DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00, 30th March 2021 -08:00, 31st March 2021
• Since 24:00 on 03/25/2021, the Israeli occupation forces imposed a complete closure on the governorates of the West Bank and Gaza Strip on the occasion of "Passover" holiday for the Jews, and prevented citizens and workers, including those holding permits, from entering Jerusalem and Israel, with the exception of diplomatic and international missions, humanitarian cases and emergency medical services after prior coordination, until 24:00 on 04/03/2021.
At 12:30, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance to the village of Jaba, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
At 18:00, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Al-Jib and conducted a patrol.
On the evening of 03/30/2021, the Israeli occupation forces detained the citizen: Majd Barbar, after raiding his home in Ras Al-Amoud neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
On the evening of 03/30/2021, the Israeli occupation forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens as they stormed a house in Ras al-Amud neighborhood in Jerusalem.
At 08:30, a group of extremist settlers, under the protection of the occupation police, stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and conducted provocative tours in its courtyards and facilities.
At 10:15, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint on the Atara bridge, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
1. At dawn on 03/30/2021,the Israeli occupation forces raided Aroura town and detained a citizen.
2. At 19:40, ,the Israeli occupation forces raided Ramallah city and detained a citizen.
3. At 23:05, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Beit Ur Al-Fawqa, and patrolled until 23:45.
4. At 03:20, the Israeli occupation forces raided Jalazon camp, and detained a citizen.
5. At 03:40, the Israeli occupation forces raided Deir Jarir village, and detained a citizen.
1. The detainee in the town of Aroura is: Ahmed Tayseer Hassan Al-Khatib.
2. The detainee in Ramallah is: Ahmed Khalil Suleiman Abu Ghalya - a resident of Bir Nabala town in the Jerusalem governorate.
3. The detainee in Jalazoun camp is: Ayman Rami Subhi Zaid.
4. The detainee in the village of Deir Jarir is: Maan Abd Al-Alim Alawi.
1. At 10:55, the Israeli occupation forces raided Qabatiya town and Bir al-Basha village, and conducted a patrol.
2. At 13:40, the Israeli occupation forces raided Al-Jalameh village, and conducted a patrol.
On 03/30/2021, the Israeli occupation forces positioned at "Mofodotan" checkpoint detained the citizen: Rabee 'Husam Zakarneh - a resident of Qabatiya town.
On 03/30/2021, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their restrictions at Tayaseer checkpoint, and obstructed traffic.
At 02:50, the Israeli occupation forces raided Tubas city, detained a citizen, and withdrew at 04:00.
The detainee in Tubas city is: Abd al-Wahhab Daraghmeh.
At 00:40, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Ezbet Shoufah, and patrolled until 04:50.
At 15:45, the Israeli occupation forces present at the gate of the separation wall near the town of Baqa al-Sharqiya, severely beat the citizen: Muhammad Majed Khalil Melhem, while he was returning from work inside the Green Line, which led to his bruises, and he was subsequently admitted to the government hospital in the city of Tulkarm for treatment.
At 01:30 on 03/30/2021, the Israeli occupation forces detained the citizen: Abd al-Rahman Hassan Melhem (with special needs) during their raid into the city of Qalqilya (as mentioned in the previous report) .
At 18:50, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the "Shafi Shimron" settlement junction, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
1. At 09:35, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Sebastia while escorting a group of settlers during their visit to the archaeological area in the village, and as a result, confrontations took place with the citizens.
2. At 22:40, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Beita and the village of Naqoura, and clashes took place with the citizens while they were on patrol in the village of Naqoura.
At 22:30, the Israeli occupation forces detained the citizen: Hazem Idris - a resident of Yatma village.
1. At 09:35,the Israeli occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning while accompanying a group of settlers while they were visiting the archaeological area in the village of Sebastia.
2. At 22:40,the Israeli occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning during their raid into the village of Naqoura.
1. At 15:15, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to Salfit, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 16:25 and and again at 00:35, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Kafeel Haris to search cars and check citizens' identities until 01:40.
3. At 17:55, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Kafr al-Dik, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
4. At 00:35, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the western entrance to the town of Kafr al-Dik, to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 01:30.
1. At 16:35, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Kafr El-Deek, and conducted a patrol.
2. At 00:15, the Israeli occupation forces raided Bidya town and conducted a patrol.
At 20:50, a group of armed settlers entered the citizens' agricultural lands in Khallet Hassan near the town of Bidya, and intercepted the farmer: Ayman al-Qurum and his wife, and expelled them from the place at gunpoint.
1. At 14:15, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to Jericho, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 15:50, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint on Al-Ma'arajat Road (connecting between Jericho and Ramallah governorates), to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
3. At 18:00, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the Dead Sea Junction, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
At 23:25, the Israeli occupation forces raided Jericho city, and conducted a patrol.
At 09:55, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to the town of Tuqu ', to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
At 19:30, the Israeli occupation forces detained the citizen: Jumah Khaled Muhammad Abu Mufreh - a residents of Teque town, while he was being visited by Israeli intelligence, based on prior notification.
At 12:20, the Israeli occupation forces entered the citizens' agricultural lands of Wadi Fukin, and withdrew at 13:30.
At 16:00, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the Al-Simiya village junction, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
1. At 01:10,the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Bani Naim, and patrolled until 07:00.
2. At 02:00, the Israeli occupation forces raided Hebron, and patrolled until 07:00.
3. At 03:00,the Israeli occupation forces raided the towns of Idna and Tarqumiya, and conducted a patrol.
4. At 04:25, the Israeli occupation forces raided Al-Samou 'town, and conducted a patrol.
Since 03/29/2021, the Israeli occupation forces closed the Ibrahimi Mosque in the Old City of Hebron in front of the citizens and prevented them from performing the prayers inside it, under the pretext of enabling settlers to celebrate and perform Talmudic rituals inside the campus on the occasion of the "Passover holiday" for the Jews.
• At 19:00 on 26/08/2014, the permanent and comprehensive ceasefire came into effect with the initiative and patronage of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, the introduction of humanitarian and relief aid and reconstruction requirements, and expanding the fishing area to a distance of 6 miles with the increase in distance Up to 12 miles by the end of this year, reducing the "security buffer" zone from 300 meters to 100 meters, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. Other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within a month of the ceasefire.
• On the morning of June 28, 2019, the occupation forces allowed the expansion of the fishing distance from opposite the Al-Waha area northwest of the town of Beit Lahiya in the northern Gaza governorate and up to the Gaza port by a distance of 6 nautical miles, and from opposite the Gaza port to the south of the coast of Rafah to 15 nautical miles.
• On 01/09/2020, the occupation forces re-expanded the fishing distance from the front of the Al-Waha area northwest of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza governorate and up to the Gaza port by a distance of 6 nautical miles, and from opposite the Gaza port to the south of the coast of Rafah to 15 nautical miles. After it imposed on 08/16/2020 a complete closure on the maritime domain in front of the fishermen's boats in front of the Gaza Strip.
• The Israeli occupation forces violated the ceasefire agreement by firing from their positions on the Green Line in Khan Yunis Governorate, by Israeli gunboats firing towards Palestinian fishing boats while chasing them at sea in the North Gaza Governorate.
* Beit Hanoun Crossing - "Erez": On 03/30/2021, it is closed (except for the passage of emergency humanitarian cases).
1. At 08:00 on 03/30/2021, Israeli gunboats fired towards Palestinian fishing boats while chasing them at sea off the Al-Sudania beach, west of the town of Beit Lahia.
2. At 09:00 on 03/30/2021, Israeli gunboats fired towards Palestinian fishing boats while chasing them at sea off the coast of Al-Sudania area, west of the town of Beit Lahia.
* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently and by a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010, by unilateral Israeli decision.
At 18:30 on 03/30/2021, the Israeli occupation forces fired from their positions on the Green Line, towards agricultural lands east of Khan Yunis.
* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sufa Crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom Crossing - “Kerem Shalom”: on 30/03/2021, partially open (for the entry of foodstuffs, goods, building materials, and limited quantities of fuel).
* Al-Awda- Rafah crossing: on 30/03/2021, is open in both directions (for the entry and departure of citizens).
