while they were trying to detained a 15-year-old student, while he was returning from his secondary school located along the main street of Nablus - Ramallah.
1. At 18:10, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the western entrance to the town of Kafr ad-Dik, to search vehicles and citizens.
2. At 15:00, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Qarawat Bani Hassan, to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens.
At 07:50, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Al-Zubaidat, and detained a woman.
The detainee in the village of Zbeidat is: Samaher Attia Zbeidat.
1. At 08:50, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Tekoa, to search vehicles and check the identities of the citizens.
2. At 16:40, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the western entrance to the town of Beit Fajjar, to search vehicles and check the identities of the citizens.
3. At 20:35, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint in the Aqabat Hasna area (on the main road leading to the western villages in the Bethlehem governorate), to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens.
4. At 22:45, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to the town of Tekoa, to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens.
At 22:10, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the Farsh al-Hawa area, north of Hebron (branched from Bypass Road 35), to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens.
1. On 12/ 20/2021, the Israeli occupation forces raided the city of Hebron, and detained a citizen.
2. At 10:45, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Al Dhaheriya, and detained 4 citizens (brothers).
1. The detainee in the city of Hebron is: Amjad Salim Al-Rajbi.
2. The 4 detainees in the town of Al-Zahiriyah are: Muhammad Ahed Al-Uqbi, and his brothers Ahmed, Waseem, and Moataz.
• At 02:00 on 05/21/ 2021, the comprehensive ceasefire entered into force at the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• On the morning of 07/30/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the marine fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 12 nautical miles
• The Israeli occupation forces violated the ceasefire agreement, by storming our areas in Khan Yunis governorate, and by firing from their positions on the Green Line in the Central Gaza and Khan Yunis governorates.
* Beit Hanoun crossing - “Erez”: On 12/20/ 2021, it is partially open (for the passage of humanitarian cases, foreign journalists, workers of international humanitarian organizations, merchants, businessmen and travelers through the Al-Karama Crossing “Allenby” - previously coordinated for them).
* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently and by a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010, by unilateral Israeli decision.
At 11:30 on 12/20/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces opened fire and launched tear gas canisters from their positions on the Green Line, towards a number of citizens near the border fence east of Deir al-Balah.
At 08:40 on 12/20/2021, several Israeli military vehicles and bulldozers, covered by reconnaissance aircraft, stormed our areas at a depth of about 50 meters east of the town of Al-Fukhari, southeast of Khan Yunis, and carried out excavation and bulldozing work, and withdrew at 13:00.
At 08:30 on 12/20/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces fired from their positions on the Green Line, towards a number of citizens near the border fence east of the town of Khuza’ah, east of Khan Younis.
* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sofa crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom crossing - “Kerem Shalom”: on 12/20/ 2021 is partially open (for the entry of foodstuffs and goods, limited quantities of fuel and cooking gas, and building materials for the private sector and for internationally funded projects).
* Al-Awda- Rafah crossing: on 12/20/ 2021 is open in both directions (for citizens to leave and enter).
