DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00, 26th August 2021 -08:00, 27th August 2021
1. At 15:00, the Israeli occupation forces detained 3 citizens: Alaa Motour, Muhammad Motour, and Baha Motour. - residents of Shuafat refugee camp in Jerusalem.
2. The Israeli occupation forces detained the citizen: Mahmoud Sheikh Ali, after storming and searching his house in the Shuafat camp in Jerusalem.
At 08:30, groups of extremist settlers, under the protection of the Israeli occupation police, stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and made provocative tours of its courtyards and facilities.
At 22:55,the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Deir Nidham during which clashes took place with the citizens as they stormed a house, and then detained a citizen.
The detainee in the village of Deir Nizam is: Youssef Muhammad Mazhar.
At 22:55, the Israeli occupation forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens, under the pretext that they had been pelted with stones as they stormed a house during their raid into Deir Nidham village.
On the evening of 08/26/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Yabad, and confiscated the CCTV recordings of a number of houses and shops.
At 18:25, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at the Ainaf checkpoint, and obstructed traffic until 19:30.
At 20:30, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the Habla tunnel (the southern entrance to the city of Qalqilya), to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens.
On 08/26/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces positioned the village of Forush Beit Dajan prevented work in the restoration and rehabilitation of a water tank more than 50 years old, and threatened to seize the machinery and equipment operating in the place in the event of non-stop work.
At dawn on 08/ 26/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Deir Ballut, and detained 2 citizens (brothers).
The two detainees in the town of Deir Ballut are: Abdullah Nasr Abdullah, and his brother Usaid.
At 09:20, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint in the Al-Khan Al-Ahmar area (on the main road to Jericho - Jerusalem), to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens.
1. At 11:35, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the junction of the Nashash area (the southern entrance to Bethlehem), to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens until 12:00.
2. At 14:15, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the western entrance to Husan village, to search vehicles and check citizens' identities until 16:20.
3. At 23:55, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint in the Aqabat Hasna area (on the main road leading to the western villages in the Bethlehem governorate), to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens until 01:00.
On 08/26/ 2021,the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Al-Khader, and stormed a house.
At dawn on 08/27/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces opened fire towards a vehicle while chasing it near the entrance to the town of Beit Fajjar, which led to the vehicle overturning, and then detained of 3 citizens from the vehicle .
The 3 detainees after their vehicle was chased and overturned near the entrance to the town of Beit Fajjar are: Muhammad Zaki Diriyah, Muhammad Fawaz Diriyah, and Ismail Muhammad Al-Sharbati.
At 20:20, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to Al-Aroub camp, to search vehicles and check the identities of the citizens.
• At 02:00 on 05/21/ 2021, the comprehensive ceasefire entered into force at the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• On the morning of 07/30/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the marine fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 12 nautical miles.
• The Israeli occupation forces violated the cease-fire agreement when the gunboats opened fire towards fishermen's boats while chasing them at sea in the northern Gaza governorate.
* Beit Hanoun crossing - "Erez": on 08/26/ 2021 is partially open (for the passage of humanitarian cases, foreign journalists, workers of international humanitarian organizations, merchants, businessmen and travelers through the Al-Karama Crossing "Allenby" - previously coordinated for them).
On the morning of 08/26/ 2021, Israeli gunboats fired at the fishermen’s boats while they were chasing them in the open sea off the coast of Al-Sudaniya area, west of the town of Beit Lahia.
* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently and by a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010, by unilateral Israeli decision.
* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sofa crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom-Kerem Shalom Crossing: On 08/26/2021,is partially open (for the entry of foodstuffs and fodder, raw materials for the agricultural and food industries, sterilization and cleaning materials, and limited quantities of fuel).
* Al-Awda- Rafah crossing: on 08/26/2021 is open in one direction (for the return of citizens from the Arab Republic of Egypt).
