DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00, 31st May 2021 -08:00, 1st June 2021
1. At dawn on 05/31/2021, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Hizma and detained a citizen.
2. At dawn on 06/01/2021, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Qatana, and detained a citizen.
1. At 13:00,the Israeli occupation forces detained Omar Shwayat in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem.
2. At 18:00, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in Jerusalem detained the citizen: Mahmoud Al-Hunaiti.
3. At 20:30, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in the Old City of Jerusalem detained the citizen: Ayham Al-Zaanin.
4. At 21:00,the Israeli occupation forces detained the citizen: Adnan Al-Rajabi, in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem.
5. The detainee in the town of Hizma is: Mahmoud Sanad Salah al-Din.
6. The detainee in the town of Qatana is: Rami Hussein Al-Faqih.
At 08:30, a group of extremist Israeli settlers, under the protection of the Israeli occupation police, stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and made provocative tours of its courtyards and facilities.
At 09:35,the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint on the main road leading to Al-Jalazun camp and passing by the "Beit El" settlement, to search cars and check the identities of the citizens.
1. At 23:00, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Beit Rima, and detained 2 civilians.
2. At 06:50, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Beit Sira, and detained 5 civilians.
3. At dawn on 06/01/2021, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Beit Ur, and detained a citizen.
1. At 09:50, the Israeli occupation forces detained the citizen: Riad Abdul Majeed Khweira -{a resident of Kafr Nima village}.
2. The two detainees in the town of Beit Rima are: Jadallah al-Barghouti and Ali Hassan al-Barghouti.
3. The five detainees in the village of Beit Sira are: Thaer Yousef Hamdan, Ibrahim Hani Abu Safiya, Musab Muntaser Hamdan, Musa Ismail Amara, and Yaqoub Diab Al-Hajj.
4. The detainee in the town of Beit Ur is: Youssef Allan.
1. At 08:40, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Ya'bad and the villages of Kfert, Bir al-Basha and Sanur, and conducted a patrol.
2. At 11:30, the Israeli occupation forces raidedthe villages of Al-Jalameh, Arana, Deir Ghazala, Beit Qad and Faqoua, and conducted a patrol.
3. At 02:20, t the Israeli occupation forces raided the towns of Zababdeh and Maythlon, and detained 2 civilians.
The two detainees in the town of Zababdeh are: Muhannad Khaled al-Sharqawi - residents of the town of Zababdeh, and Muhammad Rifaat Tawfiq Rabay'a.
At dawn on 06/01/2021, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Tayasir, and detained a citizen.
The detainee in the village of Tayasir is: Munir Fawzi Dabek.
At 08:30, a group of settlers in the Wadi al-Faw area, south of the Ain al-Hilweh area in the northern Jordan Valley, extended a water line from the "Maskiot" settlement to a piece of land in the al-Faw area owned by Ibrahim Salem Abu Mohsen, in an attempt to seize it.
At 16:00, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the village of Shufa, to search cars and check the identities of the citizens.
At 01:00, the Israeli occupation forces raided the city of Tulkarm during which clashes took place with the citizens as they stormed a house then detained a citizen.
The detainee in the city of Tulkarm is: Saleh Farouk Mansour.
At 01:00, the Israeli occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning as they stormed a house during their raid into the city of Tulkarm.
At 20:30, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the eastern entrance to the city of Qalqilya, to search cars and check the identities of citizens.
At 02:35, the Israeli occupation forces raided the villages of Kafr Qaddoum, Hajjah, al-Fandaq, Baqat al-Hatab and Imatin, and detained 2 civilians in the village of Kafr Qaddoum.
At 12:15, a group of settlers entered the agricultural lands of the citizens located between Deir Ballut town and Senaria village, and assaulted the citizen: Abd al-Karim Nimer Younes { a resident of Sanria village}, while he was working on his land during which the Israeli occupation forces also intervened and detained him along with 2 other citizens.
1. The two detainees in the village of Kafr Qaddoum are: Bashar Mahmoud Shteiwi and Hamza Mustafa Shtewi.
2. The 3 detainees (one of whom was assaulted by a group of settlers) in the area between the town of Bidya and the village of Senaria are: Abd al-Karim Nimr Younes, Saeed Ismail Saeed, and Alem Ismail Khalil - (residents of Sanria village).
At 11:35, the Israeli occupation forces uprooted about 100 olive trees from a plot of land owned by: Nazem Tawfiq Salim located in the western side of Jayyous town.
At 17:20, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the junction of the "Shafi Shomron" settlement, to search cars and check the identities of the citizens.
1. At 11:10, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Duma and detained a citizen.
2. At 00:20, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Urif, and they patrolled until 05:20.
The detainee in the village of Duma is: Radi Eid Arara.
At 19:30, a group of Israeli settlers in the Sharqiya of Qusra town set fire to the citizens' agricultural lands and as a result torched a number of olive trees.
1. At 11:20, a group of settlers entered the citizens' agricultural lands that are threatened with confiscation in the Khallet Hassan area of Bidya town, and stole a horse for one of the citizens.
2. At 11:35, a group of settlers in the Abu Shahrukh area, adjacent to Khallet Hassan, in Bidya town, set fire to the citizens' agricultural lands, and the fire was put out by the Palestinian Civil Defense.
At 19:25, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to the city of Jericho, to search cars and check the identities of citizens.
At 01:20, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Al-Auja, and conducted the patrol until 03:00.
At 02:55 on 05/ 31/2021, the Israeli occupation forces detained the citizen: Muhammad Hassan Ismail Al-Aydi during their raid into the town of Al-Auja (as mentioned in the previous report) .
1. At 08:30, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint in the Nashash area (the southern entrance to the city of Bethlehem), to search cars and check the identities of the citizens.
2. At 09:30, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to the town of Tekoa, to search cars and check the identities of the citizens.
3. At 22:45, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the southern entrance to the town of Nahalin, to search cars and check the identities of the citizens.
1. At 20:30, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Al-Khader, and conducted the patrol until 00:35.
2. At 23:45, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Janata, and patrolled until 03:35.
3. At 01:30, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Beit Fajjar, detained 5 civilians (including 2 children) then withdrew at 05:20.
1. At 09:00, the Israeli occupation forces positioned near the roundabout of the “Kfar Etzion” settlement detained the citizen: Muhammad Ali Abdul Rahman Al-Hayh -{a resident of Surif town, Hebron governorate}.
2. The five detainees in the town of Beit Fajjar are: Abdullah Ziyad Thawabteh, Awni Ahmed Taqatqa {17 years old}, Muhammad Naseem Diriyah, Mufeed Fayez Taqatqa {17 years old}, and Muhammad Khaled Taqatqa.
At 08:30, the Israeli occupation forces set up at the southern entrance to the city of Hebron (near the "Hagai" settlement), to search cars and check the identities of the citizens.
1. At 18:30 and again at 01:05,the Israeli occupation forces raided the city of Hebron, detained 6 civilians (including 2 brothers), then withdrew at 04:40.
2. At 00:20, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Beit Kahil, detained a citizen, and withdrew at 04:40.
3. At 01:00, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Sa'ir until 01:30.
4. At 01:30, the Israeli occupation forces raided the towns of Ithna and Al-Dhahiriya, detained a citizen in the town of Idna, then withdrew at 04:40.
1. The six detainees in the city of Hebron are: Salah al-Din Shadi Zahida, Nour Shadi Zahida, 17 years old, Fadel Farid Zahida, Naseem Farid Zahida, Raafat Zahida, and Bashir Fayyad Zahida.
2. The detainee in the town of Beit Kahil is: Issam Ali Al-Zohour.
3. The detainee in the town of Ithna is: Salah Muhammad Al-Batran.
At 11:00, , the Israeli occupation forces demolished a house owned by Ibrahim Jibril Awad in the Al-Masafer area, east of Yatta, under the pretext that it was not licensed and that it was located in the classified area (C) under Israeli control.
• At 19:00 on 26/08/2014, the permanent and comprehensive ceasefire came into effect with the initiative and patronage of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, the introduction of humanitarian and relief aid and reconstruction requirements, and expanding the fishing area to a distance of 6 miles with the increase in distance Up to 12 miles by the end of this year, reducing the "security buffer" zone from 300 meters to 100 meters, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. Other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within a month of the ceasefire.
• On the morning of June 28, 2019, the occupation forces allowed the expansion of the fishing distance from opposite the Al-Waha area northwest of the town of Beit Lahiya in the northern Gaza governorate and up to the Gaza port by a distance of 6 nautical miles, and from opposite the Gaza port to the south of the coast of Rafah to 15 nautical miles.
• On 01/09/2020, the occupation forces re-expanded the fishing distance from the front of the Al-Waha area northwest of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza governorate and up to the Gaza port by a distance of 6 nautical miles, and from opposite the Gaza port to the south of the coast of Rafah to 15 nautical miles. After it imposed on 08/16/2020 a complete closure on the maritime domain in front of the fishermen's boats in front of the Gaza Strip.
• On 10/05/2021, the Israeli occupation forces closed the sea of the Gaza Strip, in front of fishermen until further notice.
• At 02:00 on 21/05/2021, the comprehensive ceasefire came into effect with the initiative and patronage of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• The body of a civilian was pulled out from under the rubble of one of the buildings that were bombed in Al-Shojaeya neighborhood, east of Gaza City, during the aggression on the Gaza Strip.
* Beit Hanoun crossing - “Erez”: on 05/31/2021 is partially open (for the entry of employees of international organizations, foreign journalists, and critical medical cases).
* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently and by a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010, by unilateral Israeli decision.
On May 31, 2021, the body of the martyr: Walid Al-Shamali Abu Bilal, was recovered from under the rubble of one of the buildings targeted by Israeli airstrikes towards the Shujaiya neighborhood, east of Gaza City, during the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip.
* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sofa crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom - Kerem Shalom Crossing: on 05/31/2021 is closed.
* Al-Awda- Rafah crossing: on 05/31/2021 is open in both directions (for citizens to leave and enter).
