DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00, 7th June 2021 -08:00, 8th June 2021
At 11:00, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the Biddou tunnel, to search cars and check the identities of citizens.
At 02:10, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Abu Dis, where confrontations took place with the citizens as they stormed a number of houses then withdrew at 06:10.
1. At dawn on 06/07/2021,the Israeli occupation forces positioned in the Old City of Jerusalem detained the citizen: Ahmed Rokn.
2. At 07:00 on 06/07/2021, the Israeli occupation forces detained the citizen: Ahmed Ishaq Abu Sarah, in the Ras Khamis neighborhood in Jerusalem.
3. At 18:00, the Israeli occupation forces detained the citizen: Faisal Shabana, in Al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem.
4. At dawn on 06/08/2021, the Israeli occupation forces detained 3 citizens : Oraib Mohsen Abu Khdeir, Muhammad Walid Abu Khdeir, and Saif Walid Abu Khdeir in the Shuafat neighborhood in Jerusalem.
On 06/07/2021, the Israeli occupation authorities in the city of Jerusalem issued a decision to deport the citizen: Iyad Abu Sneina - a resident of the city of Jerusalem, for a period of 15 days from the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood, as a condition for his release after they arrested him earlier.
At 02:10, the Israeli occupation forces, fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens, for alleged stoning, as they stormed a number of houses during their raid into the town of Abu Dis.
On 06/07/2021, the Israeli occupation authorities in the Jabal Mukaber neighborhood in Jerusalem forced the citizen: Muhannad Bashir to personally demolish his 150-square-meter house, after notifying him earlier, in order to avoid paying heavy fines in the event the Israeli occupation authorities carry out the demolition under the pretext of not having a license.
At 08:30, a group of extremist settlers, under the protection of the Israeli occupation police, stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and made provocative tours of its courtyards and facilities.
1. At 11:00, a group of settlers at the entrance to the Mughrabi Gate (one of the doors leading to Al-Aqsa Mosque) in the Old City of Jerusalem, put up a sign reading “Hillel Gate” in an attempt to change the name of the historic gate.
2. At 19:00, a group of extremist settlers in the Bab al-Amoud area in Jerusalem attacked a number of female citizens.
At 22:10, the Israeli occupation forces closed the “Mahkamah” checkpoint, which is located near the settlement of “Beit El” north of the city of Al-Bireh, to traffic, and reopened it at 22:45.
1. At 02:25, the Israeli occupation forces raided the villages of Bitello and Deir Ammar, detained a citizen in Deir Ammar village, and withdrew at 03:40.
2. At 03:40, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Beit Rima, detained a citizen, and withdrew at 05:00.
3. At 04:45,the Israeli occupation forces raided al-Jalazun camp and detained a child.
1. The detainee in the village of Deir Ammar is: Yousef Muhammad Tahsin Odeh.
2. The detainee in the town of Beit Rima is: Muhammad Huda Saeed Al-Asmar.
3. The detainee in Al-Jalazun camp is: Musa Ihab Al-Zubaidi, 16 years old.
At 14:35, the Israeli occupation forces positioned near the entrance to the village of Nabi Saleh, fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun, and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning..
At 20:30, a group of settlers, under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces near the Ain al-Hilweh area in the northern Jordan Valley, built a settlement room and rehabilitated a road between the room and the spring of the Ain al-Hilweh area.
1. At dawn on 06/07/2021, the Israeli occupation forces raided the city of Tulkarm, and stormed 2 houses.
2. At 10:55, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Beit Lid and conducted a field investigation with 4 civilians: Amid Seif Al-Shayeb, Osaid Fathi Dridi, Salim Hisham Dridi, and Ahmed Abdel Rahim Hamida, and withdrew at 18:00.
3. At 02:10, the Israeli occupation forces raided the city of Tulkarm, stormed Bait Al-Maqdis Exchange Company, confiscated the company's surveillance camera recording device, and withdrew at 04:30.
At 20:10, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Habla, to search cars and check the identities of citizens until 21:00.
At 01:00, the Israeli occupation forces raided the city of Nablus and the town of Beit Iba. Clashes took place with the citizens as they stormed a house in the city of Nablus, and as a result injured a citizen, detained a citizen in the town of Beit Iba, and withdrew at 05:00.
1. At 22:35, the Israeli occupation forces positioned near the settlement of “Itamar” arrested 2 citizens: Mahmoud Faisal Qawariq, and Sameh Muhammad Qawariq - residents of Awarta village.
2. The detainee in the town of Beit Iba is: Anas Nasser Shaaban Khanfa.
1. At 21:45, the Israeli occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens participating in a demonstration against settlers’ attacks and land confiscation for settlement projects Jabal Sabeeh area in the town of Beita and as a result left several citizens suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 01:00, during their raid into the city of Nablus, the Israeli occupation forces fired live ammunition, rubber-coated metal bullets, sstun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning and as a result injured a citizen.
Muhammad Jamal Abd al-Wahhab Quneir was wounded during confrontations with the Israeli occupation forces in the city of Nablus.
1. At 14:15, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Deir Ballut, to search cars and check the identities of citizens until 16:50.
2. At 14:30, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the western entrance to the village of Hares, to search cars and check the identities of citizens until 15:50.
1. At 19:20, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Deir Istiya and conducted a patrol.
2. At 01:45, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Qarawat Bani Hassan, stormed and searched 7 houses, and withdrew at 06:30
On the morning of 06/07/2021, the Israeli occupation forces closed the iron gate at the entrance to the town of Kifl Haris, in front of traffic, and reopened it at 14:45.
At 09:55, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to the city of Jericho, to search cars and check the identities of citizens.
At 07:00 on 06/07/2021, the Israeli occupation forces detained the citizen: Ali Sayed Zbeidat, during the storming of the village of Zbeidat (as mentioned in the previous report).
At 17:45, the Israeli occupation forces demolished in the Bedouin settlement near Al-Ma’arjat Road (connecting between the governorates of Jericho and Ramallah), 4 houses owned by citizens: Mahmoud Salem Kaabneh, and his sons Odeh, Salem, and Ghaleb, in addition to the demolition of 6 barracks used for raising sheep, on the pretext that there was licensing.
At 17:45, the Israeli occupation forces demolished 6 barracks used for raising sheep, owned by the citizens: Mahmoud Salem Kaabneh, and his sons Auda, Salem, and Ghaleb, in the Bedouin community near Al-Maarjat Road (connecting between the governorates of Jericho and Ramallah), in addition to the demolition of 4 houses for citizens, in Hajjah for allegedly being built with out licencing.
1. At 11:15, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the junction of the Nashash area (the southern entrance to Bethlehem), to search cars and check the identities of citizens until 13:10.
2. At 11:20, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to the town of Tekoa, to search cars and check citizens' identities until 13:00.
1. At 04:00, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Husan, and detained 2 civilians.
2. At 04:40, the Israeli occupation forces raided the Dheisheh refugee camp in Bethlehem, where confrontations took place with the citizens as they stormed a number of houses and as a result injured a citizen, and detained 3 citizens, and withdrew at 05:00
1. The two detainees in the village of Husan are: Muhammad Raouf Ibrahim Abu Yabis, and Qusai Adly Amin Hamamra.
2. The 3 detainees in the Dheisheh camp in Bethlehem are: Ali Muhammad Musleh, Ahmed Izzat Abu Dayyeh, and Ghassan Ibrahim Zawahra.
At 04:40, , the Israeli occupation forces fired live ammunition and rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards the citizens for alleged stoning as they stormed a number of houses during their raid into Dheisheh camp in Bethlehem, and as a result injured a citizen.
A unidentified civilian was injured during confrontations with the Israeli occupation forces in the Dheisheh camp in Bethlehem
1. At dawn on 06/07/2021, the occupation forces stormed the town of Yatta, and detained 6 citizens.
2. At 01:15, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Beit Awa, and handed the citizen: Bilal Issa Al-Suwaiti, a notice to refer to the Israeli intelligence.
The six detainees in Yatta are: Jawad Ayoub Abu Sobeih, Tariq Jawad Abu Sobeih, Taysir Muhammad Abu Sobeih, Hussam Abu Sobeih, Abdel Rahman Abu Sobeih, and Muhammad Taysir Abu Sobeih.
At 19:00, the Israeli occupation forces detained 2 children in the Old City of Hebron: Youssef Misk, 12, and Muhammed Misk, 12, and released them after the Palestinian military liaison intervened at 19:30.
1. At 16:10, a group of settlers, under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces, in the old town of Hebron, razed and vandalized about 400 square meters of the yards of historic houses near the Ibrahimi Mosque, owned by citizens of the Qafisha and Sharif families.
2. At 16:20, a group of settlers near the village of Khirbet Zanouta, southeast of Al-Zahiriya town, razed Palestinian lands.
• At 19:00 on 26/08/2014, the permanent and comprehensive ceasefire came into effect with the initiative and patronage of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, the introduction of humanitarian and relief aid and reconstruction requirements, and expanding the fishing area to a distance of 6 miles with the increase in distance Up to 12 miles by the end of this year, reducing the "security buffer" zone from 300 meters to 100 meters, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. • On 01/09/2020, the occupation forces re-expanded the fishing distance from the front of the Al-Waha area northwest of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza governorate and up to the Gaza port by a distance of 6 nautical miles, and from opposite the Gaza port to the south of the coast of Rafah to 15 nautical miles. After it imposed on 08/16/2020 a complete closure on the maritime domain in front of the fishermen's boats in front of the Gaza Strip.
• On 10/05/2021, the Israeli occupation forces closed the sea of the Gaza Strip, in front of fishermen until further notice.
* Beit Hanoun crossing - "Erez": on 06/07/2021 is partially open (for the entry of employees of international organizations, foreign journalists, and critical medical cases).
* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently and by a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010, by unilateral Israeli decision.
* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sofa crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom Crossing - Kerem Shalom: is closed on 06/07/2021.
*Al-Awda- Rafah crossing: on on 06/07/2021 is open in both directions (for citizens to leave and enter).
