DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00, 20th April 2021 -08:00, 21st April 2021
At 16:00, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Al-Issawiya and detained 2 citizens.
1. At 10:00, the Israeli occupation forces detained Hussein Al-Kiswani in Jerusalem.
2. At 13:45, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in the Al-Misrara neighborhood in Jerusalem detained 2 citizens: Mahmoud Al-Tahan and Shadi Amira.
3. At 22:30,the Israeli occupation forces positioned in Al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem 2 citizens: Mahmoud Sami Abu Al-Hawa and Muhammad Abu Al-Hawa.
4. The two detainees in the village of Al-Issawiya are: Basil Aziz Ubaid and Yazan Ammar Abid.
At 21:30, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in the vicinity of Bab al-Amud in the Old City of Jerusalem fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens as they were leaving the Al-Aqsa Mosque after performing Tarawih prayers.
At 09:00, a group of extremist settlers, under the protection of the occupation police, stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and conducted provocative tours in its courtyards and facilities.
1. At 10:30, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to Umm Safa village, to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 14:00.
2. At 20:00, the Israeli occupation forces set up two checkpoints at the entrances to the villages of Qarawat Bani Zaid and Al-Nabi Saleh, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
3. At 24:00, the Israeli occupation forces set up a roadblock at the entrance to Beitin village, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
1. At 09:55, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Ein Yabroud, and confiscated the CCTV recordings of a number of shops, due to the burning of a settler vehicle that had accidentally entered the village earlier, and withdrew at 14:05.
2. At 03:25, the Israeli occupation forces raided Ramallah city, detained a journalist, and withdrew at 03:50.
The detainee in Ramallah is: the journalist - Alaa al-Rimawi.
At 19:45, the Israeli occupation forces closed the entrances to Umm Safa village, in front of traffic, with dirt mounds and cement blocks.
At 13:10, the Israeli occupation forces confiscated an agricultural tractor belonging to the citizen Izzat Ahmed Khunifis, while he was grazing sheep on the western side of the village of Bardala.
At 09:05, a group of settlers were present near the "Ainaf" checkpoint, and they excavated the place, and withdrew at 11:20.
1. At 18:40, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint between the towns of Jayyus and Azzun, to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 18:55.
2. At 22:20, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the junction of Jeet village, and detained a citizen.
The detainee at a flying checkpoint at the junction of the village of Jeet is: Abdel Aziz Salah Jamous - a resident of Nablus.
At 15:00, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Qabalan, and delivered 13 notices to demolish and stop building houses, under the pretext of lack of permission. Basil Al-Azar, Muhammad Samih Al-Amleh, and Isa Al-Aqra.
At 00:50, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to the city of Salfit, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
At 16:40 and again at 22:40, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to Jericho city to search cars and check citizens' identities until 00:10.
At 06:15, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the southern entrance to the town of Nahalin, to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 07:30.
At 10:30, the Israeli occupation forces swept away an area of land near the entrance to the village of Al-Walaja, and uprooted a number of trees owned by the citizen: Muhammad Abdul-Jalil Al-Hajajla, and swept an area of agricultural land near Al-Ruwaisat Mountain along the bypass road.
1. At 03:05, the Israeli occupation forces raided Hebron and detained a citizen.
2. At 04:10, the Israeli occupation forces raided Halhul town and conducted a patrol.
1. The detainee in Hebron city is: Nidal Imran Al-Qawasma.
2. The detainee in the town of Yatta is: Muhammad Ali al-Jabour.
At 11:45, the Israeli occupation forces confiscated the area of Wadi Al-Rakhim in the village of Susiya, east of Yatta, (Caravan) - one of them is used for housing and the other is used as a store for fodder, owned by the citizen: Ahmed Nasr Daajneh, under the pretext of their presence in the area classified (C) under Israeli control.
At 20:15, a group of settlers entered the citizens' agricultural lands in Khallet Al-Arish, in the town of Bani Naim, and uprooted and cut down about 200 olive trees.
• At 19:00 on 26/08/2014, the permanent and comprehensive ceasefire came into effect with the initiative and patronage of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, the introduction of humanitarian and relief aid and reconstruction requirements, and expanding the fishing area to a distance of 6 miles with the increase in distance Up to 12 miles by the end of this year, reducing the "security buffer" zone from 300 meters to 100 meters, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. Other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within a month of the ceasefire.
• On the morning of June 28, 2019, the occupation forces allowed the expansion of the fishing distance from opposite the Al-Waha area northwest of the town of Beit Lahiya in the northern Gaza governorate and up to the Gaza port by a distance of 6 nautical miles, and from opposite the Gaza port to the south of the coast of Rafah to 15 nautical miles.
• On 01/09/2020, the occupation forces re-expanded the fishing distance from the front of the Al-Waha area northwest of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza governorate and up to the Gaza port by a distance of 6 nautical miles, and from opposite the Gaza port to the south of the coast of Rafah to 15 nautical miles. After it imposed on 08/16/2020 a complete closure on the maritime domain in front of the fishermen's boats in front of the Gaza Strip.
• The Israeli occupation forces violated the ceasefire agreement when Israeli gunboats opened fire towards Palestinian fishermen's boats at sea in the North Gaza Governorate.
* Beit Hanoun Crossing - "Erez": On 04/2/2021 is closed (except for the passage of emergency humanitarian cases).
1. At 09:45 on 20/04/2021, Israeli gunboats opened fire towards Palestinian fishermen's boats while chasing them at sea off the coast of Al-Sudania area, west of the town of Beit Lahia.
2. At 20:30 on 20/04/2021,Israeli gunboats opened fire towards Palestinian boats while chasing them at sea off the coast of Sudania area, west of the town of Beit Lahia.
* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently and by a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010, by unilateral Israeli decision.
* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sufa Crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom Crossing - “Kerem Shalom”: on 20/04/2021, partially open (for the entry of foodstuffs, goods, building materials, and limited quantities of fuel).
* Al-Awda- Rafah crossing: on 20/04/2021, is open in both directions (for the entry and departure of citizens).
