Daily Report October 28 2021

On the morning 10/28./2021, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Abu Dis, and detained a citizen.

At 19:35, the Israeli occupation forces positioned near the town of Bedouin, fired stun and tear gas canisters towards a number of farmers while they were picking olives from their lands behind the segregation wall, and detained 2 civilians.

1. At 17:30, the Israeli occupation forces detained the citizen: Shadi Omar Khweis - a resident of Al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem.
2. At 21:00, the Israeli occupation forces positioned at Jabaa checkpoint detained the citizen: Mahmoud Hassan Nimr al-Lawzi - a resident of Qalandia camp.
3. The detainee in the town of Abu Dis is: Anas Wael Qassem.
4. The two detainees during confrontations with the occupation forces near the town of Bedouin are: Mahmoud Ibrahim Humaidan, and Mahmoud Khaled Ibrahim Al-Sheikh.

On the evening of 10/27/021, the Israeli occupation authorities in the city of Jerusalem issued a decision to deport 2 citizens: Firas Al-Atrash and Ahmed Al-Taweel, for a period of two weeks, from the Yusufiya cemetery adjacent to Al-Aqsa Mosque, as a condition for their release after they had been arrested earlier, .

On 10/27/2021, the Higher Planning Council for Israeli Planning and Construction approved the construction of 3,144 new settlement units in the settlements established on the lands of citizens in the governorates of the West Bank, within the territories occupied in 1967.

At 11:00, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in the military court in "Salem" camp detained the citizen: Na'im Abdullah Zamari - a resident of the town of Azzun, while he was attending his son's trial.

On the evening of 10/27/2021, the Israeli occupation forces charged with guarding the apartheid separation wall in the vicinity of the town of Yamoun opened fire towards a citizen and as a result was wounded and hospitalized at the Jenin Governmental Hospital for treatment.

At 18:50, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at the Tayseer checkpoint, and obstructed traffic.

At 04:05, the Israeli occupation forces raided Al-Fara'a camp and detained a citizen.

The detainee in Al-Fara'a camp is: Moataz Omar Abdel-Gawad.

2. At 19:45, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the village of Ezbet Al-Tabib, to search vehicles and check citizens' identities until 23:10.
3. At 21:00, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint under the bridge of Azzun town (on the main road from Qalqilya - Nablus), to search vehicles and check the identities of the citizens.
4. At 21:40, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the eastern entrance to the city of Qalqilya, to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens.
5. At 21:45, the Israeli occupation forces set up a roadblock on the road between the town of Jayyous and the village of Al-Nabi Elias, to search vehicles and check the identities of the citizens.

At dawn on , 10/28/2021, the Israeli occupation forces raided the city of Qalqilya, and detained a child.

At 18:20, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at the Hawara checkpoint, and obstructed traffic.

At 21:40, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the junction of the "Yitzhar" settlement, north of Hawara town, to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens.

1. At dawn on 10/27/2021,the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Beita, and detained a citizen.
2. At 07:15, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Beit Dajan, and detained a citizen.

2. The detainee in the village of Beit Dajan is: Samed Abdul Latif Abu Jaish.

At 22:00, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to the city of Jericho, to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens.

At 02:00, the Israeli occupation forces raided Aqabat Jabr camp in the city of Jericho and the village of Al-Nuweima, stormed and searched a number of houses, and withdrew at 05:45.

1. At 08:00, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the junction of the Al-Nashash area (the southern entrance to Jericho), to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens.
2. At 15:40, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to the town of Tekoa, to search vehicles and check the identities of the citizens.

At 17:15, the Israeli occupation forces closed the iron gate located at the western entrance to the town of Tekoa, in front of traffic, and reopened it at a later time.

* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently and by a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010, by unilateral Israeli decision.

* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sofa crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom crossing - “Kerem Shalom”: on 10/27/ 2021 Partially open (for the entry of foodstuffs and goods, limited quantities of fuel and cooking gas, and building materials for the private sector and for internationally funded projects).
* Al-Awda- Rafah crossing: on 10/27/ 2021 is open in both directions (for citizens to leave and enter).

On the morning of 10/27/2021, the Israeli occupation forces confiscated two fishing boats owned by the citizen: Muhammad Adel Al-Bardawil, in the open sea, opposite the shore of Rafah, in addition to destroying another fishing boat.
