DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00, 7th October2021 -08:00, 8th October 2021
At 12:00, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque temporarily detained the citizen: Muhammad Abu Al-Hummus - a resident of Al-Isawiya village, and released him at a later time.
At 10:30, the Israeli occupation forces demolished 2 houses belonging to the two citizens: Murad Muhammad Zari and his brother Omranin the village of Bab Al-Shams near the town of Al-Zaim.
At 08:30, groups of extremist settlers, under the protection of the occupation police, stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and made provocative tours of its courtyards and facilities.
At 16:50, the Israeli occupation forces in charge of guarding the apartheid separation wall near the town of Beituniya fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens, for alleged stoning.
At 02:15,the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Qabatiya, where clashes took place with the citizens as they stormed a house, and detained 2 citizens (brothers).
1. At 18:05, the Israeli occupation forces positioned at Al-Jalama checkpoint detainedn the citizen: Ahmed Bassam Kamil - a resident of Qabatiya town.
2. The two detainees in the town of Qabatiya are: Nimr Talal Zakarna, and his brother Muhammad.
At 02:15, the Israeli occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning as they stormed a house during their raid into Qabatiya town.
At 19:45, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at the Tayseer checkpoint, and obstructed traffic.
At 16:15,the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Alar then stormed and searched a house.
At 18:35, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the junction of Deir Sharaf village (on the main road from Nablus - Tulkarm), to search vehicles and check the identities of the citizens.
At 18:30, the Israeli occupation forces detained the citizen: Musab Subhi Atallah - a resident of Balata refugee camp in Nablus, while he was visiting Israeli intelligence, based on a prior notification.
1. At 15:50, a group of Israeli settlers entered the agricultural lands of the citizens near Khirbet Yanoun in the town of Aqraba, and attacked a number of citizens while they were picking olives, and expelled them from their lands.
2. At 16:00, a group of Israeli settlers entered the agricultural lands of the citizens of the village of Al-Lubban Al-Sharqiya, and attacked the citizen: Nael Kamal Awaisa.
3. At 16:50 a group of Israeli settlers entered the agricultural lands of the citizens of the village of Burin, and attacked a number of citizens while they were picking olives from their lands in the Rummana area, south of the village.
4. At 18:35, a group of Israeli settlers in the area of Khirbet Yanoun opened fire indiscriminately towards a number of shepherds, while they were chasing them in the area.
1. At 10:35, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Iskaka, stormed a number of shops, and withdrew at 12:35.
2. At 22:45, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Haris, stormed a house, and withdrew at 23:15.
At 10:50, the Israeli occupation forces razed the area of Wadi Yasuf, located between the villages of Yasuf and al-Lubban al-Gharbiyye, in preparation for the establishment of a bus station linking the settlements established in the northern West Bank with the settlement of Ariel. As a result, 5 civilians were injured, and one of them was arrested.
The detainee after being wounded during confrontations with the Israeli occupation forces in the Wadi Yasuf area, which is located between the villages of Yasouf and Al-Lubban Al-Sharqiya, is: Nael Awaisa.
At 10:50, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in Wadi Yasuf area, located between the villages of Yasouf and Al Laban Al Gharbia, fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas towards citizens, while they were trying to confront the bulldozing work in the area, injuring 5 civilians.
The 5 civilians wounded during confrontations with the occupation forces in the Wadi Yasuf area located between the villages of Yasouf and al-Lubban al-Sharqiya (of those identified): Nael Awaisa.
At 10:00, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at the Hamra checkpoint, and obstructed traffic until 13:00.
At 20:00, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the southern entrance to the city of Jericho, to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens.
At 06:50, the Israeli occupation forces raided the city of Jericho, escorting a group of settlers while they were visiting the "Mount of Temptation" synagogue.
At 19:00, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at the (Cantainer) checkpoint, and obstructed traffic.
1. At 10:45 and again at 21:55 , the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint in the Aqabat Hasana area (on the main road leading to the western villages in the Bethlehem governorate) to search vehicles and check citizens' identities until 22:30.
2. At 12:05, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to the town of Tekoa, to search vehicles and check citizens' identities until 13:30.
3. At 15:10, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to Janata town, to search vehicles and check citizens' identities until 16:30.
4. At 18:50, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the western entrance to the town of Tekoa, to search vehicles and check the identities of the citizens.
5. At 21:50, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the western entrance to the town of Beit Fajjar, to search vehicles and check citizens' identities until 23:00.
At 23:00, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to the town of Halhoul, to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens.
At 14:05, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Dura, and patrolled until 16:35.
On the evening of 10/08/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in the Mantara area, north of the town of Beit Ummar detained the citizen: Muayyad Jahid Abdul Rahman Alqam - a resident of the town of Beit Ummar.
At 14:15, a group of Israeli settlers entered the lands of citizens in Wadi Al Sharq area in Sa`ir town, attacked a number of citizens while they were working on their land, and withdrew at 16:40.
• At 02:00 on 05/21/ 2021, the comprehensive ceasefire entered into force at the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• On the morning of 07/30/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the marine fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 12 nautical miles.
* Beit Hanoun crossing - “Erez”: On 10/07/ 2021, it is partially open (for the passage of humanitarian cases, foreign journalists, workers of international humanitarian organizations, merchants, businessmen and travelers through the Al-Karama Crossing “Allenby” - previously coordinated for them).
* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently and by a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010, by unilateral Israeli decision.
* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sofa crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom crossing - “Kerem Shalom”: on 10/07/ 2021 Partially open (for the entry of foodstuffs and goods, limited quantities of fuel and cooking gas, and building materials for the private sector and for internationally funded projects).
* Al-Awda- Rafah crossing: on 10/07/ 2021 is closed.
