DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00, 21st April 2021 -08:00, 22nd April 2021
1. At 09:00 and again at 21:30,the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Al-Issawiya, and served orders to demolish a number of facilities then stormed and searched a house.
2. At 05:30, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Al-Ram, and detained 3 citizens (brothers).
1. At 10:00, the Israeli occupation forces detained Khaled Al-Zeer in Jerusalem.
2. At dawn on 22/04./2021, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in the Old City of Jerusalem detained the citizen: Obadah Najeeb, after storming his house.
3. The 3 detainees in the town of Al-Ram are: Ahmed Abu Gharbia, and his two brothers, Fadi, and Shadi.
At 20:30, the Israeli occupation forces temporarily detained the child: Yazan Al-Belbisi {12 years old} in the Bab Al-Amoud area in Jerusalem, and released him at a later time.
At 08:30, a group of extremist settlers, under the protection of the occupation police, stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and conducted provocative tours in its courtyards and facilities.
At 15:30, a group of settlers stormed Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem, attacked a number of homes, and tried to close the road to the citizens.
1. At dawn on 22/04./2021, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Ein Yabroud, detained 2 citizens, and served the citizen: Maher Malik, a notification for review by the Israeli intelligence.
2. At 00:20, the Israeli occupation forces raided Al-Bireh city then stormed and searched a house.
3. At dawn, 22/04/2021, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Saffa, and detained 2 citizens.
1. At 22:50, the Israeli occupation forces positioned at the entrance to the town of Silwad (near the settlement of "Ofra") detained the citizen: Muhammad Hussein Subhi Hamed - a resident of Silwad town.
2. The two detainees in the village of Ein Yabroud are: Uday Akram Farid and Ahmad Shaker Musleh.
3. The two detainees in Saffa village are: Ahmed Jaafar Muhammad Karaja and Tariq Ahmad Mustafa Karaja.
At 20:05, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Azzun, to search cars and check citizens' identities until 22:10.
At 01:15, the Israeli occupation forces present in the vicinity of the "Eyal" crossing located north of Qalqilya, fired live ammunition ,rubber coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters at towards citizens for alleged stoning.
At 09:05, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Sebastia, escorting a group of settlers during their visit to the archeological area in the village.
At 14:30, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at the Zaatarah Junction checkpoint, and obstructed traffic.
At 10:40, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to the city of Salfit, to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 12:05.
1. At 01:15, a group of settlers positioned near the northern entrance to the city of Salfit opened random fire (after unknown persons removed the star of David and the Israeli flag from the site).
2. At 01:30, a group of settlers positioned in Khallet Hassan, which is under threat of confiscation, near the town of Bidya opened random fire in the area.
1. At 08:00, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the Dead Sea Junction, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 11:50, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the junction of Marj Naaja village, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
3. At 13:30, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the Al-Auja junction, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
1. At 15:00, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the western entrance to the town of Beit Fajjar, to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 16:00.
2. At 15:20, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to the town of Tuqu ', to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 16:00.
3. At 21:30, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint in the Aqabat Hasanah area (on the main road leading to the western villages in the Bethlehem governorate), to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 21:40.
4. At 03:10, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to Beit Jala, and arrested a citizen, and confiscated his private vehicle.
Israeli occupation forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located at the entrance to the city of Beit Jala detained Hamza Mahmoud Hamdan Al-Wahsh - a resident of the city of Beit Jala.
At 03:10, the Israeli occupation forces confiscated a private vehicle belonging to the citizen: Hamza Mahmoud Hamdan Al-Wahsh, while they were setting up a checkpoint at the entrance to the city of Beit Jala as they detained him.
On 19/04/2021, a group of settlers near the settlement of "Nikodim" east of the town of Tekoa, planted hundreds of olive trees on the lands of the citizens belonging to the Al-Tanouh family.
At 04:00, the Israeli occupation forces raided Hebron city and detained a citizen.
The detainee in Hebron city is: Muhammad Ziyad Al-Titi.
At 20:00, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in front of Al-Aroub camp, fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens near the entrance to the camp, under the pretext that they had been throwing stones.
At 09:00, a group of settlers from the settlement of "Maon", east of Yatta, assaulted the citizen: Musleh Makhamrah, while he was grazing his sheep in the pastoral lands in the Maghair Al-Ubaid area, by throwing stones and expelling him and his sheep out of the area.
• At 19:00 on 26/08/2014, the permanent and comprehensive ceasefire came into effect with the initiative and patronage of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, the introduction of humanitarian and relief aid and reconstruction requirements, and expanding the fishing area to a distance of 6 miles with the increase in distance Up to 12 miles by the end of this year, reducing the "security buffer" zone from 300 meters to 100 meters, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. Other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within a month of the ceasefire.
• On the morning of June 28, 2019, the occupation forces allowed the expansion of the fishing distance from opposite the Al-Waha area northwest of the town of Beit Lahiya in the northern Gaza governorate and up to the Gaza port by a distance of 6 nautical miles, and from opposite the Gaza port to the south of the coast of Rafah to 15 nautical miles.
• On 01/09/2020, the occupation forces re-expanded the fishing distance from the front of the Al-Waha area northwest of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza governorate and up to the Gaza port by a distance of 6 nautical miles, and from opposite the Gaza port to the south of the coast of Rafah to 15 nautical miles. After it imposed on 08/16/2020 a complete closure on the maritime domain in front of the fishermen's boats in front of the Gaza Strip.
• The Israeli occupation forces violated the ceasefire agreement by storming our areas in the Gaza and Rafah governorates, and by firing from their positions on the Green Line towards Rafah governorate and by Israeli gunboats firing towards Palestinian fishermen's boats at sea in the Rafah governorate.
* Beit Hanoun Crossing - "Erez": On 04/21/2021, it is closed (except for the passage of emergency humanitarian cases).
* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently and by a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010, by unilateral Israeli decision.
At 10:00 on 21/04/2021, several Israeli occupation military vehicles and bulldozers under a cover of reconnaissance aircraft stormed our areas at a depth of about 50 meters east of the Al-Shujaiya neighborhood, east of Gaza City, and carried out digging and bulldozing works, and withdrew at 15:00.
* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sufa Crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom Crossing - “Kerem Shalom”: on 21/04/2021, partially open (for the entry of foodstuffs, goods, building materials, and limited quantities of fuel).
* Al-Awda- Rafah crossing: on 21/04/2021, is open in both directions (for the entry and departure of citizens).
At 09:30 on 21/04/2021, several Israeli occupation military vehicles and bulldozers under a cover of reconnaissance aircraft stormed our areas at a depth of about 70 meters east of Rafah, and carried out digging and bulldozing works, and withdrew at 15:00.
1. At 15:15 on 21/04/2021, the occupation forces opened fire from their positions on the Green Line, towards agricultural lands in the vicinity of Sufa crossing, northeast of Rafah.
2. At 23:30 on 21/04/2021, Israeli gunboats opened fire towards Palestinian boats while chasing them at sea off the shore of Rafah.
